They did a nice professional move for my vehicle to my new Home town @ a reasonable price, it took a few days to arrive but saved me having to drive 1000 miles alone in winter weather. The transport Driver was Very polite treated my vehicle well.

It went great. Only critique is that I had to be proactive about contacting the driver, instead of the other way aroung, but they did a great job and car even was delivered two days early.

Smooth, good communication. The driver gave short notice of only 25 minutes- luckily my son was home to accept the delivery. That was the only drawback. I would use them again.

United Freight was the second transporter I contracted. The first never showed. United gave me a 3 day window for pickup. The driver communicated with me estimated time for arrival. He did the same when making the delivery. Overall it worked as expected.

Our car arrived exactly as planned, five days later, with no issues, concerns and problems. We were allowed to put 50# of items in the trunk which also saved us on shipping items to our daughter in college! I will use this company again and highly recommend them. While they may be a higher price than others, you can rely on what they promise, their professionalism, paperwork, and care for our car.

From quoting the job to booking the transport the response and service was prompt, courteous and professional. I had 2 cars (one brand new) that I was nervous to load onto a car carrier and explained how important it was to take care. The pick up was on time with plenty of proactive communication. The trip from MN to GA was next day! The transport equipment looked brand new and the enclosed trailer inside was as clean as my brand new car! The drivers were very friendly and professional and took every precaution to ensure there was not a scratch. White glove delivery.

I am over the moon with my experience. I was moving from VA to CA and had booked with a different company. The other company was supposed to pick up the Tues of my move week and had failed to book a driver. I called Ely from United Freight and he was able to get me a driver the next day. He was extremely comforting and responsive throughout the whole experience. He even talked me through canceling with the original company in order to help me reclaim all of my deposit. Fantastic. Quick, professional. I bought the "Guaranteed" version which entitled me to better carriers instead of putting it on the national board for any carrier to bid and take.

We were nervous about the process of shipping our car from the Phoenix area to Portland. We were very pleased with the communication with Guy and the driver. Everything went as promised and the car arrived one day after we did.

Excellent! I was put in a bind by two other Transport Companies because they did not honor their commitments. I called United Auto to see if they could help me out. Great customer service from the initial call to the actual delivery of my truck. I would highly recommend United Auto Transport if one is looking for companies that honor their commitments and deliver great results.

The service was great. As soon as I got off the plane the driver informed me he was already in town. I met him around the corner from the airport and drove off in my car not having to rent a car for the day. Thank you for excellent service.

We had to make a change in the date we had originally scheduled for our car to be shipped. They went above and beyond to insure things still worked out for us. The communication from them was excellent. We have another car we will need to get shipped at some point. When we do we will use your company.
