great service. It was well priced and the vehicle was picked up and arrived on time. I would use their services again.

Extremely fast and professional. Guy called as a follow-up to my quote request as well as a follow-up after delivery. Driver had to pick up and drop off at large public lot rather than at home due to size of carrier but this was not a problem for me or the person accepting the delivery. Driver was polite, professional, and called ahead to communicate any expected delay due to traffic or weather. Driver meticulously inspected car before shipment and documented all dings, dents, stains, etc. inside and out. I was nervous having not done this before, but the company and driver made it a breeze.

It all went as smooth as possible. I received a call and email from United that the job had been dispatched; the contractor called the next day while he was in route to the dealership;he had all the necessary paperwork ready and loaded the car in Tennessee without any drama; I received a call the next day and the car was at my home in South Florida on Mother's Day, a little value added by the contractor.

Communication excellent. Worked with my specific timeline for pick up and delivery or vehicle. Price quoted better than other quotes received from other known automobile transportation company. Responsive to questions, exceeded expectations.

Driver was very professional, communicated well, very courteous and responsive. The service was very fast. I have no complaints. I did think the brokerage or booking fee (not sure what its called) was high. I've used a similar service once before a couple of years ago (Bulldog ? It was located in Iowa) and it was about the same price for the transport (~$600 now vs. ~$550 then) but the booking fee/brokerage fee was about $150-$200 less. Result: I paid ~$745 then in stead of $945 I paid then.. Not sure if that was inflation or not but it seems like a significant difference in the same price. So, overall great service, driver, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism but the price seemed high.

This was a very disappointing experience dealing with the broker - United Freight. Please note that carrier that was used, Curves Ahead, was wonderful. 5/6/15 - We started the process of researching carriers on on Angie's list. Guy from United Freight Of America was initially very responsive to all of my inquires while I was deciding which carrier to use. In fact, he called a number of times to try and get my business. 5/13/15 - We signed them contract with them. I was verbally told the carrier would contact the car seller on Friday or possibly even Saturday and the car would be picked up by Monday 5/18. We paid the full fee up front. 5/16/15 - No one ever called the seller to schedule pick up so I sent an email to Guy on 5/16/15 asking for a status 5/18/15 - At 10:15 am I get an email that "the driver is running a little behind schedule he should still be there later today but might need an extra day." Late in the afternoon, we are then told the truck that was supposed to pick up the car broke down and had to be towed. From 5/19 - 5/21 - No one picked up the car. I was very frustrated with the carrier. The seller was inconvenienced with many changes in pick up date, we were frustrated that it was so challenging for this broker to find another service to pick up the car. At times, since I was at work, I had my husband talk with Guy. 5/21 I called them for a status and I asked to speak to Guy. Another person was put on the phone that said he was Guy, he was not. Guy finally came on the phone. I was quite angry how frustrated we were with their lack of having a company to pick up the car and that everyone was getting upset. Guy proceeded to tell me that the seller and my husband were not upset, only I was. That was not true. Then instead of just doing the job they were contracted to do, Guy called the car seller to ask if he was upset. He had no right to do that. His responsibility was to be professional, get the car picked up as contracted and communicate with all parties involved on the car pick up and delivery. 5/22 - The car was finally picked up by a carrier called Curves Ahead. This was an extremely professional company. The driver was amazing and the car was delivered on May 26. The driver had excellent communication with us and we were very impressed with his customer service. Ultimately, if we had the ability to contract directly with Curves Ahead, it would have been great. The issue overall was the broker United Freight. The lack of ability to respond quickly when a truck broke down and their communication with the seller and us in terms of telling me that my husband and the seller were not upset and calling them to address that issue versus just working on getting the car delivered. They made no amends whatsoever to us for the issues that occurred.

Excellent service and communications. Referred by Angie's List, a bit more expensive than others but worth it. Problem free and the driver was great.

