It's incredible that a company as bad as this is still in the market. How can they get hired to manage ANYTHING at all when they have so many bad reviews all over? Just check Google, Best Business Bureau (BBB), Yelp, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Very high fees, inefficient, underpaid and poorly trained staff, frequent lies to owners, never bother to answer requests or complaints, and so on. I own a PH at Atlantic Ocean Club. Had continuous issues with the building AC system that affected my unit. For the past three years I've asked Castle managers (four of them, since they don't last long), to solve them. The last one was the worst refusing to admit any responsibility even when three different AC companies provided proof on the contrary. I reached for the the CEO/Founder of Castle. He sent me back to the same manager that took two weeks to answer just to repeat the same story. Most of the building owners hate this company and hopefully we'll get ride of them soon. Also, don't even bother answering their "nice" responses asking for more info. They do nothing about them. A waste of time!
