Excellent. They installed a high quality Goulds pump. Dal and his staff are thorough professionals.

They located a broken pipe under our deck and repaired it. They capped off heads not needed and relocated heads needed for better coverage. They lowered heads with flexpipe and fittings and added heads where needed for better coverage.

They are very professional. Straight talk. Responsive and quality service.

Everything turned out well. They did a little extra work for me and were nice people and did a good job.

They were all super courteous and professional. Most of the work was completed in a couple of hours on the first day, and then the new pump was placed 2 days later. I am extremely happy with all the work that was done and the price. My lawn looks beautiful as well as the landscaping, and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They walked around and pointed out spots where the lines were broken. They said that the system needed quite a few fixes and then gave me an estimate.

My review documents two pieces, the front end (the service) and the back end (who i spoke to on the phone). Back EndI called on a Monday saying my sprinkler wouldn't turn on. Dal said he could come first thing in the morning, 7 a.m. So i got up early, and waited ; it was pouring out. While I didn't think he was coming in the rain, I didn't get a call indicating so. It wasn't until after 1 p.m. that I got a call. We rescheduled for Wednesday morning, same time 7 a.m. (first stop). 7 a.m. came....no rain....no Dal...no call I get a call around 11:30 a.m. I asked what happened. He said emergency break at someone's house. Didn't want to call since it was early. Huh? I was up early waiting for you. At this point I was contemplating another company but decided to go with the 3 strikes rule. Front EndHis guy Jeff came out the second day in afternoon and gave me the bad news, needed a new pump (wasn't surprised since this one seemed to be quite old, possible original from 90's). Gave me a price, said it was the cost they pay for the pump (commercial grade) + $200 to install. I had the Angie's list 10% discount. Said he would be back in morning to install. Jeff..he was awesome. Super nice guy. Showed me around the parts i had, told me about some maintenance items, and just overall nice guy that did great work. He did find another part that was bad, cha ching. The bill was not 100% as Angie's coupon advertised. Since he said the part was at his cost, Dal couldn't discount the pump. I get this, just wasn't stated up front and I said I had theAngie's list coupon when I first called, but should have been stated when i got the estimate. Since i needed a new part he kinda of finagled and gave me some discount, probably within $20 so I just went with. I think the front end service was great - to be fair the back end did schedule the service quickly, so I would use them again. Just possibly work on communication.

I think the service was a rip-off. I purchased the deal and then they came and started doing work and just charging me for services that I did not approve. They did some services I approved and others that I did not. The service was very uncomfortable and they were very unprofessional. There is no way a partial sprinkler service should cost $450.00. They replaced sprinkler heads and overpriced them at approximately $25.00 a sprinkler head. They were very unprofessional and I would not use them again.

These guys were awesome. When I was gone overseas they did work on my sprinklers. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. They were very punctual and just seemed like a very trustworthy company. The price was less than other companies had quoted before.

Showed up on time and did a thorough job

On 7/6/12 I purchased the $49 Sprinkler Tune-Up Service. Bill and his team came out within a week on 7/13/12. I hadn't used my system in years so I new they would probably find things wrong with the system, and they did. They performed the tune-up and tested my system. They capped of 3 sprinkler heads at my request. They also identified and fixed a broken pipe, replaced a broken head, replaced timer transformer, replace 4 zone valve. The added repairs that they identified and performed cost me an additional $287.50. Because I wasn't prepared for this added expense. They very kindly left me a bill and gave me 30 days to make payment. About a month later I happened to notice that all the sprinkler zones weren't coming on at the time they were supposed at 3am in the morning and one zone wasn't turning off at all. So I called Bill and he came out within the week. On this visit he found that the Timer needed to be replaced. This cost another $195. Once again Bill was very kind to allow me to pay the bill withing 30 days. Overall Bill came across professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The visit turned out be alot more money than what I hoped for, but again the system had not been used in years so I'm guessing this was to be expected. I really appreciated the extra time to make payment because otherwise I would have had to reschedule and it would have cost me more to have them come out another time.

They arrived promptly and checked our entire sprinkler system. They told us about ( and showed us) the broken sprinkler heads and pipes that they found and gave an estimate to fix it. The defects were fixed and the entire system working well in two hours. I highly recommend Bill and his team.

Purchased a $49 Big Deal for sprinkler system tune-up. Because of overwhelming response there was an initial mix-up with scheduling. The owner, Bill Dalrymple apologized and personally rectified the matter expeditiously. He and his staff were professional & prompt, and gave me a thorough assessment of my irrigation system. Dal's was honest & fair and only repaired what really needed fixing (electrical valve lid & diaphram). They provided outstanding service and I have no hesitation recommending them.

I picked them because they are highly rated. They had great service and customer service. He is very professional and good at what he does. They were very quick with appointments and showing up on time. The price to me seemed a little high compared to the work. For just uncovering a head it costs around $95; this didn't take more than 15 minutes, and it just didn't make since. I felt nickel and dimed. Next time I will do a little more research.

Crew was early and very professional. They were very thorough and congenial. The only bump was when I got the bill. It seemed a tad high. But ultimately I would hire them again.

Bill and Jeff were right on time and went right to work diagnosing the problems we had with our system. They figured things out quickly, and came up with great solutions and proceeded to get things done. They used top quality tools and top quality parts. I couldn't be happier with their performance.

It went off without a hitch. I asked for an updated system and that is what I now have. No more watering for me. I am back out on the golf course!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dal's. They are friendly, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I got great service, and tips that have saved me $$ bucks on yard and landscaping details. Yea Dal's!

I purchased the sprinkler tune up and was pretty sure I would need additional work. The crew was very efficient, prompt, and explained everything. They gave me the option to do nothing or any part of the work. The work was done well, even though I ended up spending more than I anticipated. I think the prices were fair, but I didn't have any other estimates to compare to.

Everything good. I bit expensive but a good experience overall.

I called them because my sprinkler pump wasnt working and I thought I needed a new pump. I received 3 quotes and they were comparable, fortunately when they showed up they had the necessary parts with them to fix the check valve which was the problem with the system, not a pump. They also did an evaluation of the coverage as requested and made some suggestions on were to move and install heads, which they were able to do on the spot. I was very pleased with their service and ability to get the job done the first time.

Owner contacted us promptly to set an appointment, showed up as promised, did an excellent job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
