The service provided was exactly how it was presented to me. The agent was honest and clear about the process and was professional in all dealings with me. The driver was on-time, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

They were extremely easy to work with and communicated well every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The entire process of booking the service and the pickup and delivery of the car was seamless. I phoned several times with questions and always was able to speak to someone on the phone. The driver gave advanced notice before pickup and drop-off, which made it easy to coordinate with schedules in both locations. The car was delivered undamaged. I wouldn't hesitate to use UFA again for any of my transportation needs.

The actual truck driver, Noel was very professional, kind and great to deal with. Truck came back totally perfect and I was really delighted with the entire experience. I recently shipped my car from WA to CA, after some search i decided to hire United Freight Of America and that was definitely a wise decision. I changed the pick-up location at last min, they really went above and beyond to accommodate my request, the entire process was smooth, and i would hire them again in the future.

United Freight transported two corvettes from Dallas to Sioux Falls SD. They transported a 2015 Camaro from Sioux Falls back to Dallas. They showed up before the expected shipping date. Professionally loaded the cars making sure to not damage them. I was initially about apprehensive using a shipping company that I had no knowledge of. Based on what I was told by Eli I decided to use them. I am glad I did because this entire shipping gig went off without a hitch. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Eli!

The whole process was great. Their customer service was very informative and attentive from my initial contact with them, thru the pick up, transport, and drop off of the car. The car was picked up on a Tuesday and delivered on Saturday. I would definitely use United States Transport again.

STAY AWAY! Use at your own risk! The first transport was so good we didn't even look at another company for the 2nd transport. BIG MISTAKE. No communication, then the driver did not want to deliver door to door as contracted. When we called United Freight on Sunday and were unable to reach them we bore the wrath of the driver. We ended up finding transportation to get the car because we were not sure what the driver would do if we didn't. Then after the driver found out we complained he sent us vulgar text messages. And to think we had to pay for this lack of service. Will never use United Freight again - suggest you don't either. Be forewarned - unreputable and corrupt.

UFA were great & professional in securing shipment of my Jeep to Las Vegas. The company they used showed up when expected and were extremely efficient in delivering the vehicle even 2 days early. I was very pleased ad would definitely recommend them.

There was some confusion with the details during the planning stage. However, eventually everything was worked out to my satisfaction. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the car was professional and courteous. He kept in touch during the transport and delivered the car on time and in perfect condition.

Great communication from Ely to set up the transit. Excellent experience with the driver, Vlad on getting my three Corvettes picked up in NC and delivered on time in CA. All in all, a great experience with no real issues.

Communication with the driver excellent, a delivery point was agreed and a time and the driver was there all ready to lioad as agreed. The delivery at the receiving end was co ordinated in a similar manner, All ran smoothly
