They did a good job. They were very hard to communicate with. There was a language barrier. Their accents were very difficult to work with. It was a little frustrating but they got the job done. It was a nice job and they were very accurate. I checked all the prices of a bunch of other people. It was an average price, not high and not too low. The driver was very good. We had a communication problem at first and the guy kept on trying with all means. They had a sense of humor and they delivered the car very nicely, and it was good timing. The driver was a guy named Dominick and he was excellent. I was pleased. I would use them again.

Guy was very nice & worked hard at getting my car picked up at the last minute after I wasted my time with a different transport service. Although I had to pay more, things went quickly & fell into place. He arranged for the car to be picked up the same day, actually in a few hours then I could move on to other things. Of course I couldn't help but worry, it did help when I received updates via text. The carrier (Above & Beyond Enterprises) got the car there in good shape & even pulled it into my mother's driveway. The amount I was quoted was the same from start to finish. I recommend Guy & United Freight when you need to transport your car.

Arrived on time, loaded the car, delivered it without an incident. Examined car carefully before loading and made detailed notes on the form I received at loading and unloading.

The entire process from quote to delivery was seamless. They picked up my car from California as scheduled, were available to give updates on status when requested and delivered my car to my door in Maryland on time. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company. They were professional and did what they said they were going to do. Once Guy assigned my carrier the carrier and I had contact all along the way. They said I would have my car delivered on the 24th of August and that's exactly what happened. The drivers were so very nice and my car arrived in great condition.

They were very responsive, provided solid advice on how to prepare the car for shipment, and their quote and payment process was clear and straight forward. We shipped vehicals seperately one. One of the drivers they contacted Lazie Auto Group was terrific. Very nice, responsive, and went out of his way to help with a smooth delivery. Vehicle arrive clean and undamaged. Other vendor was not good. Philly Express Group They only gave us 2 hours notice to pick-up and deliver the car, supposed to be 24 hours. When we did not respond within 2 hours on the delivery they left the car in a lot 20+ miles away. The car was so dirty I could not inspect it for damage. United Freight is handling my complaint with Philly Express group with concern and efficiency.

While the dispatchers from United and Rapid Transports, "Guy" and "Max" were courteous there was a communication problem, on their part, as to who would release my car, a 2011 Subaru, to the transport driver, "Roman". When I contracted with Guy of UFA, he gave me the impression that I did not need a specifically named individual as the one to release my car at the 111 Precinct Station House. Three days into the contract, Max and Roman of RT were quite adamant that a named individual be give to Roman or he would not pick the car up at the aforesaid agreed location with UFA. I made it quite clear at the outset to UFA that the 111 Precinct has a 24/7 main desk that is supervised by different individuals, and that all the transport driver had to do was call the main desk number that I gave to Guy and Max letting the Desk Officer know that they were in near proximity to the pick up location. The other option I gave, at the outset, was to have the driver enter the 111 Precinct Station House, and identify themselves to the Desk Officer where upon they would be given my car key to pick it up in the Station House parking lot. I was called, belatedly, and told that if I didn't give Roman or Max the name of a person my car would not be picked up which is not in accord with what we had originally agreed to. Since Guy had given me a three day window to begin with that being either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday it was now Wednesday, and this would have put off the transporting of my car indefinitely. Needless to say, this cause me and the Station House Desk Officer unnecessary confusion with resulting stress. I could understand it if "Roman" had been sent to a remote location then he would be right in requiring the name, and identification of a specific individual to pick up the car He was sent to a police precinct, and all he had to do was to go therein and identify himself in accord with the information that was provided to the Station House Desk, by me, several days earlier, and he would have been given the key to my car which was eventually given to him, by a named individual, after much to do about nothing.

Need car transported across US. Guy was very specific about the process and timing windows. In addition, he gave tips regarding what to be aware of. For example, additional storage in the vehicle may incur additional costs because of the additional weight factor. Actual charges is up to the driver. Pickup window was held, 8/3-8/5, planned pickup was 8/5 actually happened 8/4 and exceeded expectations. Delivery was planned for 5 to 7 days later. We were surprised to hear 2 days later the Carrier was in the State ready to delivery within a two hour window. This worked great for us and the location was up the street. Drivers were friendly, engaging, and service oriented. Vehicle had no signs of abuse or use. Would use them again!!!!

The whole ordeal was much better than expected. Everyone within the company was very professional in all aspects. I found United Freight Of America listed on Angies List along with several other Auto Carries. I interviewed each Carrier and did a background check those which I felt best to do the job. United Freight Of America won my confidence and my business. My car, a 1971 VW Super Beetle, had spent over a year being restored to it's original conditional by a professional Classic Car Restorer, is the reason that I requested a Closed Carrier. I was kept advised of the process from pickup in Missoula Montana to delivery in Newport North Carolina. I received a phone call from the Restoration Company informing me of the pickup and informing me that they felt that I had truly made the right choice in the hiring of United Freight Of America They were as impressed with the Driver as well as the Company. I knew that it would be impossible for the truck to deliver my car to the house even though he was willing to try. I had him meet me a the Shell Gas Station / Truck stop which is approximately 1 mile from my house. The Driver offered to assist me in getting my car home but I refused a I had made previous arrangements. While unloading my little VW, I noticed that there were two other car, a Maserati and a Lamborghini I would definitely use them again and the Restoration Company would even gladly recommend United Freight Of America

Overall, this contract went very well. Though we originally expected the transport to arrive between 7/29 and 7/31, unforeseen events prevented that. We did receive updates often on the new arrival date and within an hour of arrival, they were off heading east. Drivers were very professional and tripled checked each step of the process to load the vehicle. The original planned delivery date was not only met but was even a few days early! Also, while they were in transit, we needed to revise the actual drop off location. This was handled without complaint and all well very smoothly.

