Men were very professional & worked "carefully" around the house from beginning to end!

After 16 years of living in our home, we decided to look for a company that could effectively clean our tile floors and especially all of our grout lines which were exceptionally dirty and no amount of floor mopping could ever make it look decent. After speaking on the phone with their office rep, Susan, we both had a feeling that this was the company that had the capacity to transform the interior look of our home that it truly needed. Then the owner, Les Logan, came to our home to personally explain what his company could do and actually treated a few areas to show us what we could expect. The sample area that he treated looked so amazing that we hired them immediately. They do not use subcontractors, but instead, use a 3 man crew that are extremely proficient and very nice to deal with. They arrived right on time at 8am and completed our entire home by around 3:45pm. Now the real purpose of writing this review is quite simple. If you are searching for people who have had a great experience with this company, well then, your search is over! Words simply cannot express just how amazing our entire house looks right now. I actually think that our floors look better than when they were first installed! I'm not quite sure how that is even possible, but trust me, it really is inconceivable that they could look this awesome! Thanks again for doing such an outstanding job. You guys rock!

CREW SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES EARLY; GOT JOB COMPLETED 1 HOUR EARLY. LES CAME OUT FOR ESTIMATE- WAS VERY PARTICULAR IDENTIFYING GOOD COLOR FOR JOB. PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION AND JOB COMPLETION! EXCELLENT PROVIDER.

I was selling a house and given a suggestion by my realtor to have Grout Beautiful come out and work their magic. Susan is your go to contact at the office and got my contact information to the estimator Les, the owner. He made a Saturday appointment for me and was on time if not a few minutes early. After explaining the details of the sale he recommended a deep clean of the tile (hadn't been done since we moved in) and their match and seal. He sat their color matching the tile and focusing on detail (with light and without). I've priced out other companies who can match and offer a little less than Les was offering but I took my realtors advice and went with Les. I have no regrets on that decision and this is why: 1.) His expertise on color choice to go with the three tiles was spot on from the very beginning. The color darkens and certain sealers change over time but he knew what to go with at the first few minutes of sample. After the job was complete and a few days had gone by I was impressed with how he could match the tile. 2.) At estimate he goes over the cost and there is no hidden or later fees that pop up. 3.) He is extremely organized with Susan and his crew. Pulls out the calendar and sets up the appointment with you, organizes the colors with Susan over the phone, puts you in the date/time and from there you don't have to worry. I got a call from Susan the day before they came out, A call from their lead guy when he was on his way, and when they said they were going to be there, they got there 10 minutes early. This has always been a big thing for me as my time is important to me and when you have a company who acknowledges that and respects that, you get nothing but high remarks from me. 4.) The crew is respectful of your home and you. These guys aren't tracking in dirt, showing up to do a clean job and making more of a mess. They are careful with the stuff in your house and are respectful to you when you are in the house. If I needed to get in somewhere or do something they'd work on another area or make sure that they gave me my time. They also would answer questions about the work they were doing and carefully go over what do after the job was complete. 5.) They have a warranty on the color seal (honored the transfer of ownership). Now to be honest most companies have a warranty so that isn't the stand out point. What is the stand out point is that If I had a problem and based on all the 4 points above I know they'd show up. I've dealt with contractors who offer warranties on their labor and go missing or make it impossible to schedule should something arise. Although I haven't needed to call Les about this home, his business morals stand out and I have trust that he'l be around if I need him. The house sold a month after and I owe him another review for my new home which I had him out to two months after. Was the first interaction a fluke....no. Same Les, same crew, same morals, same respect, same quality of work and I'd recommend him and his company to anybody looking for a fresh "like new" look on an existing floor. I joked with him that he was the reason my house sold 3 days after listing it. Thanks again!

I bought a 15 year old house about a year and a half ago, assuming the tile is the same age. Pretty nice tile, but the grout was filthy. I started to clean it myself with the grout cleaner you buy at Home Depot. It did come clean, but the color was hideous (orangey-brown grout with beige tile). I called Grout Beautiful and Les Logan came to my house, took measurements and explained the process very well. I thought the cost was very reasonable considering the square footage (almost 1000 sf). He spent about 45 minutes just picking the right color sealant to match the tile. The crew showed up on schedule and had the job done in about 5 hours. The results are incredible. It's like getting a brand new floor for a fraction of the cost and it looks GREAT. I would absolutely recommend this company.

The owner Les Logan came out several time to give me the estimate and then to help me decide on the correct grout line color. Les is a very nice man and took the time to make sure we had the correct color. Les was always punctual with his appointments. On the day of the work, his 3 man crew arrived on time, were very professional, moved all the furniture and did a very professional job. They answered all of my questions and reviewed all the work before they left. They also used painter's tape on my kitchen and bathroom cabinets to insure the cabinets did not get wet. The tile now is very clean and the grout color seal is excellent. I highly recommend Grout Beautiful for your home.

Mr. Logan was very professional and patient when taking measurements and testing for color. They came on time to make the job and they did it really fast.

The crew arrived on time. They were professional and tidy. They worked diligently and efficiently. Put the furniture back in place and finished before expected.

