Description of Work: My sprinkler system was not working because of pool construction going on. But he tried to sell me a new system, which was grossly overpriced and never really offered to come back and adjust my sprinkler heads, which was the initial deal. So I didn't really get anything for the $40 deal I bought.

The time it takes to go to a job,check it out , to see that the system had been damaged beyond the point of a system cleaning and adjustment ,accounts for nothing,I understand that. But I still took the time to check out and explain the next steps that had to be done so we could get to the ABDeal phase. In order to do this I gave an est. to put the system back togather which included some heads that would be needed for coverage in the back,not able to give est. for front because of the supply being cut off due to pool const. Just so you know I work for one the largest and best pool companys in S.Fla and this is not the first pool reroute I have seen an estimated. Also note that we were called out to do an angies big deal ,but notime were we informed that the job was under construction. So all we could do was an est. for the time being.I also know that I left the job with an explanation of the next steps that had to be done before we could do what we were called out to do. Sometimes things are lost in translation and Grossly misunderstood.

Description of Work: They were very courteous,showed up time, explained and showed me what needed to be done to correct my sprinkler problems. Description of Work: They came out and adjusted the sprinkler heads as provided in their service agreement. After checking all the sprinkler heads, I was given a price for what needed to be done to repair the broken heads and I was given the choice to have the work done right away or to wait. I chose to have it taken care of immediately. They were professional and thorough and explained everything they did. I was completely satisfied with the service and would recommend them to my friends.

No matter how hard you try to make the grade,sometimes its just impossibile. It kind of reminds me of the teacher that would never give out an A unless you brought her an apple, but I remember that really never work for me,I guess they were bruised. But one thing for sure is that I was good in math. So now I would like to break down my scores line by line using the percentage scale that I have recieved in my three years with ANGIES LIST , oh yeah, how could I forget, Three years and running, Rated number 1 contractor in our field, in Broward County. Thanks To all the great comments and grades you all have sent out. I mean its on the intenet so it must be true!!! Ok here we go from the bottom up. PROFESSIONALISM / I recieved a (B) that hurts. 99.5% of the time,I recieved an (A)!!!! PUNCTUALITY/ I recieved a (C) I am usually there 10 to 15 min. early 99.9% of the time unless the dog ate my work order...RESPONSIVENES/I recieved a (C) that score means I return my calls half the times,but 99.5% of the time I got an (A) ??? QUALITY I recieved a (C), I use only the top QUALITY products possible...And ANGIES people agree 99.9%... OK price (B)/// I get it because people find it hard to put money in the ground/// 99.3% of the time I get an (A)... And finally OVERALL (C) // That is the law of averages when you add up the score that has been given to you by the writer.. But 99.999% of the time our score is an (A)... So with that lesson in averages today, I pleage to work harder to make the grade we strieve for...THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO CARES. See you soon. BILL FROM DALS SPRINKLER!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: We bought a tune-up coupon from Angie's List; Bill called a couple of days before the appointment to confirm and discuss the scope of the work. He arrived with his team and quickly checked our entire system. He provided a quote to repair what they found (a leak, broken heads, etc.). He also gave us a quote to replace the analog timer to a digital one. Very professional service
