Original trucking company had a mechanical failure, but when a second company was located to transport the vehicle everything went smooth and vehicle was delivered in 2 days.

Very positive experience from beginning to end with the team of Ely and Guy at UFA. We are happy to have chosen this company. Really appreciate our driver Kyle who is flexible, easy to work with and very conscientious thorough the pickup and delivery process. Big thank-you to Kyle and highly recommend UFA.

Went way smoother than I expected. They picked up the car on the same day I called. The estimate was 3-5 days to get there but it only took 2.

Was surprised about how quickly car was able to be picked up in order to accommodate my schedule, Ely made it easy and was very responsive, which I appreciated since I was nervous (due to a friend who had gotten burned before shipping a car - not with this company!) Car was here in just a few days!

Considering how many auto transport nightmares are reviewed on the Internet, our experience with United freight went very well. Using email and phone calls, communication went OK. Again, the reviews on the Internet for other for other companies described the fear of not receiving a car in a timely manner. We understood that drivers can face many unknowns on the road so it didn't bother us when our car came two days after our assumed arrival date. The driver was extremely personable and courteous. And our car arrived safely in good condition.

Transport went very well. Office and transport driver kept in contact with me regarding delivery pick up and drop off days and times. Driver was polite, friendly, punctual and helpful. I left something very important in the car after the car was picked up, and driver was helpful in ensuring I could retrieve it after he was already on the road! Thus avoiding a huge problem for me. Car was handled properly and delivered in same shape as at time of pick up. Price seemed fair and comparable to other quotes. Additional communication with other members of the transport team was prompt and courteous. Car was picked up within promised time frame (prior to date when we had to be completely moved out of state). Thank you for good service and pleasant communication.

Quote process, car pickup and delivery were fine. The folks I dealt were professional. Main problem was the person on the phone to schedule pickup time and delivery date. He was rude and very impatient. Stuck to a script and won't look into my request. He kept saying the car was scheduled to deliver on Aug 22 or 23 but when I told him I had received a call on Aug 11 stating the car will arrive early on Aug 15 or 16, he would not check and repeated that it was Aug 22 or 23. After hanging up, I received a call 2 hours later from the driver that my car is ready to delivery in 2 hrs on Aug 16.

United Freight of America responded to my request for a bid almost immediately after I sent the inquiry. The price they gave me was competitive. They promised to pickup my car within a week - - and beat that timeline. They promised to deliver the car within a week to New Jersey - - and actually made the delivery on day 6. Communication with the driver from the Arizona start point to finish was more than we could have asked for and he was professional and a pleasure to have worked with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a transport service.

Went very well... they were very professional, reasonable priced and the SUV was delivered ahead of schedule! Although the initial pickup time of the vehicle got slightly missed due to scheduling conflicts, United freight kept in constant contact with me. I definitely will use them again!!

better than expected excellent driver and fast delivery

Excellent. After a competing service listed my car for 3 weeks and would not keep in touch with me, the agent, Guy, treated me as if I mattered. He kept his word on all matters and kept in touch with me until my vehicle was picked up. When the original transporting vehicle broke down, he quickly found I way to promptly transport my car. The driver was professional and easy to communicate with. This is definitely a trustworthy organization as advertised.

Carrier was professional and punctual. He was careful loading and unloading my car, picked up my car on time and delivered my car on schedule.

We were transporting a vehicle from PA to FL. They confirmed that the dates were fine and guaranteed the pick up. The day it was suppyto be picked up I got a call that the truck broke down. It was odd because a few days later They found another truck and immediately sent me the driver info. That driver was great. The point here is they never sent me the original driver info which means they never actually had the original driver. Poor service. Felt I was lied to and forced us to make other arrangements as we had flights booked based on their so called guarantees. They act like they are different but they are a auto transport broker. Just to be clear the driver that ended up picking up and delivering the vehicle was awesome. His name was Nestor.

Great. I needed a pickup in a specific day. They had a process to accommodate met. Plus the had a discount for Angie's List customers.

Excellent communication with company and driver. Car delivered in perfect condition.

Everything went very smoothly. The car was delivered safe and sound with no problems.I feel like the price was very high as many other quotes came in considerably lower. I went with them because they're a rated on A on Angie's List and many of the other quotes I received we're from movers who are not on A list.

All in all, it went very well with the assigned carrier. Only issue related to a last minute request not to pick up vehicle at agreed-upon location but rather an alternate location. We worked through it easily. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend the company.

Great! Got to my final destination early

They came and picked up my car and they driver was professional and competent. Apparently he had a problem with his truck and my car was transferred to another truck. There was a little bit of confusion with locating my car for a bit but they got it straightened out. It was delivered a day late because of the issue but overall it was good service. I'd use them again.
