Description of Work: So we had a full install of our home back in July of 2016. We paid for an extra box of flooring and the installers didn't leave us any. So now we have a couple areas that need replacement and we called to make an appointment with them to come out 4 weeks ago. They finally called to come on April 1 and sent Ed over to inspect. He tells me he will be in touch with us and its now 2 weeks later with no phone call follow-up!! I am beyond ****** now because i spent $10,000 for these floors and they cannot even take care of a good paying customer. Well, I guess they have my money so what do we matter to them now?

Description of Work: They did laminate flooring in the entire condo! New baseboards in entire condo! Jose made this entire project seem less and was wonderful! The workers Jay, John and David were top professionals in everything they touched and did! Description of Work: Appointment was for 9am and they showed up 1 min early. They installed the carpet and even hid the TV cable for me. Workmanship was great they took all the garbage and vacuumed the carpet. My wife and I were pleased with the installation.

Description of Work: The job was replacing all the water damaged wood flooring in a downtown high-rise condo. The working conditions were very restrictive regarding entry and exit into the building, loading dock access, service elevator access, etc. Jose did a great job helping to select and order materials and to coordinate with their installers to make the project go as expediently as possible. With the demolition, removal and installation of our new floor it was necessary to store most of our possessions and to vacate our unit for six days.

 + 1 moreThe sales process was very easy. The sales person spent a great deal of time with us letting me decide which carpeting would work best for me. They came out and did a great job of measuring and determining the best position of seams. Outstanding job. The installation was great, however, there was a disconnect in the communication of removing old carpet which I had removed from floors. Other than that small issue, everything was great.

Description of Work: Old carpet was removed and disposed of. Floors were prepared, moisture barrier laid, laminate wood flooring, molding, and thresholds installed. They cleaned up after the work was done.
