From the first contact through Angie's List, the service was excellent. A fast response from Bill (company owner) by phone, a next business day estimate from Justin who arrived on time with two advance calls to let us know of his arrival expectations. The price quoted was extremely competitive and very fair for the amount of work to be undertaken and the crew started work immediately. Bill stopped by a couple of times to ensure the work was proceeding and between him and Justin, information was provided at every step as to the work being done and why. The crew went out of their way to respect existing (recently installed) landscaping by re-routing and accommodating planted materials and landscape features. They returned everything to it's original condition and were done very quickly and extremely efficiently. I worked solely from the recommendations on Angie's List and can assure anyone in need of irrigation assistance, this is the best money I've spent in a long time. I've had some poor experiences with different trades in Florida and I can hands down say that these guys were the best I've had do any work at my home - and they restored my faith in the fact that there are honest, hard working experts in their field who aren't looking to nickel and dime you, turn up when they say they will and complete the job with nothing less than 100% professionalism. I am so pleased and would encourage anyone looking for sprinkler help to give these guys a call.

They were prompt and professional. They were so nice and explained everything they did. I ended up having a number of the sprinkler heads replaced and some new ones added. Even though some of what I had done was not necessary to get the system working properly, I never felt any pressure from them to do extra work. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

I gave this company a B on price because I don't know how to compare their price to others. They are the first people I called and after speaking with Bill, I decided to go with them. I thought their price was fair, but I cannot safely say that they are the cheapest. Overall, it was a good experience. I did not have to be at the house, however when I did go back to the house I saw that the sprinkler system was working in tip top order. That being said, I can say they did a good job. Paid them right away. I called back for a follow up on some advised. The tech/employee that did my system gave me suggestions on maintaining the system. I would use them again since the experience was quite smooth.

It went very well. they showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the pump all within a few hours.

It went very well. Although the cost was higher than expected, we were happy with the work. Our yard is almost an acre in size and we have 6 different areas for the sprinkler system. They were at our home all day and completed what was asked of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler service.

We've been using them after they got good reviews here...called last week and were told there were 70 calls ahead of us and if we could wait 6-7 weeks they would get back to us. Not acceptable and no way to do business.

Bill was great! He initially told us that we might have a wait for service, but that since they were in our area frequently it could be sooner. He was able to come the next day!!!? He was prompt and fixed our problem. He gave us the Angie's List discount as well.

He arrived exactly on time, and we did a walk through of the trouble zones. They replaced heads, cleaned others, and he also explained why some of the heads were not working (we use a rust protection system that can build up on the sprinkler heads). They completed the job in about an hour. I have used them many times in the past, and always got great service. As a result, I just signed a maintenance agreement because I know I can trust what they tell me. The prices are reasonable and Bill is a great guy to do business with.

Bill and his crew are great. Every quarter they would come out, no appointment necessary. They would just show up whether I was home or not. They always managed to get to the house even when I forgot to give them the new gate code. They were very accommodating working with me with my traveling. I am moving out of the state and I wanted to thank Bill and his crew for the great service they provided me over the years. The friendly crews that came out and the quarterly check-ups to ensure that my system was performing were all great. I will highly recommend you to the new owners.

Once again, Bill and his team continue to impress. I contacted him via Angie's List about repairing two broken sprinkler heads. Bill called to inform me his crew was very busy and it could be weeks before anyone could respond. To my astonishment, however, he called the following day, when his crew was in my neighborhood, and sent someone over to perform the 30-minute repair. I have used his company three times, and couldn't be happier.

They came pretty much after I called them. They came and did a very good job. I was very happy with them. I believe it stayed within the $49 Big Deal purchase price. They were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I was looking to have them do. They gave me information. They did the repairs and stuff that they recommended. It was my first experience with Angie’s List. I thought the price was very reasonable. They responded right away. They came when they were supposed to. I would definitely use them again in the future if I have an issue.

Bill has done work for me for approx. 15 years - at my old house, at my business, and at my new house. Everything from installing a completely new system to minor repairs and maintenance of the sprinklers. He has been responsive, easy to deal with, performed effective repairs, and is reasonably priced. I recommend him highly.

They not only showed up, but were a few minutes early. This never happens in Florida. I had already guessed the cause of the problem and showed him. He diplomatically showed me I was wrong, then made the repair, which was not easy considering it's hidden location. I will eventually need my system replaced and will use this company.
