Excellent. They arrived on time and delivered on time. They were very helpful and accommodating.

From the moment I called them they were honest, and on the ball. Everything they said was true. Communication was great, and they took care of my daughters car like it was their own.

Everything went off well - Pick up and delivery on time - with no issues at either end. Would use them again.

Logo hanging by a thread. Several scratches all over including top rack. Heater all of a sudden, broken ! A filthy mess .

Great! They arrived on time and picked up the car as scheduled. Car was delivered even a day earlier than they had said in perfect condition and without any issues. I read many reviews and felt convinced this company knew what it was doing. We were very pleased.

Delivered on time with a pre-delivery call from the transport driver. I am a first time user of United Freight of America services and they will definitely be my first call next time.

This was not the cheapest bid but after reading horror stories about delays, damages, and charging more than the bid I used United Freight of America. They were very responsive even during hurricane Irma. The car was picked up in two days and delivered in Orlando 9 days later. The drivers called to confirm pickup and delivery. They even provided the drivers cell in case I needed it.

Everything went well, especially since the hurricane caused a few delays. The service was great, and I would surely use United Freight of America again.

Overall I was very impressed - everyone I dealt with was responsive and friendly and the cross country transport seemed to work as well as I could have expected. Would definitely hire again.

Entire process from initial call to delivery of vehicle was professionally executed. Our driver Randy was professional and courteous and quickly coordinated an alternative drop-off location when a problem came up with the initial location. The cost was fair. We would definitely use United Freight again.

Very well. They were not the cheapest ( maybe $50 more )but they were the most professional. The move went without a hitch. The car was delivered on time in great condition. The company was professional and very responsive. I recommend them without qualification.

Car was picked up and dropped of on schedule both ways. Drivers were very careful loading and unloading.

We had our Volvo transported from Connecticut to Texas in May and were very pleased with the service. When we needed to ship the car again in August from Texas back to Connecticut we hired United Freight again. Every person we spoke to was friendly and professional. The car arrived safely and in a timely matter. The service was easy and fairly priced. Had we had to drive the car ourselves it likely would have taken two to three days and we would have needed hotels, gas, food, etc. United Freight made the move quite easy and worry free. We will use the company again for any future needs.

I experienced dreadful customer service with this supposedly A rated outfit. I’ll just highlight the two most egregious events. The customer service rep responded quickly by email to my online request for a quote. I replied back asking if they could pick up my vehicle any sooner. The rep said he was checking with the driver and would get back to me shortly. This was on Wednesday around noon, and that was the last I heard from him – nothing more on Wednesday. I sent an email on Thursday to check the status of my order – no response on Thursday. I contacted United Freight on Friday and got the office manager. Seems the rep had to leave early on Wednesday or Thursday or both, and was off on Friday. So rather than forward my open order to another rep or the office manager, the rep just let me languish on the ‘pay no mind’ list. Unbelievable! Typically, a vehicle transfer is a time sensitive transaction – time is money. Started working with the office manager and found out the quote I received from the rep was in error because it didn’t take into account the vehicle was disabled – not that I was ever asked about the condition of the vehicle – but nevertheless, the terms and conditions do state an additional fee. So, I try to negotiate a break on the extra fee due to the poor service I had experienced up to that point. The manager offered $50, which was simply the amount of their email coupon over the Angie’s List discount. I reminded him that I would be reviewing this transaction on Angie’s and a price break would go a long way toward making it a better experience. He then gets passive/aggressive belligerent with me and threatens to cancel my order if I’m going to submit a poor review. I already had three days invested with this outfit and didn’t want to change horses mid-stream. Besides, there was a chance that the actual transfer (by an independent contractor) would go well – and although not very timely, it did. Of course, the office manager’s attitude guaranteed this review would be made.

The driver was very professional, and the car arrived in pristine condition. I highly recommend them!

I decided a week before leaving town to transport my car rather than drive it. I contacted the 3 A-rated transport brokers listed on Angie's list, but they all wanted a 4-5-day window. United Freight worked with me and gave me a significant discount for dropping the car in Los Angeles instead of Bakersfield. They were even willing to work with my initial need to have the car dropped on a weekend or after work. The driver was courteous and professional. The only minor concern was someone informed me that there would be 2 drivers (that's how they were able to get across country so fast). No, there was only one driver. The car arrived in a timely manner in great shape with no surprises. So, overall, I'm happy.

Could not have gone any better I had called several companies and decided to go with united based on my dealing with Ely. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was informative and responsive to my numerous questions. He assured me about the quality of his drivers and I certainly had one of the best. My driver arrived as promised and I can't say enough about him. He kept me informed as to his estimated time of arrival. He took exceptional care when he loaded my vehicles and treated them as if they were his own. He was meticulous in securing each car measuring distances and double and triple checking the locking straps. The delivery was just as professional. Delivered on time as requested and took the same care delivering as he did picking them up. As an example, upon arrival in the community I was staying in Florida, there were spots of significant standing water due to the recent storms. He called me and instead of driving my car through it he came to pick me up in one of my other vehicles that could handle the water and we made arrangements to park the cars in another location until the water settled the following day. I would highly recommend Ely and United Freight for any car transport needs and especially my driver from ARP Adeo ( please forgive spelling)

Driver was very communicative. He kept me apprised of ETA and he was actually early.
