Description of Work: First contact through Angie's List on 6/22/15 asking about sprinkler service. Prompt reply through Angie on 6/22. I recontacted on 6/24 & got another reply saying was busy but didn't forget. I wrote another request on 7/27 but no reply to 3rd request over month and a half. I suppose Dal's got too busy because of good Angie's List review?

Description of Work: He did nothing!!!! Called on June 29, returned call the next day. He said he was backed up about 10 days and gave the estimate for a timer for the sprinkler system. That was fine, waited 2 weeks, we heard nothing!!!! So I called again. He remembered the conversation and where I was, said he was sorry and would be in our area the next week and would call us when he was coming to fix it. Well.....we still haven't heard a thing!!!!! Its been a month!

 + -1 moreBill showed up early on the day he was due for the estimate--pleasant surprise! I felt the quote was fair and he explained thoroughly what he could do, all of which addressed and fixed my problems, and advised me he would be able to do the work within the week. Imagine my surprise when I looked out my window the next morning (Sunday!) and he and his co-worker were already hard at work. In under 2 hours they had replaced, repaired and reworked my sprinkler system, tested it out and went off, leaving me (any my flowers) smiling. I was impressed enough at the first meeting that I did not bother getting any other estimates and am more than satisfied with the price and the work as well as the timely fashion in which it was done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and, should the need arise, will be using them again. Way to go Bill!

 + -1 moreBill, from Dal's returned my call, ..on a Sunday, ..within an hour and an appointment was set up for the following day. I got a half hour heads-up call from Bill, to be certain I was home and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He analyzed the problem within 5 minutes and then went to work to replace the faulty equipment. Attached to his truck was a trailer full of parts and he had no difficulty matching up what was needed for our 32 year old sprinkler system. A final test, before he departed, indicated that everything worked fine. The cost was quite competitive and fair.
Description of Work: Service Call plus replacement of defective sprinkler valve.

 + -1 moreBill Dalrymple worked with his team throughout the day, consisting of a 7:30 to 7:30 day, and would not have left the premise if we were in the least bit dissatisfied with his work. Justin and Jason insured that everything was completed correctly and even though this could have been an extremely messy job, extra time was spent to remove rocks and stones and replace grass where appropriate. The stones and tiles were replaced as if nothing had ever been disturbed. Everything was cleaned up and all trash was removed. It was refreshing to deal with a company which took so much pride in their work and who strove to make sure that the customer was completely satisfied before leaving the job site. Everyone on the crew was extremely professional and dedicated to the task of making our yard look wonderful and thanks to Dal's Sprinkler and Landscaping, we can just sit back and watch the grass grow.
Description of Work: We moved into the Plantation area a few years ago. The yard had a very old sprinkler system which was continually experiencing breaks in the old lines. A neighbor recommended that we call Bill at Dal's Sprinkler and Landscaping. After several attempts to keep the old line in service, we decided to replace with pvc. Dal's Sprinkler was our first choice because of our past experience with them. Whenever we called, they were there to assist with our erupting water geysers or mounting puddles in the yard caused by the old broken lines. The company (usually Justin, a very pleasant and professional fellow) always arrived in a timely manner to quell the problems of the yard. Once we decided to replace the entire system, Bill came out and gave an estimate. Once his bid was accepted, a date was established to begin the job and his crew arrived a few days later to start the project. Not only were the old lines to be removed, but there were also several decorative patches of stone, brick and rocks which had to be moved and replaced. The new system was hooked up to the pump and timer, all new PVC pipe and fittings were installed with new pop up mist and pop up rotors placed as necessary to provide complete coverage of the yard.