The gentlemen I spoke with, Guy was professional. I had explained another broker could not confirm a pick up on the vehicle and he claimed he had "his own trucks" and could get it done. But, it came with a very steep premium. He was charging about $200 more than anyone else I had quote the job. But, at this point, I was pretty desperate, so I went with him. He requested a $225 upfront deposit, which I paid (I assume this was his profit) and then I had to pay $700 cash to the driver. The driver did confirm he is an Independent, so United Freight was merely a broker like everyone else. PS: The other broker called 30 minutes later and said she found a carrier. She was $200 cheaper, but I had already agreed to the deal with Guy. I tried to get guy to come down on the price, but he would not (I saw other hauls he had done from FL to MA much cheaper, but he would not budge. Bottom line, these guys get the job done but are very expensive. I move this car 2x a year so I will continue to look at others that can do the same thing (hopefully), but without the high price.

VERY HAPPY with the outcome!! United far exceeded my expectations and delivered my vehicle in six days (cross country) Constant communication between dispatch and drivers, and the car did arrive in excellent condition. Of course price was average but I must mention that I was too late to let them know that I was a veteran and could not use my discount because it would cost $75.00 to re-write orders???

I informed the provider (Guy) when I was going to be in Florida and he gave me a range of days a driver could be available to pick up my vehicle. Contracted driver (Sergio) contacted me to let me know which day he would be in my area. He then gave me a three hour window for the pick up. A half hour before he was in my area, the driver let me know where he could pick up my vehicle. He offered to drive to my house, however the roadway was tight to fit a large trailer, so we agree on a location not too far from my house and easier for him to load the vehicle. The driver was prompt. He inspected the vehicle for and dents, dings, or broken items, documented what he observed, and gave me a copy of the Bill of Lading that I signed. He then told me the approximate date he would be at my Florida location. Upon reaching my Florida location, we agree on a convenient drop-off location as I reside in a gated community. The driver contacted me to tell me where specifically he parked and directed me to that location. He already had my vehicle off of his trailer when I arrived. I inspected the vehicle which had no unexpected damages. I then signed the yellow copy of his Bill of Lading and gave him the balance of money due. Payment was $295 credit card up front, and cash or cashier's check for the balance. The next day the provider contacted me to make sure everything was OK with the transport.

I contacted them on Wednesday, same day they got a driver already on that route, who picked up vehicle same day and delivered it on Saturday before noon. That was awesome service. I already gave their contact to a friend who wants to move his car. God bless y'all.

United was the least expensive and available when needed and arrived on time as promised.

Exceeded expectations. Guy G. who I spoke with handled the estimate and all the other arrangements. Although they were not the lowest priced auto transport company, the ratings and reviews on Angie's list and the small Angie's list members discount sealed the deal. Guy took care of the necessary scheduling and the driver called the night before the pickup and was parked only a couple hundred yards from my house when he called the next day. Car was loaded and on its way to Boston a few minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time. The driver was polite and efficient. The car was delivered on time and in the same condition it left. We've shipped several other hand-me-down cars to our kids over the years, and while we have never had any problems, this was our best experience.

I did not use them because I was having scheduling difficulties. Apparently, they don’t actually have their own trucks and if they do, they must be using other people’s trucks also because scheduling was not what I would call exact. In other words, they couldn’t tell me for sure what day or what time the guy would be in my particular area to be able to pick it up and then how long it was going to take to get it up there. They could be a little more specific on timeframes but I’m not sure that they could do that in a trucking industry but that would be worthwhile.

It was good. That was excellent and very good. The person that kind of set it up was a little not interactive. We talked about the price and when I wanted it to occur and it was fine. But then when it was getting down to the time frame, he just passed it over and did not want to deal with it. We dealt directly with the trucker. Once we got done, I did not receive or heard from them and it was three months later and the he was following up with the billing. So it was like he was taking his time. I was a little uncomfortable with that but the trucker was excellent. I set up it around the end of September for October. I only heard from him once and he provided me with a name of the individual that will pick up our things. He said he will get back to me but I had to call him during the actual day of the pick up and he basically didn?t want to be bothered and he just gave me the number of the individual and told me to just call him. So I was not impressed with the service but the driver himself did an excellent job. The number on reason I will recommend them is the transport itself. Once I got hold of the driver, everything was exactly what he stated. The number one reason I would not recommend them is the initial individual I talked to, the service company seem like he just generally was not interested. I don?t like their customer service. I think they can do better with their follow up and see what?s going on and making sure that I am a satisfied customer. The price was reasonable because I got a couple of estimates. One guy was great and the other was not great.

The service was excellent and timely. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the company is reputable.

