The vehicle was picked up in Los Angeles on a Tuesday around midday, and delivered in North Carolina only 3 days later, around midday on Friday. Communication throughout was great - from booking to getting a call the day before both pickup and delivery to let us know when the truck would be in the area. Price was $945; $345 reservation and $600 cash on delivery. In the end I couldn't believe they got the vehicle across the country in only 3 days. I was expecting at least a week or two, and was pleasantly surprised when they delivered so quickly!

United shipped two cars via an enclosed trailer over the last three months. The point of contact worked with me to fit the delivery into my schedule. Both arrived on or before the promised date. The service was efficient and the drivers professional. United followed through with what they promised and I would not hesitate to use them again.

At first there was a delay in the three-day window of picking up the car, but it was picked up on the 4th day. Car was delivered all the way across the US in only three days! Very impressed! Guys were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again. It was more expensive than other carriers we called, but I think the other carriers would not have been as timely and dependable. United Freight counts on their reputation and it shows. They follow through with their assurances.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from United Freight. I wanted to ship a car and requested a quote online. I received what seemed a fair quote from United Freight, but had questions about the timeline of services. I spoke to Guy G. on the phone and he explained every step of the process (from contract to getting my job selected by a driver/carrier to pick-up and drop-off). After faxing back a contract and putting down a deposit, United Freight assigned me a 3 day window (based on the earliest date I wanted to shoot for) of time when my vehicle would be picked up. On day 2 of my window, the driver contacted me (or rather, my shipping contact) to say exactly what time he'd be there on day 3 to pick up the car. The pick-up location was arranged by the driver and he even arranged a ride home for my contact (since the pick-up location needed to be somewhere with enough room to load the truck). At the time of pick-up, a Thursday, the driver gave an estimated delivery/drop-off date of Sunday or Monday and said he'd call in advance to arrange for delivery. On Sunday afternoon the driver called to say he'd be there on Monday morning between 7:30-8am. A few hours later he called back and said "how about 10-10:30pm tonight?" And then at about 10:20pm, he called to say he was around the corner from my house. I took delivery of the car, paid him the remainder of the balance from my contract and that was it. I received fantastic service from both Guy at United Freight and the driver Aagi.

The whole process was good. The car was picked up at the time indicated and dropped off a bit late due to bad weather.

We had an excellent experience. We reviewed several auto transport companies on Angie's List. United Freight of America had the most reported experiences with the vast majority being very positive. I called the company with several questions. We had a short window in which the car had to be picked up in Zionsville and dropped off in Florida. Ely was most helpful explaining the process. The cost was very reasonable. The gentleman who picked up the car was very professional, assuring me that the car would be safe. The car got to Florida before we did. The driver called me when it arrived. He parked the car in the driveway of our Florida location and sent me a picture verifying its arrival. I plan to use this company to transport the car back to Zionsville at the end of March.

everything went as smoothly as I could ask - my request was submitted and a driver in my area was made available to me in a timely manner. the driver kept in communication with me from start to finish and made the process almost effortless. he even delivered my vehicle sooner than expected.

Ely took my request, offered a discount for finding them through Angie's list and helped me understand the process. He assigned it to a third party contractor. The contractor called within 15 minutes and asked if he could pick it up that day rather than wait. I was thrilled as now I could be there and didn't have to involve my friends. He arrived on time with new transport equipment. He was thorough in looking over the car and gave me a ride back to my house. He provided me with his personal cell phone so I could call if I had any questions. The car was delivered in good condition within the terms of the agreement. He was very accommodating. The contractor they used was Jim Shaw from Indian Harbour Beach. I would use them again.

After getting over the fear of dealing with internet only correspondence and phone contact to Florida only for an intrastate Colorado move in winter,. these guys came through with flying colors !!! Despite issues with a truck breaking down and inclement weather, Guy and Eli went all out to get the car to NY at the agreed upon time. The professionalism and their responsiveness were exceptional. I highly recommend this service.

I have read horrible reviews online about other transport companies so I was a little nervous about using United Freight of America. The process was quick- delivered vehicle several days before expected delivery. The driver was very professional and punctual. I will definitely use this company again if I have any other auto transport needs.

The process was very stream lined and organized. I originally engaged the services of a competitor but they could not deliver as promised. United Freight did a excellent job of explaining how the Car Transport business works and the caveats (buyer be ware) that customers should know. How some brokers use a "stand by" method to locate drivers on the dispatch board. Guy , at United Freight was very knowledgeable and delivered on his promises to pick my car up on the agreed upon date. The Driver / Carrier was very helpful, he kept me informed as to my cars location and expected time of delivery. He Called me several times when he was nearing the final destination to give me updates and location. I would definitely do business again with this company. My only regret is that I did not call them FIRST!
