Auto Transport - United Freight Of America

We paid some extra to get the dates we needed for moving the car from Florida to Pennsylvania. The timing was important, and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, for the price we agreed to. The car arrived on time in good shape on the street in front of our house.

It went well. Everything went according to plan.

Service was provided in a timely and professional manner.

Mike, the company driver from IK transportation picked up the car on Friday and it was delivered on schedule damage free to California the following Friday morning. I was very pleased with United freight And would use them again. For this type of service, Angie’s list prove to be particularly helpful.

United Freight was great. They first sent me a good quote. When I called I wasn't on hold. I spoke with a real person who gave me all the information I needed. Repeated it if needed and was very patient. It was a bit complicated because three parties were involved with the move (the owner, me and the new owner). He called back the next day because he noticed that I hadn't yet made a reservation (I was still making sure we could do this). I arranged everything and prepaid it, was given dates for the move. The move went great. they picked the car up within the date span they told me, and the car was delivered three days later with no problem. The driver was very competent and professional in difficult conditions (loading the car on a busy road). Everytime I called to check progress or get updates I was met with a friendly voice that was very patient and helpful (Eli and Guy) and the driver's calls were also good. He worked with us for the best car pickup and drop off areas. Really good experience.

I was able to arrange a pickup within 24 hours. My vehicle was picked up on Tuesday near Seattle and arrived in Middle Georgia on Friday. The dispatcher and driver were very friendly and helpful with the process.

All went well. Met our expectations.

Originally my mother hired another transport company that never showed when promised and were very unresponsive. I told her I would check with Angie's List and take care of it. Hired Auto Transport - United Freight. They were very very responsive and delivered exactly as promised - no problems. Very nice and professioinal.

The move team was very professional and I enjoyed the care they provided to my motorcycle.

I couldn't have hoped for more helpful, friendly and courteous service. These folks gave me a very reasonable price and showed up to pick my trucks up right on time. They worked right on my schedule, of which I was so appreciative. And delivery was made ahead of schedule, and there wasn't a scratch or ding on either of the trucks!!!! I can't give enough kudos to these guys.

The pick up and drop off went perfectly. Driver (John) arrived on Thursday when he said he would and dropped the car off on Friday morning as promised. I checked around on prices before booking and the price was right in line with the prices I received from other services. I would definitely use them again....

The service United Freight of America, provided was excellent, with transporting my son’s vehicle from North Carolina to Oceanside, CA. The vehicle arrived in mint condition, in a timely manner as discussed and remained in constant communication throughout. I would definitely recommend and use their service again. Everything went as planned and scheduled. The car arrived in perfect condition.

Requested a quote on a Thursday and received it within a couple of hours. Placed an order online later that evening upon paying a $295 deposit. Received a formal order confirmation by 10am the next day. Later I was contacted to confirm the pickup availability and was given a 3-day window (from the date I had indicated the car would be available) for when the car would be picked up. The trucking company picked up the car at my house around 7pm on Monday (the first day of the 3-day window) after calling about 2 hrs earlier with an approximate ETA. The driver informed me that the vehicle would likely be delivered on Friday. The car was delivered in Florida as promised on Friday around 7:30pm. Paid the balance due directly to the truck driver via certified check. The car arrived in good shape (just normal road dirt from transporting it on an open carrier) with no damage. The price was on par with other quotes I had received (after deducting the $100 discount coupon offer), but higher than I've paid in the past for the same trip. The service was good and performed in a timely fashion. United Freight of America made the process of having a car transported relatively straight forward and painless.

It was a very good car delivery. I was told by my brother on the WA end that he had no issues with the haulers, and that they were quite helpful and freely shared any info he was looking for. The same with them on my end; they got the car here earlier than they had told my brother they would and there were no issues or hassles. Also, I wanted to thank Ely (I'm pretty sure that was his name) in the office there in FL. He was on top of scheduling the move, and keeping me in the loop, even after hurricane Maria had just gone through causing the damage that she did. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing car transportation.

The driver, Ben was polite, looked clean and professional and got the auto to California on the planned date. I was impressed with the clean transporter and the cars already on it was of high quality. My KIA arrived in the same condition it left my residence.

Car was picked up on time and delivered on time. No damage was done to the car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to have their car relocated. Be very careful deciding what company to use as there are some companys who do not do exactly what they say they will do, in the time frame they say they will do it.

Unlike many of their competitors they perform the agreed upon services without attempting to change the terms or schedule. They pickup & deliver door to door on the agreed upon schedule.

It went EXTREMEly well ! ! ! That rating is so strong because of their reaction to unforeseen problem. The designated carrier's truck broke down well before my pickup was scheduled, but UFA quickly had a contingent/Standby truck assigned. That required delaying the pickup a couple hours, but the notification of the delay was prompt and the reason was well described. The after-dark pick-up was flawless; watching the driver's maneuvering of the monster carrier was delightful; and they delivered the car to the destination well before the designated time and notified the recipient an hour ahead of the arrival. Summary: The problem was solved without an issue, the execution of the service was flawless, the communication throughout the process was effective, and the result was superb.
