I used grout beautiful about three years ago and they have a five year warranty,I was having issues with fading of grout on high traffic areas I called them to let them know what was going on and they came down and repainted the lines no questions asked, this is a very reliable company that owns up to every word there selling very rare in south florida.I would recommend this company to anyone.staff is fantastic. thanks again for a great job

Grout Beautiful did the work for me beautifully and perfectly! Sue answered my call and she is so nice and warm. She scheduled a perfect day for me so I can have the work done the day right before I need it. Dan came for an estimate on the same day I called, and he spent a lot of time to choose the best grout colour for me. The crew came punctually 3 days later at 8 am and they are very professional and nice. They took care of all the furniture before working on the tiles. They also helped me to empty my closets and made the floor of the closets same beautiful as the open areas. My bathroom now looks like new too after their work on the tiles. They finished everything in about 4.5 hours exactly as Dan estimated and left after putting everything back to normal. The people in Grout Beautiful are so wonderful and professional. They also did work for me once 3 years ago for my old house after we moved out, and the result was specular. This time, I am very happy I get to enjoy the beautiful result myself! I already told many of my friends about Grout Beautiful, and I definitely recommend them to anyone interested in this. Their price is very great too!

I’d definitely recommend this company. From the first contact to the last they were professional, courteous and responsive. The grout in my ceramic (porcelain?) tile floors in the kitchen and family room looked horrible and no matter what I did it never looked clean. Now they look like they did when they were installed, probably more than 10 years ago. My phone calls were promptly returned, everyone came when they were scheduled to, and the floors look great.

Grout Beautiful is the ideal choice for grout work. The administrative staff was very friendly and professional, and accommodated my travel schedule. In setting up the work schedule. The office sent a well detailed estimate; one for the regular tiles and one estimate for the Mexican tile in the kitchen. The estimate issued by Grout Beautiful outlined all charges and was the best of the three quotes received. Dan, the salesman, arrived on time, well prepared with samples of colors and provided insight on details to consider for the project. The worker responsible for the Mexican tile in the kitchen actually replaced a damaged tile by using replacement tile from my saved stock. The workers were very professional and detail-oriented, and cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed in 2 days. The final outcome was impressive and the floors and kitchen counter top look brand new. We’re very pleased and have recommended Grout Beautiful to our friends and neighbors.

The grout floor restorations came out beautiful. Not only has it made it easier to clean/care for the floors, they provide an extended warranty. The bathroom shower tile replacement restored an old original bathroom shower into a very impressive bathroom.

The representative they came out to do the estimate was prettiest and most professional. He took his time and explaining the process and finding the compatibility of color for the ground that was going to be painted. He also took the time to discuss maintenance and how to care for the floors after the job was done. The gentleman that came to do the work were prompt, courteous and most effective in their job.

My standards a very high and it's rare when a company exceeds my expectations. The owner, Les, came personally and looked over the whole job and carefully matched the grout color to my tile. His men were very courteous and prompt. They did all of the floor tile in the entry, hallway, kitchen and two bathrooms. It made a tremendous impact on the overall appearance of my house which I'm selling. One prospective buyer even called my 25 year old house pristine! Then one man came back a few days later to re-grout my shower. It is gleaming. I only wish I had done it sooner. Les even called after the work was done to ask me if everything went well. It sure did and I give him my highest recommendation!

This company is wonderful! I did my floors 8 years ago and I hired them again. They were punctual and answered all my questions. The job was done so beautifully.

Les showed up on time and started by taking accurate measurements of the floor in each room. He gave me an estimate which matched the approximate cost that already had in mind after speaking with Susan over the phone the day before. Then he proceeded to color match the grout using his many samples and we agreed on a color which matched very well the existing tiles. I must say that I was very impressed with Les professionalism. He took his time to do his job right and it paid off. The guys came as scheduled and called me to let me know when they were done. The floor looks like someone ripped out the old tile and put new ones. yes, it's that good and worth every penny! I am a Real estate broker/Property manager and have a client who is about to sell his home and I will definitely encourage him to get his floor done by Grout Beautiful as it will make his living area look bigger by making the grout lines almost disappear. Again, job well done and thank you Les and Susan for helping me get this done before the weekend as I needed to get the unit listed asap.
