East Coast gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job. They were late getting started the first day and so had to come back to finish, but I called and scheduled them to wrap up the job and they arrived on time. We are very happy with our new A/C!

There was a little mishap so they did the rest of the job for Free.The guys were cool and the work was Awesome. I would recommend them to anybody.ð   ð  Â

Good job generally speaking. Some details not taken care of, like piece of outdoor copper pipe left uninsulated and some trash left on work area. Had to call several weeks after installation to get A/C filters included in estimate.

Team that did the work was very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Air felt cleaner and fresher after they were done. Unfortunately our package didn't include cleaning the dryer vent. When I asked what that cost would be they said that they couldn't do that vent because they didn't have that equipment with them. Never learned what the cost would be.

Great decision to use this fine company

I had them come then next day to avoid after hours fees. The technician corrected the problem and explained what I can do on my own to avoid similar repair calls in the future

Guy sent was nice young man. Did thorough job. Felt like got moneys worth. Wish not so high to have blower done. Is what it is.

The person doing the job also made an inspection of the AC unit at no charge. He indicated the coil needs to be cleaned and took a video of the inside of the fan cylinder to so it needs cleaning also. Good job
