DAL ARRIVED ON TIME, DID AVERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND LEFT EVERYTHING IN ORDER.

We called because we had 2 sprinkler heads that were broken. The 3 technicians were on time and completed the work within the hour. Our only complaint is that they replaced 3 other heads at a cost of $36 without either consulting us (both me and my wife were home) or showing us which heads were defective. The explanation was that the pop-ups were in the up position. Usually when that happens, I just clear the area around the head and push it back in. I felt like they were "pumping up the bill" to offset the Angie's discount.

Honestly, Dal is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is a genuine person looking to satisfy whatever your water needs are, and his prices are very fair. He won't price gouge you or sell you unneeded work. Everything he does is for a reason. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He has been in the business for over 4 decades and knows about all things water related. His team showed up on time and worked fast and efficiently.

Dal's did a great job. I found them on Angie's list and they were very responsive and was able to work around my schedule. They came out providing me a 30 minute heads-up and fixed all sprinklers that were broken. They did a great job and price, I felt, was very resonable fo rthe work performed.. I will definately use them again for any sprinkler issues I have in the future.

They were fast, courteous, and professional. They fixed them all. Their cost was reasonable and competitive. They showed up the day before they said they could be there, which was even better. They did a good job and were just great!

OMG my sprinklers were a mess, hadn't been serviced in about three years. I have a double corner lot so not only do I have a front back and sides, I also have a long side swale. I would say that only about 40 % of my sprinkler heads were functioning. I had never used the company before, the last guy I used was from craigslist and although he did a decent job, it was a amateur job. I spoke with Bill and we set up a time, he called me the day before to confirm, and showed up the next day exactly on time with a helper and got to work. they had their hands full and worked solid for the next 4 hours. After they were finished took me on a walk around and I got to say It looked like a brand new system....was very pleased. If my yard guy doesn't tear them up I should have a few years to enjoy a nice year round green lawn. Bill is a very friendly Bear of a man (had to say that) and would highly recommend his service.

My husband was the one dealing with he contractor and states that he really loved the way that Bill was professional, and how he provided explanation of all the work performed. His crew was also very efficient. We are very satisfied with this contractor work. I have already recommended him to others.

Grass Hopper was an excellent choice and completed the project, including, taking care of the unexpected conditions every job presents, at a very attractive price and did a beautiful job. Would absolutely utilize their services in the furure.

They just revitalized the whole sprinkler system.

I called Bill to ask for an appointment to service my sprinkler system. He said he was very busy that week but that he could see me the week after and asked me to call again and leave a message in his voice mail with a proposed date for a visit. He would call back to confirm. After a week I heard nothing so I called another company. The afternoon before the "proposed" date, he called to confirm he was coming. He said I locked the date by leaving the message in his answering machine... How am I supposed to know that he is available, that he doesn´t have another customers on the date I proposed? And why does he wait until the last minute to call and confirm? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

It was great.. That was the second time Bill and his team werre here. The first time was about a year ago, when major work was done to update the water coverage. the heads they use are professional grade... no comparison with even the expensive water birds you buy at the Depot.

Great!. Work was performed as promised. Following initial assessment, all suggested repairs were discussed and options were provided.

I left a message and received an immediate call back. I explained that my sprinklers would intermittently stick on one zone and that I had opened up the indexing valve and nothing appeared wrong. Bill told me what he thought was wrong, how he would fix it and how much it would cost. (Rebuilding the indexing valve.) They came out and made the fix. While they were working on the valve I mentioned that the rain gauge was a problem. The person looked at the valve noticed it was set wrong and fixed that too. I was extremely pleased with their honesty as they could have told me I needed to replace the gauge just to make more money but they didn't. I can highly recommend Dal's and will use them again.

They were very polite and I would definitely sue them again.

I was having issues with low pressure in the last 3 rotors of my front lawns. Called Bill on 5/7/13, he gave me an appointment for the 14th. He was there at 7:30 AM, inspected my system, gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. Three hours later he called to tell me the job was done and pressure was back to normal. When I got home everything was clean, he even replaced the grass on the spots he had to dig out to fix the pipes, and the sprinklers were working again. He recommended to change some sprinkler heads for better performance, but didn't push to do it himself, said it was probably cheaper if I did it myself. Super nice guy. I will definitely call him again if I have issues with my sprinkler system.

Good a little expensive but otherwise very good.

We contacted Bill because we had several sprinkler heads that were hitting the house and we had some serious rust spots that had developed over time. We purchased a sprinkler system tune-up service that we found on Angie's list from Bill's company. He was very friendly, professional, and kept his word when he said that everything would be working fine when he left. It was! We would recommend him very highly to anyone who wants to have their system repaired or tuned up. He honored his prices and worked very carefully and neatly.

The company owner, Bill Dalrymple, personally made time in his very busy schedule to see my lawn because i had a major problem, and i believe the timer was not advancing at all which meant that if I started it manually, one zone would get watered and stay on for hours until my neighbors noticed the problem! And of course the rest of the lawn would be dry. I had other sprinkler companies telling me I needed heads replaced or whatever, but no one took the time to figure out there was a problem with the timer box. Bill was very nice, honest and professional, and almost apologetic that he had to charge me for a new timer...which i was of course glad to pay because this was a major problem! Of course he also assessed all the watering zones in my 3/4 acre lot, and made sure everything was in working order. I can understand why he is so busy; he told me he gets a lot of business from Angie's list and it is easy to see why. I highly recommend this company as they are above all the rest.

The experience was great. These guys are quick respectful and very experienced. You really can't go wrong, I chose them because they were the highest rated on Angie's List --Now I see for myself that the rating was well deserved. Great Job.

Bill and his team arrived early ready to work. They performed the evaluation quickly and efficiently. Bill gave me some options and we agreed on the work and the price. Work was finished in less time than expected. After running through a couple tests and adjustments to confirm the system was working as we wanted, I paid Bill and the team went to their next job. Bill and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

punctual, hassle free service

Bill installed the first irrigation system for me at my home in Cooper City in 1980. He regularly checked with me to make sure it continued to operate properly and would come out on a days notice to make adjustment or relocate lines when we added a pool. In 1988 we moved to Davie and he installed the second system for us and continues to service it whenever necessary. A few years later we had him install a system for my mother in law. Bill does business by taking care of his customers and standing by his work.

Punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future.

This is an excellent company which quickly resolved the program. When I redo my driveway, Bill was a real, friendly person and I will call them to dig the water pipe deeper into the ground to ensure no further problems. I really did appreciate this company.

Bob Veil personally came to our home and performed the sprinkler repair work on our system. Excellent service, exceptionally professional and we look forward to using him again for future sprinkler maintenance/repair. Hands down the most reliable!
