Dal's Sprinkler & Landscaping

They are great! They are very responsive and do great work! I work with Bill and he’s always responsive. He comes out and gets it taken care of. I trust him and his prices are fair. The last time he was out, we had an issue with our system but he got it fixed and got it going. I really count him!

Dal was professional in scheduling the visit but when he came, he told me that my sprinkler pump was dead and could not evaluate my sprinklers without getting a new pump. He said that he would be happy to install a new one for $750.00. I told him that I had a friend who was a handy man, and that maybe he could get a new pump cheaper for me. Dal understood and said that he would reschedule. My hand man friend came over and all he did to get the pump working was to hit the switch on and the pump immediately worked. I did not know anything about a switch to turn on the pump but Dal should have known this. When he called again to reschedule the appointment, I declined without giving any further explanantion. I am out the $49.99 for the tune up but am glad that I did not allow him to put in the $750 new pump and be out that money and perhaps more.

He came out and took a look at the system. He gave me a quote of $900 to fix the entire system. I am a renter so I have not gone through with anything as of now.

Great experience. Bill knew what needed to be done, gave me an opportunity to check what he was saying, was very quick about getting the work done. From first contact to completion only took 2-3 days. I would highly recommend.

Bill and I have been doing business for 15 years or so. He originally installed my sprinkler system when I first moved into my house. His work was very good then and still is. Over the years he repaired my timer. He is so busy because he is reliable and does not charge you for anything you do not need. Today he replaced my sprinkler pump and motor and rebuilt my zone valve. There is nothing cheap in the sprinkler system to replace, but Bill's prices are fair and his work dependable.

Valve on my home sprinkler system was overflowing with water on a Monday morning. Called Dal's and was told he could be at my home either same day or next day. He called back Tuesday to say he'd be there either Tues or Wed. Called him Wed at 1pm asking when he would arrive and he said I was next. Arrived shortly after that and went to work. Replaced the valve and inspected my sprinklers for any possible damage from utility construction that took place on property easement. All heads worked, no damage. Adjusted direction and coverage of a few heads. Inspected timer and switched one sprinkler to come on with others. Dal is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he went along. Overall I'm satisfied and would use him again.

By far, the best service experience we have had since we purchased our home a few months ago. He was so polite, professional, fast and affordable. He was very good at explaining the issues they found, and fixed them quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

It went fine. Came out looked at the system, did some adjustments, offered a larger package, and left. It would be a better value and better for this business if he could come out sooner.

We have used Dal on several occassions at three house locations (our old house, our new house, and my son's home) and we always go back because the job is well done. Have used others and the job did not last. Dal had to first replace the pump and place the pipe in the pond for water source on the first day ... the glue needed to dry. The next day he found the broken and leaking heads and pipes and reset the heads to water all of the lawn. Coincidentally, he had worked on our new property years ago before our ownership and had worked on several in the neighborhood.

HE WAS HERE ONE DAY ONLY. THE GUYS RAN AROUND IN THE POURING RAIN TO SET THE NEW SPRINKLER HEADS. I AM SO GLAD HE SUGGESTED THAT I RE VAMP THE SYSTEM. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND HE NEVER PUSHED TO DO THIS KIND OF REWORK.

It was such a pleasure to work with Dal's Landscaping! In addition to being extremely communicative from initial contact throughout completion of the service, they were punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We were absolutely 100% satisfied and will use them again!

On time, professional. Came back to fix something that wasn't repaired properly (not their fault -- tough to notice until the sprinklers had run once or twice.

nSome of the sprinklers were holdovers from ays when there was a hedge. So those were replaced along with some that had been broken. Cost of that piece about $200. The remaining landscaping is being watered so miucj more efficiently now.

Could not be more pleased with the repairs and the work completed. Dal was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. He came and worked on the driveway the same day the driveway contractors were digging. He worked around them, coming back several times to make sure everything was working perfectly. He personally came out every time and was excellent at communicating with me. Would recommend him highly!

I expected a less drastic diagnosis and something more than that for my money (a few new sprinkler heads, etc.)

He came out right as scheduled and it went well. I had him do some additional repairs in addition to the tune-up. I think I would use him again. The sprinklers have held up fine since they came out to do the work, and I was overall satisfied.

I was in the yard for about two hours discussing future projects for the yard he told me that he would be in touch within two business days, but I haven't heard from him and it's been 6 weeks.

Amazingly we'll. He showed up on time with crew. They went to work and stayed with the job until completed. Professional, clean,neat job. Cleaned up after job completed. Left my lawn in better shape then when they started. They reduced the number of zones and still gave me full coverage. These guys know what they are doing, and I mean that in the very best sense of the phrase.

So I purchased the Angie's list deal and was contacted within a day. Unfortunately this is during the busy season and the only available date was about a month or so away. But because of the great reviews I decided to wait it out. I was contacted prior to the scheduled date to confirm our appointment. The day of our appointment, Bill was there on time and ready to work. He did a thorough assessment of our lawn and he listened to our concerns about lack of water coverage to certain areas of our landscaping and after that we quickly to work. They started work immediately and the whole thing done in a flash. He was very professional and thanked us for being patient with the delay from purchase and start of work ( I understand... it's summer and lawns are needing water.. so I'm sure he was busy), but I'm glad I waited. The price was reasonable and the work was done well. I would definitely use Dal's again for all my irrigation needs.

When you order for this service from Angie's list, websites states that the service will be provided within a week or so. But, this provider is so busy that he might not be available for a month also as so many people prefers his service because of ratings in Angie's list and other places. He is really expensive. He is professional in the sense that he gives quality advise. But, one of the problem he fixed popped up again and I dont think I will be able to get hold of him as he is really busy. So, I am not sure whether I will go with this provider again because of his tight schedule and amount he charges.

Bill showed up as promised -- a big plus for me! He and his team worked around the house and identified the problems. Then he let me know the approximate costs for labor and materials. I okayed the job & they went to work. About an hour and half later, they were completely done. The repaired a broken water pipe, unclogged several pipes, replaced 12 heads and aligned everything for proper coverage. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant.