Grout Beautiful is an A+ company by far. They showed up on time and worked efficiently, doing everything on their own. They worked so quickly that we thought maybe they skipped a step. But they did not! On the contrary, it looks as if they removed our flooring and installed brand new tiles. They are amazing and if you have any floor cleaning needs, these are your people!

I had old yellowed tile and the grout was basically black. Nothing would get this clean any more. I called Grout Beautiful after seeing decent reviews, as well as photos on their website. Les contacted me and came out to the house to explain the process and give me a demonstration. He measured the rooms and was a great listener about various problem areas I wanted to discuss. He went over the estimate with me, and explained the things I would need to do to prepare for the service day. He answered all my questions, helped me pick the correct grout color, and was thoughtful and polite. We chose a service date. Soon after he left, I received a copy of the work order by email that listed all the items we had discussed. On service day, my neighborhood had a tornado. I had to cancel because we had no electricity. I was able to reach Les, and he rescheduled me promptly. On the new service day, the three men from the Grout Beautiful team arrived on time and walked through the house with me so that I could discuss some areas of concern. They were attentive and polite and answered questions about a few small things we had previously planned to decide on service day. The small changes I made resulted in a reduction in price, and Susan (the super efficient office manager) almost immediately emailed me an updated work order with the changes. The guys set about moving the furniture and cleaning the floors. I pretty much stayed out of their way, as I was watching a small child, but I could see a little of the progress from upstairs. They did the whole process (as listed above) and returned my furniture to its original position. They were efficient and respectful of our furnishings, walls, etc. When they were done, I could not believe it was the same floor. It looked like brand new tile. The new grout color was absolutely perfect. Les called later that day to check up, and I told him how terrific it looked. The whole house looks bigger, cleaner and more updated since Grout Beautiful took away those ugly black grout lines and restored my tile to its original look. My relatives were amazed when they saw it. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend this company. I only wish I had done this sooner!

Leslie, the owner, was terrific! He came to our home and explained the process. He took time determining which grout color should be used for our floors. They came out beautiful. Susan who runs the office was professional and friendly. The (3) men that applied the grout were professional and hardworking.

My floors have never been so wonderful. They also regrouted the bathroom floors. All looks wonderful. They answer phone calls, texts, emails promptly. They followup to make sure you are happy with the work. Les Logan and his crew did a great job.

First they regrouted the tiles in the master bathroom shower. They did a great job at a very fair price. In addition, they added value by suggesting the grouting of the floor and picked a color that made the floor looked nicer than the original contractor selected. Definitely would contact them again. With respect to our Mexican tile floor - this was a major job and working through Mexican Tile Specialist they did an AMAZING job. The tile had not been cleaned in over 8 years and several tiles were significantly damaged. They arrived promptly on the day we agreed to. They cleaned the tiles; replaced about 16 tiles and then sealed and dried the entire floor. Positives: very professional team; fast workers; actual workmanship was top quality - the replaced tiles were matched to the original surrounding tiles; the cleaning and regrouting of the floor makes it look like a new floor. Cons: none!!! My only regret was that I waited so long to fix my floors. I'm very pleased with their services and recommend them without qualification.

If there were a rating better than A, I would give it. From our first interaction with Les Logan and his office staff to the efficient and professional work actually performed, everything was outstanding. My tile, which was installed about 13 years ago, has never looked so good. The initial grout installation was never sealed properly and the color was always uneven and didn't clean well. The floor looks brand new now. The grout looks great and will be much easier to maintain. Don't waste your time with amateurs. These guys are pros.

Called the company for an estimate and an appointment was made for Les Logan to come out a few days after. Les was very professional and spent a fair amount of time matching all the colors of all the rooms; he had to match 3 different colors as there were different tiles in the kitchen, bathrooms and family room. He explained in detail how the work would be performed and how we could take care of the finished tiles and grout afterwards. We agreed on a date for the work to be performed. Three men came on the appointed day and went to work immediately. They were very caring and professional and completed the job in two and a half hours. They moved around some pretty large items to cover every sq. inch of the floor. When they were finished all the floors looked amazing. The color matching was perfect and brought out the beauty of the tiles. Les called later in the day to ask if we were satisfied and his office manager Sandra also called the next day. Very professional people, highly recommended and I will definitely use them again for similar services.

I called 954-384-6032. The vendor said her area supervisor would contact me. He did. After hearing my problem, he asked for pictures. I sent them. He stated that the problem was too small for him, he used 3 technicians and it would cost a minimum of 300 dollars. Also, he said I should look for someone closer and use a handyman. The provider stated that they service Dade county. I am at the north end of Dade, close to Broward. The provider never included a minimum cost in their presentation. They do not want any small jobs. State that up front. A waste of my time and theirs. Very displeased.

Very professional and courteous service. From the first point of contact on the phone, to the consult appointment to the day of service. My tile floors are approx 20 years old but now look almost like new. Mr. Logan who came and advised me on the process was very informative and helpful. He was very meticulous in selecting the color of the color seal for the grout that would best compliment the existing tile. Also gave me advice on replacing the grout in my Master bathroom and how to clean and keep the tile floors looking good. The day of service went very well. Three technicians showed at the appointed time and moved all the furniture and got to work. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. The work was completed in the time frame that was promised and I am very happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future.
