Everything went as I had hoped. My truck was picked up within the three day window and delivered as promised. I especially appreciated their responsiveness. Any questions I might have had were answered in a timely fashion.

It went great. They contacted me with an update of when they'd be arriving. They arrived slightly early so I had little to no wait for my car to be unloaded.

Guy answered my call and provided a quote and estimated pickup and delivery dates immediately. I had a couple cheaper quotes by about $100, but decided to go with United because of good Angies List reviews. The vehicle was picked up at the end of the three day pickup estimate and delivered on the first day of the delivery window estimate. Based on the positive seamless experience, I would use them again.

I paid my deposit with United online on a Sunday, and gave the next day as the first available date for pickup. United had a driver calling at 10 a.m. for a noon pickup! The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected, which worked well for me. The agreement was clear, the process was simple, and the company and driver kept open communication during the process.

I called United Freight on Monday to arrange the transport. They said the vehicle would be picked up between Wednesday and Friday and the vehicle was picked up late Friday afternoon and delivered to my home on Sunday morning. Paid cash for the price quoted with no issues upon delivery. Very professional service both from United Freight and the actual transporter, JC Enterprise. I would use both of them again.

Transport of my car from CO to NY went well. No damage to the vehicle, pickup wasn't an issue. Would do business with again.

Went well. Scheduling was easy, but give yourself room on both pick up and drop off as United Freight subcontracts out the transport to a 3rd party. We had a smooth process for both cars.

Extremely well. United's sales team took my order by phone, confirmed by email, and arranged a pick-up just a few days later. The driver texted me ahead of his arrival and was courteous and professional when he arrived to take the car. He managed to park only two blocks from my home, which is not easy to maneuver with an 80' trailer. The car arrived in Fort Lauderdale two days later, well in advance of my Friday deadline. We could see the car from the street when we arrived at the drop location, which was very reassuring. The car was in the same condition as when I handed it off. The office staff handled the pick up professionally and quickly. There were no "windows" of arrival or pick up, no uncertainty about driver availability, no language barriers. Excellent service all around.

My car arrived on time and was in excellent condition, planning on using their services in the near future. Also, reffered my neice to transporters she needed a reliable car transport company. A plus rating.

It went great - from beginning to end. The quote and shipping request were done electronically. After talking to Ely, the person proving the quote and shipping request, I felt comfortable that they would do an excellent job! The truck driver called us ahead of time to advise us of the time they were to pick up the cars. We were hoping to receive our cars in Las Vegas 3 days later. And they did! Again, a phone call from the trucker informing us what time they would deliver the cars. And to top it off, their Angie's List price was the best price. I highly recommend them!

United Freight Of America absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything they said they would do or guarantee they did in spades. I've done this twice, but unfortunately the first time was NOT with United Freight Of America, and the difference between the two carriers really shown this time around!!! This sort of thing is already stressful, but I can assure you that using United Freight Of America to move your vehicle will take all the worries away. The seriously delivered! Literally!

United Freight hired Gulfcoast Auto Shipping to transport our car. It took 8 days for a trip that was to be 3-4 days. United Freight customer service called and explained the delays to my satisfaction. The problems were beyond the control of United Freight who has been courteous and apologized for my troubles.

I used United Freight of America twice to move cars from CT to TX. I spoke with Guy, who connected me with M & F Swalm Transportation. The whole process went smoothly. Guy answered all my questions and communication was good about pick up and delivery of my vehicles.

The three-day window is a little inconvenient because you never know the actual pickup time. We left the car with a friend as we had to leave on the third day of the three-day window. Car was actually picked up the day after (the fourth day). I would have been very upset if not for the professionalism of the the contact person (Guy) and of the driver (Justin?). The pick up went very smoothly and the car was delivered in good condition three days later in California. This was the first time I used auto shipping so I did not know what to expect. If i do have to ship my car in the future, I would use United freight of America again.

Very Good. After the initial delay due to the original truck breaking down, Ely rescheduled my car to be on a covered truck and it went fine.

Guy, the contact person for United Freight, was very good at communicating in a timely manner throughout. I was given the drivers number so I could call and verify timelines which was helpful. The driver was very polite and accommodating and he also communicated very timely. Delivery was faster than I expected. Car was brought to my driveway...great. I would use them again. Thank you
