When I moved in end of December 2018, I had never noticed that my Grout for my tile floors was essentially non-existent in some rooms and worn in others. Grout Beautiful did an AMAZING JOB on grouting my floors in all rooms. Not only were they great, but they had the best price by far. The three men that worked at our home, were courteous, efficient, and professional in every way. They arrived on time and finished sooner than I expected.They were perfectionists and took their time with the regrouting to insure that the finished product was uniform throughout. My fourteen year old floors look like new! I would highly recommend their services.

From the initial quote process to the finished project, this company knows what they are doing. I had several companies come to my home for an estimate, but only Grout Beautiful sent a senior representative with a toolkit and color samples, and demonstrated what my tile would look like when finished. The others didn't even measure!! The office manager was totally professional, calling several times before the day of the job. The three technicians were cordial and immediately set to work moving what furniture was necessary, and explaining each step of the cleaning process. I wish I had before & after pictures to post, but I can say my home looks like all new beautiful flooring. This will definitely add value to my home when I list for sale in the near future. Amazing! I truly could not be happier! The only thing that I am at all upset about is that I did not do this five years sooner! I have been holding off to replace my tile and did not want to Put any more money into this floor, but I broke down and did it and could not be happier! It looks great! They were early, professional, fast and clean. A+ from me!

Smooth and professional from initial consultation through post work follow up. Once our appointment was scheduled, the technicians arrived promptly at 8 am and stayed until the job was complete. They left our floors in much better condition than when they arrived. They cleaned up and left zero mess. I would recommend to anyone who wants to freshen up existing tile floors without the time, expense and mess of removing and replacing tile.

Went perfect on time cleaned up and was gone looks great and will use again for the next project
