took a while to schedule, but once scheduled, service was confirmed, prompt, friendly and good quality and value.

Although the service was fine, it took nearly one month to have them come after buying a Angie's List Deal. Bill was easy to work with and the service he provided was good and professional. I just think that if you order something on Angie's List, it is not unreasonable to expect quicker service than 3-4 weeks. I did not have an emergency nor was the service meant to be done ASAP, but in my own business if I make a customer wait that long, I lose that business. Would not use them again if it's going to take that long. I was stuck because I had already paid for part of service on Angie's List, so I had to go thru with it. Otherwise I would have cancelled it.

Restarted Pump motor. identified broken or faulty sprinkler heads. Provided estimate. fixed all repairs.

It worked out just fine. They arrived on time and did the service quickly. There were no problems. My interaction with them was fine. I did not spend more than the big deal amount of $49.

I put in the information that was needed in order to get a call back. They called almost immediately and we talked about an appointment. Due to his busy schedule, an appointment was scheduled for July 1st. due to a cancellation. I was scheduled for first thing in the morning and they arrived a little early which was ok by me. The sprinkler system was turned on and he explained why and how the sprinklers were doing or not doing. Every step he did was explained to me. He also taught me how to set the timer on the sprinkler and also turn it to the correct days the sprinklers were to go on. While he was here, he also checked the house next door and mailed an estimate for a new sprinkler system. The $185.00 charge, I thought was fair considering that I did not expect him to do any type of work that day. His two workers were very knowledgeable on the working of the sprinkler system and were very fast. The work took less than 20 minutes and I am very happy with the results.

Overall this provider approaches his work with professionalism and attention to detail. He is very responsive. He did need to come back to make a couple of adjustments and did so with only one phone call from me without charge and within 10 days of my request, which I thought was pretty good considering some folks make 10 calls for warranty work and never even get a response when dealing with other providers. Overall I would use these guys again. I guess the only thing that kept me from giving DAL's an "A" across the board is that he is no bargain. In fact, when I called around to compare prices after the fact, he was absolutely the most expensive, however, his work seems to be quality and I hope I got what I paid for - time will tell in that regard. My point is, don't call these guys expecting a "deal" or that he'll give you a discount because you found him on Angie's List.. He has his rates, he is busy as all get out, and he didn't see the need to "compete" on price with other folks. If you do hire him make sure you understand his rate structure, how he bills and what he bills for so you don't suffer sticker shock. I am not a sprinkler expert (obviously) so In hindsight I should have asked more detailed questions and better educated myself on what to expect.

Worked with me on schedule and couldn't have been fairer. His crew were professional and they didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. Turned a potential hassle into a breeze. I'd use them again in a minute.

We purchased a "Big Deal" for maintenance service, because it was being offered by Dal's. We had used them in the past and found them to be punctual, courteous, and professional. They evaluated and repaired issues with our system that we were not known to us. Everything appears to fully functional and effective. You can count on Dal's to get the job done right. Basically they could not come out to do service until middle of July which I cannot wait for.

Could not ask for more. The owner came the next day because I was going on vacation. I was charged a fair price and the workmen could not have been more accommodating. This is the second time I have used them and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was not able to utilize the deal because the provider did not service my area. He was professional in his communications.

Prior to providing the sprinkler system and sod, Bill Dalrymple worked another contractor, Grass-Hoppers Property Maintenance to clear my year of debris, remove excess vegetation, and remove large mango tree. These two contractors worked together to get everything done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new yard.

This company is very busy and the only company that I called that wanted to address all the issues my poor old system had in the first visit. We ( homeowners) have been fixing leaks here and there ourselves for years and not really doing a good job of it. It is hot exhausting, back breaking work, particularly going around shrubbery and thick plant and tree roots. Dal's showed up with three guys and they worked expeditiously and professionally in this suffocating heat and humidity with out a break for hours, until the got the job done. He gave me the estimate up front, no funny business and was fair when even more leaks were discovered during the replacement of the bad piping. I don't think some could have appreciated how hard it is to work on such an old system to make it correct until you try and do it yourself. I did my research up front I knew what I needed and how much things cost in the real world and Dal's Price was fair and his work excellent. Dal's is NOT some guy who goes and gets some questionable unknown laborers who show up smelling of booze and walking off the job when it gets too hot ( which happened to my poor elderly neighbor with another un-named company). I was comfortable with the workers Dal's brought to my home which is a big plus in this day and age of safety concerns. I will use Dals again when it is time to change my pump. BTW my original pump was 900.00 15 years ago ( and still running) and the only pump my previous contractor would use so when I see people complain about a 400.00 pump I really have to wonder.

Bill provided an estimate via phone based on my explanations. He was busy when the problem occurred, but managed to open a time slot that worked for the both of us. Bill called when he noticed that he was running a little late, confirming that he would definitely come today. He switched out the old pipes and the check valve and stayed within his estimate. He explained every step. Would definitely use his company again.

They are very good. I have used them in the past. They were pretty backed up on their scheduling due to the big deal. There were two people here doing the tune up and they were here 2.5 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day.

The pump did not work, so he couldn't test the system. Gave us many good tips and will be coming back when we purchase a new pump.
