Description of Work: Scott Thomson has been maintaining my lawn for 3 years now. He cuts lawn according to his schedule which is usually according to the height of the grass. I hardly ever call him. He arrives automatically depending on the season we are in. More often in the summer, of course. I always pay him by check. He appreciates being paid per cut. Three years ago he had cleared my property of all excess shrub, palm and tree growth. Enough debris was collected that he filled up three pickup beds. Also, he can repair and maintain sprinkler systems. He has repaired my system twice in the past 3 years. He is very reliable, humble and honest. He is full service. I just tend to do the rest my self.
