Very responsive, professional and nice. I worked with Ely and Fernando. The car was actually delivered early! Small issue with the bumper when delivered but was taken care of immediately- I would definitely and will definitely call them again.

It went great! Driver was friendly. He gave me his cell phone number, I contacted him when we arrived in Auburn, and I had my car brought to my location.

United Freight did a great job and were timely and even ahead of schedule. There was a Tropical storm tracking for VA, and they got the car accross country and off the truck and to me in time to beat the rain. They were also good with communucation the whole way.

The auto transport service provided by United Freight of America is an A+++ organization! I reserved the covered auto transport truck and boy, is that truck fancy! It has lifts that raise and lower to load your vehicle inside, to keep it clear from the elements. I needed them to transport my deceased brother's vehicle to me in Texas- that car is my heart now as my brother cherished it so! I needed a quality company- one that I could trust and most of all, rely on to get the vehicle to me in pristine condition. They did just that! And, I don't want to forget the Driver as well as he could not have been more professional. I HIGHLY recommend this auto transport company. I don't know that I have seen a classier auto transport company. Call them :-)

It went well. After some back and forth phone calls and planning, we were able to arrange the transport. Pickup went as planned without problems. They vehicles arrived to the destination as planned, but a couple of days later than they had promised. In addition, one of the vehicles was missing an iPhone cable that was left on the console. That vehicle was also extremely dirty on the outside. It had been cleaned prior to transport. But overall the service was good.

Fantastic. My contact with United Freight was Guy and he was excellent to work with. The day my car was supposed to be picked up in Albuquerque, New Mexico Guy called and the truck had had mechanical issues in Las Vegas, NV and couldn't get to me. But he had already looked for and got a alternate transport to get to my house within a couple of hours and take the car. The car actually got to my daughter in Ithaca, NY earlier than planned. Everything was done very professionally and this is probably why United Freight is highly rated. There are a lot of less than professional companies out there and people should use United Freight for confidence in a job being done well. Kudo's to United Freight.

The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again.

From the beginning Ely was extremely professional and upfront about service and cost. I had a problem on my end causing me to cancel and Ey was extremely accommodating. I then needed the service for another vehicle so immediately contacted Ely. The service was extremely quick and exactly as promised. I would highly recommend United Freight to anyone transporting a car, particularly between FL and NY.

It went ok. Driver spoke zero English. Dispatcher was so nice, flexible, and communicative. Original car carrier broke down enroute to pick up our vehicle but our plans changed anyway so it didn't affect us. I would recommend this company.

Went wonderful! Easy to set up appointment times and they very very prompt. I've used this company 2 times to and from GA and TX and it was wonderful!

The service was amazing! This was my first time having a car shipped and I was very leery of doing this. I read all kinds of horror stories on line and wasn't sure about doing this. Once I decided to have the car shipped I filled out something online and then I had a crazy amount of brokers call me, I mean a lot. I went online and found United Freight of America. I looked them up on a few websites and the BBB. They received wonderful reviews. I called them up they were very courteous, kind, and professional. They took the time and answered all my questions with out any pushy sales tactics. When I was ready I called back. Once again, very professional. They gave me two options. One, put the vehicle on the "board" at a lower price and see if any drivers will haul it for the lower price. Two, pay a hire price with a 3 day guarantee pick up. I had a vacation coming up so I decided for the 3 day guarantee pick up. They said it would be picked up Thursday and be delivered by the following Thursday. We did have one hiccup. The original truck had mechanical problems. They let me know about the problem and also that they had a different truck on its way. They weren't able to pick it up until Friday. But the good news was that they would be able to deliver it earlier. We had the vehicle on that Monday. Justin, the truck driver, kept in touch with us on the drive and gave us a 30-40 minute window when he would arrive. Justin was very professional and kind. He did a wonderful job taking care of our vehicle. If you need a car transported United Freight Of America would be the ones I recommend. They will be the company I would call again as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

The company was extremely reliable, a little pricey, my dispatcher and driver were very informative. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Ely was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions prior to signing a contract. Car was picked up and delivered on-time, and delivery drivers communicated excellently as well.

Paid $400 deposit for confirmed booking - Ely Promised dates in writing. United Freight called the day before and said no driver available. I am still in limbo and they still have not picked up my SUV. This is a very bad and deceitful company - will not return calls

many glitches but Guy made it happen and on time and with no damages.
