Even though the originally scheduled truck broke down, the cars were picked up and delivered on time and in good condition.

Did not acquire the automobile so the services were not needed. However, the company was very responsive with a comprehensive bid and an appropriate followup. I would give them the opportunity to bid again should the need arise again in future.

Car was picked up in NY on day a d time promised. Driver was polite and professional. Car was delivered on time, driver was professional, kept me informed as to eta.

I signed up with United Freight of America to move my car from Southern California to Seattle on a Thursday. The scheduled pick up was Sunday and one day later on Monday, my car was delivered to my home in Seattle. The truck had two drivers which enabled them drive non-stop. It was a pleasure to work with this company. I would definitely hire them again.

Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!

I made the call on Sunday the truck pick up the vehicle Monday evening and by Wednesday before Christmas the vehicle was delivered to my daughter in New York City. Great service and I truly appreciates United Freight Auto Transport services.

Went very smoothly.. they notified each person in advance to give them notice.. they were later than said but wasn’t a problem for me

Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that.

Very well. I had tried two other transport companies and ended up using United Freight based on the reviews. The price came in much lower. I paid the extra bit for the dispatch service. The communication from the company was great and the driver (Dino) was great and stayed in touch to make the pick up and the delivery go smoothly.

Devon was absolutely amazing and ahead of schedule. I would hire them again.
