All the work was fine expertly, timely, and with fair pricing.

They did a great job of finding problems and fixing them. It did come in higher than expected but felt the pricing was fair.

He showed up as agreed, and provided an estimate of $1050 to change a sprinkler pump. I knew how to do this myself, just didn't really want to do it. Had decided to accept a quote of up to $600, and consequently turned down the offer. I instead ordered a highly reviewed pump from Amazon at a cost of $264, added $28 worth of consumables from Home Depot and had the new pump up and running a couple of hours later. I understand the overhead involved with running a company, but this was simply too much.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List, which was for $50. They were very good. They were punctual, which is encouraging to me as it doesn’t always happen. They came here and appeared to be very thorough. They did recommend some additional work which cost us another $150. Everything appears to be okay.

It went perfect and it works perfect.

This job was estimated to be $95 per hour in labor plus parts. I assumed and budgeted for a total bill of $400. I was shocked to receive an invoice for $850.00+. Shame on me for not requesting a detailed quote in writing up front. Buyer beware.

Used them last year and called them again this year to fix and adjust my sprinklers. On time, had everything needed and were quick and efficient. Good guys to call for sprinkler service.

We bought the house and we didn't really understand how our sprinkler system really worked. So Dal's Sprinkler & Landscaping came over and set up our sprinkler system and they replaced the heads that needed to be replaced and gave us a lot of information about the system. They did a lot of things and they did them pretty fast. It seemed like honest, hard working guys and they took really good care of us. They're very serious about getting the job done. Their prices are fair. I remember thinking that we got our money's worth.

I called and left word for someone to call me to give me a quote to fix my sprinkler system. They didn't call me back until over a week later. They did come by my house to inspect my sprinkler system and then gave me a quote over the phone for $500 which I thought was too much money so I decided not to go with them.

Bill's response was immediate; he came for an estimate on Monday. He completed the job on Tuesday. Almost every sprinkler was not working and he had to dig to find some of them. All 40 heads were replaced with a product that won't fall off every time the lawn is mowed. We are happy with the service.

It is a family operated business and they are all nice people and very professional. The service was very good.

Bill returned my call promptly and promised that although he was busy, he would come past my property within a few days to give me a quote on replacing my sprinkler timer. He called again when he was on his way and then after checking my existing timer, called me with a quote to replace it. I approved the quote and he did the work the following day. He reset the system which seems to be working well again. His price was fair, he was very punctual and courteous and we would certainly use him again.

Sprinklers working ok one yr later but not optimal. Lawn care people , another agency, is factor in lawn sprinkler function and over all both are contributors to this homeowners angst in various locations over the years. Sprinklers are a challenge to maintain. Suggestion : make care full inspection of each sprinkler for function before repair services arrive and make checklist for repair. Such is life when you own a home with a lawn. . On a hot day, I suggest you run thru your sprinklers just for fun.

Crew was on time, worked quickly and cleaned up before they left.

I phoned Dal's & set up an appointment for an estimate to repair my irrigation system. An appointment was set & Bill arrived as scheduled. He quickly examined my system (over 25 years old), determined the cause of the problem (it was not sprinkling) and we agreed on a price to repair the system & correct a significant problem with a sprinkler head. He arrived as scheduled to make the repairs & later testing showed that all was in good working order. I'm completely satisfied with the service provided.

Bill was on time for the appointment. He performed the service as stated. He did find a couple items that needed to be repaired but overall the service went well.

They did a good job. Of course, they mentioned other things that they could do to make more money. They checked the heads and fixed the ones that need to be fixed and they repositioned some of the sprinklers.

Bill did a great job. He did everything as promised to do and the sprinkler system works great. His price was reasonable and he was responsive to my phone calls. He did an excellent job.

I found the owner, I think his name was Bill, to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Initially when I called to make an appointment Dal's was booked. Due largely in part to the special offered by Angie's List. :-) I spoke directly to the owner, who promised if I called back in approximately three weeks, he would come out that weekend. I must admit I was a bit concerned initially, because I had already paid for the service through Angie's List and I'm wondering what would I do if in three weeks he still could not fit me in. However, I called back in three weeks and the owner himself promptly came out on the weekend. We walked the property, tested the sprinkler system and he offered advice and provided a written estimate of the work that was needed. That week the owner sent members of his staff to complete the work. The work was done pretty good. We had to have them to come back to adjust a few things and there were a couple of heads that were not working properly. They came back, made the adjustments and everything is working okay. I would use Dal's again primarily because of the owner. As I said earlier, he was personable and very knowlegeable. I could not give the overall experience an excellent rating because the work wasn't done properly the first time. The company had to come back and make corrections and I'm still not so sure it was done to the level that I expected or that of the owner.

Dal's Sprinklers came out on an Angie's List Special $49 sprinkler tune up promotion. I also had another issue with the sprinklers due to the sidewalks recently being replaced in front of my house. Bill Dalrymple and his crew arrived right on time. Bill asked me what needed to be done, diagnosed the problem and discussed the options with me. They actually ended up repairing another company's shoddy repair, which had cut off water to one of the sprinkler heads. They dug up a portion of the old line and replaced the flex hose with new PVC and a new sprinkler head. They replaced a couple other sprinkler heads, cleaned out, and adjusted all other sprinkler heads in a five zone system. These guys are pro's and they really know what they are doing. Bill and his crew are very personable and hard working. I was extremely satisfied with the job they did and would not hesitate to call them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing irrigation and sprinkler service or repair.

Overall it was a good experience. Once I saw how easy it was to repair the broken lines and heads, I figured my husband could complete the job. Dal was informative and professional. Would call on him again.

The entire experience was excellent.

He brought his whole crew with him and they all went over my entire property replacing sprinklers as needed. I have 5 separate sections . I had lost the prime so they also installed a new floater as my older one had disappeared and the line was full of mud.
