It went well and arrived in the window stated.

Driver was polite and the car was delivered on time.

The car was picked up and transported when promised. It wasn't in perfect condition when it left, but it didn't sustain any additional damage on the trip. The driver was obviously careful with it even though it wasn't a particularly valuable car. The representatives on the phone and the driver were courteous and professional. I was kept up to date about the progress of car's trip.

Great! Driver was actually early for pick up and delivery wad right on time.

The set up was nice and easy. The driver had to wait due to a communication error on his part but once we connected it went smooth.

Extremely well, transporter contacted me several times providing status; delivery of vehicle was several days less than agreed, which was great. This is a professional and personable company.

TERRIBLE. Eli Sharp, per Angies list, indicated that our car would be delivered in 4 days. They were two weeks late. There was a snow storm but it didn't snow for TWO WEEKS. We had to rent a car. Guy told us we would be reimbursed for the car rental. NEVER received a payment for the car rental. Car was not delivered to the location promised. We had to rent a car, again, to get to the location the car as droped off. Their contract is VERY one sided in favor of United Freight. WATCH OUT for this company.

Excellent, everything from scheduling the shipping to the way they kept me up to date during the process. Kind and intelligent people helped me. My vehicle was picked up and dropped off exactly on schedule and in perfect shape. I feel the service was great and the price was fair. I don't think they have the lowest price but it was worth the extra cost to deal with such a quality company.

The driver, Roderick, was great. Called to let me know his ETA, met us where we planned and took great care with my car. He was the nicest guy and delivered as arranged with a smile. The process was quite easy and no stress. Ely at United Freight was very responsive to all my questions and always returned calls & emails. Would highly recommend this transport company.

I transported a car from Atlanta to New York and the price was fair, the company was very responsive and the transporter was very friendly.

United Freight was easy to work with and always responsive to email or phone calls. The only glitch was that delivery took several days longer than expected, requiring renting a car for extra days. This is not UFA's fault--they hired the company to do the transporting and then it was beyond their control.

Car was damaged en route but Guy, the owner, was supremely professionally and responsive in helping us resolve the issue with the driver. Dealing with Guy was great: he helped us get our car transported very quickly, and when we encountered an issue with the driver (pro tip, make sure to take your own pictures of the car at pick up and drop off and do not sign the Bill of Lading before doing a thorough check of the car with the driver at both ends), he helped resolve the issue.

Excellent transaction. Eric the driver was excellent and kept me posted throughout the process. Will be my choice for transport again if the need arises.

It went just as I was told it would. The driver picked my car up as scheduled and it was delivered as scheduled. There was no hidden fees or costs and my car was delivered in the same condition as it was when it was loaded onto the truck. I am one very happy and relieved customer. United Freight is the best choice for your auto transport needs.

Exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional customer service experience delivered by everyone I dealt with! My auto arrived on time & in the same condition as when it was picked up. They were happy to accept pick up and delivery from friends I had arranged to handle this for me, as I was out of the country. I highly recommend this company.

It went excellent. I had to change the date for the shipment of my car and United Freight worked with me and made the change with no problem. The drivers we also excellent. They were on time (actually a little early), they explained the process again to me so I would know exactly what to expect. I was very please with the service. They did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them!!!!
