From start to finish the company was very professional and courteous. Pedro who came to complete the work, completed the project within the time frame stated and was very professional as well as cleaned up when he was finished.

He arrived a little later than I expected but overall the experience was very good.

Of three firms, this one was least expensive. The serviceman was efficient and worked quickly.

The service came and checked the core. He said the core was clean, but Freon was needed. He filled Freon and charged for that only.

SCOTT FROM EAST COAST IS GREAT! HE CAME AND CHECKED MY A/C THOROUGHLY & COMLETELY TO GIVE ME A FREE 2ND OPINION. MY FIRST OPINION CAME FROM AIR AROUND THE CLOCK AND THEY DID NOT CHECK MY A/C THOROUGHLY, IT TOOK HIM A LONG TIME TO FIND MY LEAK WITH HIS LEAK DETECTOR & AIR AROUND THE CLOCK CHARGED ME $325 TO FIND IT. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK ALMOST LEFT MY HOME & HAD NOT FOUD THE LEAK UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE WHEN HE CAME BACK INSIDE AND WAS PACKING UP AND THEN SAID HE HEARD THE LEAK. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1195 TO REPLACE MY COIL BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING. SCOTT FROM EAST COAST CONFIRMED IT WAS LEAKING AND ONLY CHARGED ME $650.00 FOR THE COIL REPLACEMENT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE JOB. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WAS THE CO. THAT INSTALLED MY NEW UNIT SO YOU WOULD THINK THERE PRICE TO SERVICE THEIR OWN UNIT & REPAIR IT WOULD BE MORE REASONABLE. SCOTT RETURNED ALL OF MY CALLS WHILE AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS ONCE THEY ASSUMED THEY WERE NOT GETTING MY COIL JOB. SCOTT CONTINUED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD EVEN AFTER HE COMPLETED THE JOB. GO WITH SCOTT OF EAST COAST A/C & YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Extremely professional and reliable service.

My AC broke, after three weeks we had moved into our first self owned house in the US. They came on time. Scott told me about the problem, it was better to replace the AC, due to its age, he made me an attractive offer. So he repaired the AC temporarily, charge free, as I hired him to replace it, Jimmy came four days later and replaced it, we was surprised of the poor job that had been done with the old unit. Now we are enjoying a new Bryant High Efficiency unit. They worked hard and clean!