United Freight provided "white glove" shipping from my home in Lutz, FL to my secondary location in Nashville, TN. I found United Freight on Angie's List. Their reviews were impeccable. I found this to be true in my experience with them. The initial telephone contact was highly professional and put me at ease. I was somewhat nervous to be shipping my vehicle because it is my pride and joy...Mercedes SL 550 hard top convertible. United Freight took care of my "baby" as if it belonged to them. The car arrived in perfect condition. I was extremely impressed at how the company kept me updated with status reports during the transportation process. I would highly recommend United Freight to anyone interested in transporting a vehicle. I found the pricing to be very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Everything went exceptionally smooth. Since they were going to deliver the car before we would arrive at our destination, they were able to change the drop off location. They did an excellent job communicating in advance.

The office was very responsive. They broker for independent auto haulers. I called on Friday and they had it scheduled for pick up the following Tuesday. Ours turned out to be a real nice Cuban with very little English and so we had to depend upon his wife on the phone being the coordinator. If my wife did not speak Spanish it would have been a somewhat challenging process at the pick up and drop off. But it all worked out fine. Although there were some challenges we are pretty flexible and rolled with the punches. Our only big concern was that the driver parked his truck and trailer in the middle of a very busy two lane highway with a center turning lane near our house and asked us to meet him there. We thought he was nuts but he was quite comfortable with it as cars whizzed by on both sides. The car arrived quickly in perfect condition. We would use them again but would need to negotiate a more safe pick up location.

United Freight of America did an outstanding job transporting my son's car from Houston, Texas to Long Island, New York. For $875 I experienced a worry-free transport process. Ely provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process from price quote to delivery of the car. UFA worked within my son's very tight work schedule and had the auto carrier arrive exactly as planned. Because the car carrier could not come on to our residential street we agreed upon a mutually agreeable location for drop off. Great communication with Guy, who explained everything clearly to me. I found a couple of quotes for slightly less, but decided to go with United Freight of America because of their excellent reviews. Pickup was rescheduled several times, but Guy worked with me to find a convenient solution. Car arrived a week later in good shape. I would definitely use this service again.

I got exactly what i expected. Guy was great and easy to talk to as well as his partner. I needed a car brought from GA to FL. The dealer i was working with was not getting the paper work in a timely manner. Guy was understanding and moved the date back a day. I was still able to get my car home in time. The driver was great as well. He answered my text messages in a timely manner and even updated me on arrival time. I let him know i lived on a dead end and would be best if he park on the corner. We decided that a local plaza parking lot would be best for him. He was professional enough to drive the car to my house as i had no transportation to meet him. I drove him back and went thru all the details of the drop off. Would certainly use this company again.

United Freight was great! I definitely give them an A+. They were timely in getting back to me, and in getting the shipping all set up. We did have a problem was with their third-party carrier as they were tardy and somewhat disorganized. I have since shared this issue with United Freight and I'm sure they will get it fixed. United Freight went out their way to make us happy, and I will definitely use them again!

They communicated with us as needed, showed up and delivered the car to the dates agreed to. No issues what so ever.

Our transport was handled by Jeremy at Bull Transport. Their transport truck was impressive. Jeremy arrived on time to pick-up vehicle, and was professional and knowledgeable. Our vehicle was delivered on time and in same condition as shipped. We will use Bull Transport again.

They performed the service as they said, in the time they said, at the price they said. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone transporting an automobile.

Guy at United Freight goes above and beyond to provide top drawer service. He patiently walked me through every step of the process, and was incredibly responsive to my numerous email questions. Then, when the driver he had booked encountered last minute mechanical difficulties and was unable to pick up our car on schedule, Guy booked another driver who turned out to be amazing. The driver, John, picked up and delivered our car on schedule. He was friendly, professional, and just a great person to deal with. I've learned that, when you're dealing with auto transport, you want to deal with a company that has good ratings - they will not be the cheapest, but they deal only with reputable drivers who are interested in maintaining a good relationship with them. I strongly recommend Guy at United - you can feel safe committing your beloved vehicle to his oversight and care.

We had planned to move our daughter and needed a shipping company. Guy walked us through all the details and was wonderful. Unexpectedly, however, we had to ship a second car after our car broke down on our way to New York. We did not feel comfortable with local mechanics, so we decided to ship that car too. Even though, we were not present Guy and Eli worked tirelessly to find companies that could assist us. Although there were a few glitches along the way, we recognized circumstances were beyond their control. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a car.

Everything was great. Guy was super helpful and responsive. He emailed me all the details and always made sure I felt comfortable. He was very accommodating, and my car got to San Fran safe and sound! Was very pleased with their service after having terrible experiences shipping cars in the past with other companies.

The cars were picked up next day and the driver who picked them up was extremely helpful as I had a 3mos old baby and couldn't drive the cars to meet his truck. The service was top notch and I would definitely use them again!
