Les delivered exactly as promised! Saved me thousands in tile replacement. The floors look like new! His before and after photos online are genuine.

They were fabulous! Three technicians arrived promptly at 8:00am. They worked diligently throughout the morning and afternoon making sure that my tile and grout were spotless. They then stained the grout and applied a sealer and buffed the floor. My tile floor was laid in 2002...and now twelve years later looks brand new. I am delighted with the work that they did. They also have a terrific plan for maintenance cleaning every year that is extremely reasonable.

I have just had a fantastic craftsman clean and reseal my bathroom grout! The company - Grout Beautiful-was excellent at keeping in contact with me( thank you Susan) and also the foreman was good at follow up etc( thanks Les). But Joe the grout guy did such a fantastic job! He was on time, pleasant and not only good at his craft but he cleaned up meticulously! It was well worth the price and I would use them again! It went perfectly fine. The men were right on time, moved the furniture and got right down to work. I had not had the floor professional cleaned since I moved into the house. My housekeeper was washing the floor with a Cuban mop. Since I have crevices in my tile, much dirt would get in there. Also the cleaning solution she used would leave a residue on the tile. They worked as a team and I could not believe how clean they were able to get the floor clean. They look beautiful. I requested that they use the machine to wash the kitchen floor twice and they honored my request with no problem. I will now use the mop and cleaning solution they provide to maintain the cleanliness of the floor. I would use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

They were on time. Very professional and courteous moved the furniture and rugs put everything back in its place. Would highly recommend grout beautiful to anyone who wants their grout to look beautiful.

I wanted this work done to surprise my wife and was really concerned that it wouldn't be done to her satisfaction. But I am a hero! Owner Les Logan was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. I got nervous when he wanted to go over colors for the grout. Who knew there could be so many?? I wisely deferred to him and he definitely made the right call.. The 3 man crew came right at the scheduled time with an advance call to let me know they were on their way. They were very well equipped and very professional in their performance. They worked non-stop from 9 am to 3:30pm. Clean-up was great, no mess at all and everything- the carpets, rugs and furniture -were put back where I thought they were before. Turns out I was wrong, so I'm paying more attention to those details now! Needless to say, the final product looked great to me and I was very pleased with Grout Beautiful and myself. The real proof, however, came when my wife(interior-designer, can be really critical about these things) gave the workmanship and results an enthusiastic seal of approval! Les spent a lot of time looking for the perfect color to match my tile. The crew showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. My floor looks great now.

"Les Logan" arrived on same day (Saturday) that was called as referred by my realtor and spent a lot of time with us explaining procedure and determining proper grout color to use. It was done two days later and turned out beautifully. They also recommended a great tile guy named "coach" who did some repair tile work at a speedy and professional pace as well. Very pleased!

They arrived on time, courteous & nice. Educated me on how to keep & care for my floors the right way.

Everything about the experience was superior. Susan and Les were very professional. Susan coordinated the sales call as well as the technician's visit. Les came out as scheduled and explained the whole process and put some sample color sealants on the grout for us to make our selection. Since the grout in the master shower was too thin to be sealed and was exposed to water he indicated that it needed to be regrouted. He gave us the estimate which included the discount we discussed. When we decided to have the work done we contacted Susan and she arranged the appointment for the technicians the very same week. Unfortuately on the day the work was scheduled the technicians were running late and it was getting late in the day on a Friday. They showed up and quickly got to work, and I must say, did a fantastic job. We were nervous about how the color sealing would come out and it looks absolutely amazing. We feel extremely comfortable recommending Grout Beautiful to anyone. In fact, they were highly recommended by a realtor friend of mine who had work done at his own home. That says a lot.

They were very punctual for both the proposal and the work. When others said they were not available for weeks to do the work, Grout Beautiful was immediately available. The work was carefully accomplished and our home was kept very clean. The installers were pleasant and answered all our questions fully. Their quality and schedule were spurb and their cost was competative. I will use them again for tile work without hesitation.

Les came the day before and evaluated the condition of the floor. He agreed that the shower needed to be redone. Based on the condition of the floor, which has not been "professionally" serviced in 4 years, he offered either maintenance or complete redo. I chose redo. There was no pressure at all. The next days, the crew arrived right on time, carefully moved furniture and for hours until the job was beautifully completed. Cannot ask for better.

We were buying a house and the tile was horrible! White tile throughout and the grout was dingy brown. Les came out and worked for at least an hour measuring and matching the grout to the tile. Looks like a new house!! The guys who did the work were friendly and did a perfect job. I'm very particular and I found not one missed area.

It was pleasure working with Grout Beautiful. On the initial visit Les - the Sales Manager was thorough and explained in details the what was going to be done. The technicians were punctual and did a great job. I'm very happy with the result.

The guys were on time (so important) and they all worked steadily till the jobs were done. Very professional, polite and went the extra mile to make everything work perfect.

The technician came right on time (9 a.m.) and got started right away. The job took approximately 3 hours to complete. He did a very good job caulking and re-grouting the shower stall. The problem was that we thought all the dust generated by the work would be confined to the shower stall, since no one told us differently. He did a terrible job of cleaning up, and there was white dust on all bathroom surfaces. He should have told us to remove small items and cover everything else up! We were told to wait 24 hours for everything to dry completely. We waited 2 days and then discovered caked-on grout material along the bottom row of tiles, which was very hard to remove. We were very disappointed that he didn't really finish the job by cleaning up the mess.

Complete satisfaction from start to finish. Les the owner and sales rep met with me and explained the process and time line. Service techs were on time, polite and most important did a great job.

Owner Les Logan - came to the house, matched my grout perfectly, on 12/19 he had a team of 4 guys come & do the grout - They were timely, courteous, professional!
