Perfectly. I decided to have both the cars picked up at my house. Big truck!!!! The driver was so nice. He called when about an hour away. We inspected the cars. And off they went. That was Wednesday 5 PM. They arrived in Florida Friday at 3 PM. He called me about an hour before he would arrive. He then called in the hour and said he was here. I went out and both cars were out of the truck and ready for me to drive. It could not have gone any smoother. Cars were in the same condition they left in. Yes I tipped the driver when he left the north and then again when he arrived in the south. He did a great job.

Car picked up on the day promised, however we thought we would get a call telling us when during the day ( before noon, afternoon or early evening) and did not so we called and got an answer. The difficulty was that we were not there for the car pickup since we lived out of state and relied on friends to help us and we did not want to inconvenience them or make them hang around their house the whole day. Also the car arrived earlier in the west coast than expected, and my sister got a call that gave her maybe 2 -3 hours notice to accept delivery. Unfortunately, she lives on an island, not the mainland and ferries only run every so often assuming you could even get on the ferries without advance reservations . Once again, we expected a prior day call. Problem with communications and the deliverer knowing the circumstances about ferry/ island... I guess the morale of the story is 1) be there yourself for pickup and be flexible and 2) don’t live on an island accessible only by ferry, propellar planes and personal watercraft. Makes it a lot less stressful

The dispatcher was very courteous and explained everything in great details. The driver was punctual and very professional. The cars were delivered ahead of schedule and without any issue. All interactions with United Freight Of America were excellent.

The service was wonderful! I had a tight and tricky schedule that needed to proceed like clock work and they were aware of it. The day my car was to be picked up there was a problem with the truck scheduled to take it. They called right away to tell me that, instead of the big rig, my car would be picked up by a one car transport then delivered to another car hauling truck in New Jersey, and from there Louisiana. The local hauler showed up early and worked very professionally. My car was picked up on time. On the other end I met the big rig in a parking lot as my gated community roads were too tight for such a large truck (and I told them this before hand). My car was delivered on time and in the same good condition it had left RI. The owners/dispatchers/organizers were friendly, helpful, and professional. No question was too idiotic and answered completely. They were the best price and carried insurance. ( some transport companies give you a low price but your car is not covered by extra insurance). They also offered a discount for Angie’s list members which brought them below my best reliable quote.

It went perfectly. On time, everything as discussed. When they found out the truck originally scheduled to take the car was held up that day they made other arrangements that did not delay or change my time line at all. If I ever need to transport a car again they are the only company I will use.

Contracted on Mon. Car picked up in Fl Tues. Evening, and was delivered to Pa on Thurs. Evening. Driver kept us informed via phone and texts each step of the way. Driver and his associate were professional, couteous, and efficient. Good people providing outstanding service. Price was very fair, and United Freight rep. Was helpful in applying $100 coupon from Angies List. I highly recommend this service. Best car transport experience I have ever had.

The UFA dispatcher, Guy, responded promptly to my request for a quote and was very helpful in this new-to-me process. The quote was for $795 with a $100 credit since we booked on Angie's List, making the net cost $695. He asked for a $295 deposit, which I paid by credit card; the balance was due to the driver in cash or cashier's check upon delivery. We gave him a 7-day window that included a weekend. He emailed me on Thursday afternoon and provided the driver's name and number, indicating pickup was scheduled for Friday. I called the driver, Ivan, with A and F Auto Service, who indicated he was in the area and could pick up the vehicle that evening, if it was convenient. I arranged a 3-way conference call with the car's owner and Ivan, and everyone agreed to meet that evening. Ivan was on-time, they inspected the car, and loaded it onto the transport. Ivan said he would deliver the car on Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, A and F's dispatcher called to say Ivan was about an hour out. I told him we should meet someplace other than my house since I live on a narrow cul de sac that would make it difficult to unload a large vehicle transport. We agreed to meet nearby, and I provided an address. Within minutes of the promised delivery time, Ivan arrived and unloaded the car. We inspected the car (no problems), and I paid him. The entire process was painless and efficient. Kudos to UFA, A and F, and Ivan! I would use them again.

It was fine. UT only required a 3-day window. Most transports require 5, which is inconvenient. However, the pickup came earlier than expected (we did not receive an advance call). This was okay because early was better than late. Also, the driver did not manage the drop-off well. My car was the first loaded and one of the first unloaded, so he spent a lot of time getting to my car. But that was his time, so no worries. Car arrived in good condition--no nicks or damage. So, very satisfied.

I am delighted with the service I received. The job was subcontracted to a young man, Clayton, who own a trucking company in Hillsboro, Ohio. He picked up the car a day before my scheduled departure in a parking lot near my home due to the size of his trunk. He delivered the car to my home in Florida a day after I arrived. The car looks fine. My car will be transported back to Cincinnati at the beginning of April. For five years, I have kept a car in Cincinnati and a car in Florida. After a serious auto accident in Cincinnati in which my 2012 Camry was totaled, I decided to lease a 2018 Camry with many new safety features. I will now sell my 2002 Camry in Florida and drive drive the safer car year round. I didn’t compare the costs this company was charging to others since reliability was my main concern.

There was jus one bump in the road prior to delivery based on calling to find out the status of my auto and they advised it would be arriving later than I expected, but the auto actually arrived early. Just be diligent in understanding the details of the exact time of auto pick-up and the date which the auto will be delivered. I met the gentlemen about 3/4 mile from my house since he required more street space, and in 5 minutes I was driving the car back home!

United Freight, acting as broker, found a trucking company (Fast Freight Trucking, Inc.) quickly that had a truck headed that way and arranged for them to transport the car. United Freight promptly passed on the contact info for the trucking company, and Fast Freight picked up the car and delivered it on time and in good condition. Would definitely use both companies again.

Paid in advance auto delivered over 1 week later. I had to rent a car.

The car arrived in pristine condition and on time. The driver was professional and friendly. My only concern was lack of communication once the car left the dealership. The dealership called me to tell me the car was picked up and then I heard nothing until a knock on the door from the driver of the transport truck. Since the car arrived within 24 hours of leaving MD, the communication part wasn't a big deal. On a longer cross country trip that would have been a concern. Overall very pleased and would definitely hire again
