It went very well! Our light-colored grout had turned black in heavily trafficked areas. Work was completed in one day and the floor looks great! Now that the grout is sealed, it is supposed to look great for years with normal cleaning.

Arrived on time w/ several men. Worked until job was done approx 6 hrs. Replaced 2 broken tiles. Misunderstanding about tile vs estimate though.

Les and his crew were a pleasure, and the job went smoothly from start to finish. Les came to the house at the agreed-upon time. He measured, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions. He spent a great deal of time with me, selecting exactly the right colors for grout stain from among more than 100 colors. The job was scheduled for about a month out. Les called the following week, and offered me an earlier time slot, due to an unexpected opening. I received a call from the office the day before the job was to be performed. The office reassured me, as Les had, that the workmen would do everything, and that I didn't have to prepare for them at all. The workmen were on time, and were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the whole floor, then began staining the grout one room at a time. They moved the furniture aside, stained underneath, then replaced it after a few minutes. We were able to walk on the floor right away. The floors look brand new. A beautiful job at a fair price. I couldn't have asked for better!

They arrived on time moved furniture for me & completed the job in good time. Excellent results. They also explained how best care for the floor.

The workmen came on time at 8.00 AM. They moved the rugs the tames started cleaning the tiles colored the grout sealed grout 2 coats by hand dolls, awesome like new, love it love it.

They took 5 hours to complete job. 3 men came moved furniture. Guaranteed for 5 years.

Dan came out to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and helpful. The communication continued throughout the process to set up an appointment, give me a reminder and let me know when the guys were on the way to my house. The floor looks so good, it looks brand new. We are very happy with the results and will recommend Grout Beautiful to family and friends.

The owner of the company came to my house to show me pictures of previous work, to measure and give me a quote. I was sold as soon as I saw pictures. We scheduled a date, and settled for a 7:00am time of arrival. Grout Beatiful's crew was on time & very professional. They moved furniture around with care & got started on the job at hand.
