It was so easy. We dealt with Ely at United Transport, and were able to schedule the pick up for the next day. Fred, the driver from Dicky Transport, was very professional. He picked up the car on time and delivered it exactly when he said he would and in perfect condition. United Transport even gave us a $100 credit for using Angie's list.

Was great. The carrier called me the day before pickup letting me know that the driver would be picking up the next day. Carrier called me again the next morning gave me an idea of what time the pickup would be. Called again to let me know he was several miles to the pickup location and then when he was there ready for the load. Met the driver of carrier, checked out the car, then loaded it on ramp and we are off. The driver was very professional and very polite. I was told the car would be there within 7 to 10 days, but was there in 5 days. Carrier called and told us where the car could be picked up at and went and picked it up. Again the driver of the carrier was very nice and professional with the drop off. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

After doing an extensive search on line I decided to try Angie's List to find a capable auto transport carrier to take a small SUV from SE Wisconsin to our new home in Naples Florida. I read the reviews for United Freight and decided to give them a call. I talked with Ely and he gave me the assurance that this was the right company for this move, and their pricing was comparable to other companies that had sent me quotes. They picked up when they said they would and delivered on the day that they promised. I would recommend United Freight as a very capable auto transport carrier.

Not the lowest price but worth the extra money. Paid extra for a smaller pickup window. Driver communicated well and was on time. Would definitely use again for my auto transport needs.

The time frame that was quoted from pickup to delivery was met. I would definitely hire United Freight of America in the future to transport a vehicle. I recently had my SUV shipped from Delray Beach, Florida to LBI, NJ and couldn't have asked for better service. I made arrangements with very short notice and Guy, at United Freight, was very helpful in accommodating my schedule for delivery. In fact, this is the second year in a row that I have used their services. My car shipped a day earlier than expected due to hurricane Irma, and my car arrived at its destination within the time frame they had quoted. I would highly recommend this service.

I was extremely nervous about having my car transported from FL to MA because I had never done this before and didn't know anyone who had. I got a quote online and then I got a very careful call from United Freight. The man on the phone was very good with my nervousness and did not push me when I said I wanted to sleep on it. He did ask me when I wanted to have the car picked up and I told him. When I called the next day to make the arrangements, they already had all the information and it was very easy to sign up. I thought the driver would call me to arrange the pick-up but he called when he was at the front gate. He called the morning of the second day named for pick-up. Because of a medical emergency, I was not able to be there for the pick-up but my neighbor delivered the car and was very impressed with the professionalism of the driver who insisted that my neighbor take pictures of the car and who was very careful loading and securing the car on the truck. I was able to change the delivery place because my address is on a one-lane dirt, dead-end road. I called the dispatcher and changer the delivery address. Two and one half days after the car was picked up, it was delivered, in perfect condition. The driver told me he had a total of nine cars when he left Florida but he only had two left on the truck after he delivered my car. So he made excellent time and apparently did nothing other than pick up and deliver cars. The driver was clearly proud of the work he does. This was a VERY GOOD experience and I will not hesitate to use this company next year when I have the car sent back to FL. This is clearly their business and they are VERY, VERY good at it. I have already told all my friends about this experience and would and will recommend United Freight to anyone - especially someone nervous about having their car transported. Everything went well. I paid a little more than I expected; however, during the process I began to feel that the cost was worth the level of service i received. My calls and emails were answered promptly and effectively. The driver was very pleasant, professional, and courteous.

I went online to look for transportation to have our Escape transported from Atlanta to Rochester. I contacted several transporters and just didn't feel comfortable with anyone of them. This was a very fearful and stressful time for me. When I contacted United Freight of America I received great customer Service. The Person(Man)I spoke to was very patient with me. We received our truck in 2 days. The young man that transported our truck also provided excellent customer service. The same day I contacted United Freight my truck was picked up the same day. My family member in Atlanta also said that the driver was very polite and also provided great customer service. THank Ginnie

Despite an issue with the assigned driver, an mechanical issue, the representative was quick to get a new driver so it became a non issue. The car was delivered within the time frame quoted and the communication was excellent. I would recommend this car transport service

I think the best news is that the entire process was uneventful! I booked the trip for the price advertised, they called to confirm the date, the driver came on time and my car arrived on time. Everything happened exactly as it was supposed to happen! What could be better than that? I would use their service again if I ever need to move another car.

Communication from company and driver was great. Knew exactly when pick up was and when delivery was. Worked within our schedule and needs as we were in the middle of a move. Delivered our vehicles in the same condition as picked up, just a bit of extra dirt which is expected on that long haul as we chose non-covered transport. Great service!!

It was absolutely horrible. I signed up for Angie's List to find a good, trustworthy service and stumbled across United Freight America. They had some really great reviews. WHAT A MISTAKE. I could not have found a worse vendor, actually! The car arrived in one piece, so that was a relief. However, the customer service was deplorable (there was none) and they made an amendment in the contract to pay half of the payment on credit card upon pick up and half upon drop off. They didn't tell me that they outsourced trucking and used another vendor, and they didn't communicate this message to that vendor. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with a dispatcher from another company telling him that we already paid. Turns out United Freight had pre-charged my boss' card and I had to show this other company receipts for payment. A TERRIBLE way to end my Friday evening. Really bummed about this whole experience, but especially that my first (and last) time using Angie's List was worse than if I had done it on my own. zero stars.
