On time delivery, transport driver was kind and courteous. Driver gave me a call when to expect the Car (just to make sure I was home) he was right on time and He even placed the car in the driveway for me I was extremely happy with the service thanks again

The staff was professional and courteous and very quick to pick up the contract for our vehicle. I'd have rated them with an A except there were some minor communication issues between pickup day and delivery day. In the end, though, the car arrived safe and sound to its destination as promised, and that's all one can really ask. I would call them again if I have another car to transport.

It all went perfectly. I was given a 3 day window for pickup and then this was narrowed down the closer to the day to ship. Picked up a block from my house due to palm trees and delivered to my driveway 3 days later. I received a call the night before telling me the car would be delivered between 7 and 8 am. The car was delivered at 7:20am. The driver apologized because the car was dirty but I expected that. The car was in perfect shape. I also appreciated talking to Ely when I made the reservation and Ely kept me informed as we waited for the pickup day. Great people and Great Company!

Guy & Victor did an absolute amazing job! We were so nervous about shipping our car, but they made this experience great! He even bought the car to my job due to not being home when he made it in town. Will definitely hire again and refer friends!

Both the broker (UFA) and the carrier (Viktor) were amazing in their efforts to accomodate our narrow date/time window on both ends of the move. They were on time, professional, moved the cars with great care, no issues on either end of service. I would highy recommend these companies.

Ely was great at getting everything set up and the driver Rudy kept me informed on when the vehicle would be picked up and when it was dropped off. I reserved the car move a week before I needed it moved. The reservation process went well. The price for a custom move, meaning delivered at a certain time and place and transported in a covered truck was competitive with other carriers. On the day the car was to be picked up, their truck driver had a mechanical failure on the road and could not pick up the car. They arranged with Incognito Express, driven by Sebastian to pick my car and deliver it to Dewey, AZ. Sebastian was punctual, communicated well on his arrival. i was very pleased with his enclosed trailer and the way he inspected and handled my car, both on the pick up and delivery. I felt very well about my car in Sebastian's hands. He was again punctual on delivery and very careful taking out the car. Overall my experience with United Freight was very pleasant and trouble free. I would definitely recommend them for your automotive move.

All went well. From my first phone call to Guy, who was so friendly and patient with my concerns ( my first time shipping my car) Guy patiently answered all my questions. Shipment was amazing the driver was on time and kept me updated on his arrival in Florida. The same for my shipment back to Pa. The professionalism of both drivers was amazing! It went very smoothly. I was called by the driver when he arrived at my truck in Oregon. He loaded it and told me to expect 5 days. On the fourth day he called with delivery time. Good Job. Very nice and professional!
