Picked up the car within the time frame stated. Dropped of the car when promised. Great driver, very professional and kept me informed of his location daily. Great experience.

Everything went smoothly. They did what they said they would do. That is important, especially the pricing not changing. The transport company picked up the vehicle within the specified 3 day window. We were able to keep in touch with the driver via texting, so we knew about when to expect the vehicle to arrive. We were pleased with the entire process.

Excellent service! Very punctual! We had to have a friend of ours take delivery of our car in Michigan, and the company did a good job with communication and delivery of vehicle on time. Would definitely recommend this company for your vehicle transportation needs.

We used United Freight following my father's passing so it was a difficult time for my family. My father's vehicle had to be transported from FL to NH, and we didn't know where to start so we went to Angie's list. We reviewed a few companies and decided to take a chance with this one. It was the best decision. First, the price sounded reasonable, and although we read a couple of negative reviews, the vast majority were positive. My dad's vehicle was picked up as promised, and most importantly, the driver was accommodating and professional. Most importantly to me, he was polite and patient with my 84 year old mother. She was under a great deal of stress, and he made the process easy for her. I met the same driver when he delivered the car to me in NH. He was on time, polite, courteous, and very professional. We are VERY impressed, and assuming all the driver's are like ours, we highly recommend United Freight! I cannot thank you enough for making this part of our personal journey a bit easier! We wish you continued success!

Once booked Ely stayed in contact with me to schedule the pickup here in Jacksonville. Tony, the driver was professional and punctual at pickup and at delivery in Ohio with my father as well. The $795 price is near the upper end of the spectrum but you can't argue that after the service that we received. Everyone was wonderful and professional!!

This was my son's 2010 car and was not in pristine condition when it left CT so I would not have really noticed if there were any additional scratches. It was covered transport. I thought I was paying for open transit, so this made me happy. The driver called and updated me with the time of arrival in both CT and FL. At both pick up and drop off I knew the carrier wold not be able to drive to my house or through our gated community so I met the driver at a grocery store parking lot in CT and on the road outside my gated community in FL. I tipped the driver - I think $50-60, which he seemed happy with. I researched and some people tip and others don't so this seemed to be appropriate.

Went well. Kept in contact with me regarding pick up and delivery. Pleasant experience.

The whole thing was wonderfully easy. My car was picked up within the time period promised. It was delivered to Chicago very quickly. Both the pick up driver and the drop off driver were very accommodating and professional. The car was transported in a closed truck and arrived in perfect condition. What a wonderful company! I will definitely use again.

It was difficult finding an auto transport company that did not have many really bad reviews from at least some of the companies that supply reviews. Plus it is clear that many of the sources of reviews were biased because they had links to the companies that got the better reviews and their reviews were out of step from other review sources. Angie's list was the only source of unbiased reviews, although their reviews are location specific - which for auto shippers isn't as important as nationwide reviews. United Freight had many reviews and was rated high in Phoenix area and was on BBB list without negative issues. My move went very smoothly. The trucker, Harry was very pleasant to deal with. I was allowed some personal items in the back area of my small SUV. They aren't the lowest cost (for a service that can easily go badly I would avoid the lowest costs unless they got great unbiased reviews - which none have). They were only about 25% higher than the lowest cost sources but substantially lower than the higher end companies. The higher end companies also were less flexible. All-in-all, they are a great value.

We needed to have my car moved from our house in the mid-west to the east coast. The driver assigned to this transport, Greg, was outstanding. He was very willing to work with my schedule so that the car was available when I needed it to be there. I will use them again when we move the car back to the mid-west.

Excellent. These days finding honest fair priced auto transport is not easy if you don't ship vehicles often. I needed to ship 2 vehicles from Hawaii to Denver. United freight made it easy and adjusted quickly to my change of ship dates. Both cars were delivered as predicted. The delivery drivers were both friendly and helpful. I can't think of how the experience could have been improved. I highly recommend these folks for shipping your vehicle.

Process was quick and painless. Both the pickup and the delivery drivers arrived on schedule and loaded/unloaded the car quickly. Would use again.

Despite the worst blizzard of the year to date in the NY/New England area, the driver was able to retrieve the auto as scheduled and deliver in excellent condition within 24 hours to final destination. The ability of the driver to negotiate 18 inches of heavy snow, load the vehicle, and drive 700 miles in poor weather attest to his skill and stamina. This was a job well done and will keep UFA in mind for future transport needs.

It was my first time to relocate out of state and United Freight of America did an excellent job in making my move as painless as possible! They transported my car to Florida without a hitch! Guy did an excellent job. He was not like the other brokers and auto transport companies who deluged me with a lot of calls, text and email messages, even scaring me, just to get my business. The representatives in California and the driver who brought my car to Florida were all very professional and trustworthy, too. I did not worry when my car would finally arrive because it was there the night before I landed in Florida. It was easy coordinating with the driver regarding the bank transfer so both parties were happy. I highly recommend United Freight of America. I am soooo glad I listened to my gut when I decided to choose United Freight of America. I will definitely recommend this company to others who are planning to have their cars shipped anywhere.