Unfortunately, my trip to Florida was not for pleasure, my father was terribly ill and I flew down for what was supposed to be a 2 day visit. After the first couple of days it was clear that I needed to get him back to NY, closer to his primary doctors and our family. Part of this included packing up his vacation home and dealing with his vehicles. My brother flew down from NY and drop his truck back but his 2002 Corvette Convertible (that he loves) either had to be left behind for another trip or shipped back. I mentioned to him that I could probably arrange transport from a local source but then I remembered my membership on Angie"s List. I contacted a few auto transport providers but Guy at United Auto seemed the most anxious to help. I briefly explained my situation and he immediately put me, and more importantly my father at ease. We spoke late on a Friday evening (I was surprised he answered the phone) and he contacted me Sunday morning as promised to make the final plans. All worked out and the car arrived in NY a few days later. Everything he said was done exactly how it was explained.

Guy (the salesperson's name) convinced me that I should go with them and not with cheaper alternatives because they don't shop around on movers networks for the cheapest bidders. He said he had connections to reliable trucking companies, which could pick up and deliver the cars "as promised". As you would have expected, these turned out to be promises by a snake oil peddler. My first car was picked up on time and delivered on time. But, for the second car the pick up was delayed because of "unusual" circumstances. Then the delivery was also delayed (an additional delay beyond the one caused by the delayed pick up). I had to scramble as they didn't pick up the car while I was in town. I had to ask my friend to facilitate the pick up. Through out the process, Guy was very reactive. He never thought it was his responsibility to contact me to keep me posted. I had to call him and the Trucking company guy numerous times to get updates. Also, I had to forcefully ask him to do the right thing like sending a smaller truck to my friend's place to pick up the car since Guy's company caused the delay and there was no way I could ask my friend's wife to leave her young kids home, drop off the car at a "big road" and then walk back to her home! I think the results would have been similar if I had signed up for a cheaper alternative. Guy's company is not worth doling out the extra cash. In the end he said that the trucking company had agreed to give a $100 discount for my trouble (and my friend's trouble) but that would be it. He said truck breakdowns and lapsed schedules are the "nature of the business" and they couldn't do much. Well if he had been honest about his lack of control at the start and not used it to bash the other cheaper alternatives, guess what, I would have saved about $750 between the two cars!

The move went as expected with no faults... as far as I could tell. There was a bit of a hiccup at the beginning when they almost couldn't get the auto carrier down my road, but eventually the driver was able to fit it in. Since my dealings with the company were either online or via email, I do wish that someone could have either visited the area or pulled up a Google Map of my address and advised me of a) either the difficulty of pickup and/or b) offered an alternative place nearby. For dropoff, none of these issues occurred. My only wish for this end is that there was either a little bit more headsup on when delivery would occur (while a week was given... I wasn't expecting it to happen until I got the call the afternoon before). There was a bit of a scramble to get the funds ready ... but again, not a major issue. If there was a way to track the vehicles online... that would have been good. My knock on the professionalism grade was due to the driver's attitude towards electric cars (one of my cars transported was a Tesla). He also had some difficulty with getting it on the truck... which might have further increase his disdain. Overall, it did not affect the delivery...

Perfect. Picked up car at driveway in NJ and dropped off car 6 days later at driveway at new home in Phoenix, Arizona.

I had to chase after the company a bit to find out what was happening with my car and to determine more up to date eta. Company was very reactive with service. Driver was professional. Had some issues with final meeting point at last minute with arrival, but overall car arrived fine.

It went very well, called Guy G. at United Freight of America which I found on Angie's List. We set up date of three pick up days and was contacted by the driver on the second day and was told he would be picking up my car at my house on the morning of the third day. He arrived to pick up my car, inspected it and put it on the trailer, it was that simple, very professional and courteous. The driver Harold told me he would be delivering my car in three days and it was, right to my address. Car was in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use it again and highly recommend to anyone to use this company. No worries they are very experienced in what they do. Awesome job guys thanks.

The company was responsive and let me know when the expected move was going to be, things got a little out of schedule due to the weather problems in the NE but whenever I called or e-mailed they rapidly replied. The transport truck showed up on time, the two man crew was courteous and professional. They had the car delivered in excellent shape to Florida the next day without incident.. I would recommend them and use them again.

They are the broker for the service. They were pretty quick with the transport and it took about a week. Everything was okay.
