The shipment went perfectly. They picked up my vehicle close to my home and delivered it on-time and without incident.

Good, once all the kinks were worked out. Making back and forward calls reps not being on the same page with other reps but finally everything clicked. There was an extreme delay however the delivery was on time

They got it done at a great price in the time frame that I needed. The car ended up getting picked up and dropped off a day earlier than promised.

Every aspect of this move went smoothly. Dealing with Guy G. was great. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. The customer service was fantastic. They took my phone calls and answered my questions without making feel like I was being a pest. The company they contracted to move the car was Vms Lux Transport from NJ. They too were very professional to deal with and the pick up and delivery was right on time. But more importantly the car was handled with kid gloves. These guys knew what they were doing and the car was in perfect condition when it arrived. I would, and have already, recommend them for any auto transporting.

The driver showed up as expected and really only needed the car keys. He loaded the car onto his truck and drove off and my mother-in-law had the car within two days of that pick up. They called along the way to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend using them!!

They went to great lengths to make sure all the issues I had previously were straightened out. The car was delivered last night. However, there was a miscommunication with the truck driver, who charged me $600 when it was agreed that I was only supposed to pay $500. I couldn't really argue, because he had the keys to my car. I contacted Guy at United Freight and talked to him about the issue and he resolved ALL OF IT. He credited me back the money plus some for my troubles. He is definitely a man of his word and made sure I left a VERY satisfied customer. I couldn't say enough good things about him.

Ely was great, I called for a quote around 9:30 AM and we had a deal by 11:00. The vehicle was picked up Monday around 4:30 PM and delivered to me in Atlanta around 11 AM Tuesday. Everything went smooth, Chris the driver was very courteous and we all had contact throughout the process. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out.

Initially I thought there was going to be a problem as they called and said they would not be able to pick up the car as scheduled, but they were able to get a back up transporter to pick my car up and it was delivered the next day.

United Freight moved 2 vehicles for me from Columbus to Tucson. The price was very competitive, and both cars were picked up and delivered on scheduled as promised. Drivers were very courteous and professional.

They picked up our cars in the local grocery parking lot and delivered them both to our door. Cars were in perfect condition.

They picked up the vehicles on the day they said they would. They delivered them on the day they said they would. There were no upcharges in the total price and there was no damage to either vehicle. They were courteous and professional and I would use them again if I needed to.

They picked the car up on time and delivered it to Houston on time in excellent condition. United Freight of America was very helpful and professional as was the person who transported the car. We were very satisfied. Communication was excellent. All went as promised. We left our car at a service station near our house and the trucking company picked it up from there. It was delivered to us right on time. The car was in perfect shape. The driver (Patrick) for the trucking company, PJ Auto Transport, was efficient and personable.

Guy and Ely are the best. They were professional, responsive, patient, thoughtful, helpful, pretty much amazing. I look forward to working with them again. I give them an Excellent rating in spite of a few hiccups in the actual transport process: The trip my car took between MA and CA did not go well....a vehicle above it on the rig had leaked oil all over so that when I received it in CA it was a horrible mess. Although the transport company itself took no responsibility and was horrible. United Freight was Awesome. They stood by me and reimbursed me for the cleaning required and luckily no serious damage had been done although the car was thick with grease, grime, dirt, etc. The trip between CA and MA was Great. Although the driver of the rig would not come close to my address because of fear of trees too close to the road, I met him at another location about 8 miles away and it was worth it. The car was perfect, clean and pristine, just a very lightest of dust from the California desert which told me that it hadn't been washed and fixed up for me. The driver/the transport itself had been extremely well done. Lots of lessons in this experience, but overall I highly recommend this company and especially Guy and Ely who were brilliant.

Excellent!!! Other than a slight delay to a problem with the truck originally scheduled to transport the car, it was nothing but a VERY POSITIVE experience!! Therefore, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to anyone in need of transporting a vehicle from one city to another. In addition, Guy and the other staff were very professional and helpful throughout this process!!

Really well. The pickup was within the time frame agreed to, and the transporter made really good time -- while still being in the delivery window quoted for the original transport. The auto arrived with no visible defects, and the driver was extremely meticulous during inspections.

Fairly smooth. Received a call prior to pickup. Driver was very nice. And the car got back to Ohio before we did.
