Auto Transport - United Freight Of America

Before this, I have never used a car service of any kind. I didn’t know how to go about finding a secure, safe service so I did a google search, which told me the best way to find a good car transport service was Angie’s list, bc you need to go by customer reviews. I absolutely went by the positive reviews, which lead me to this amazing serviices of United Freight of America Corp. and I must say, I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to review the AWESOME car service that I received, unfortunately life issues got in my way. Now that I am catching up with things, I want to say that not only would I use : United Freight of America Corp. agin, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a transport car with a service. Not only did they get my son’s Mustang from PA to The University of Miami area in a very reasonable time, they also accommodated my son as to when and where pick up would be, without an additional charge. The car arrived in perfect condition, before the expected date, AND EVERYONE I dealt with was professional and very accommodating to our situation. We needed the car picked up during the week of my daughters weeding, but couldn’t have the car service interfere with anything wedding related and United Freight of America Corp. got the car and it had no effect on any of the wedding plans. You don’t get many companies who will accommodate your life as United Freight of America Corp. did for me, and without any additional charge, but when you do, it really makes you appreciate how hard some companies will go to make their customers happy. Thank you, United Freight of America Corp. !!!!

Other than not picking up the car until a day after my original 3 day window, there were no problems. On a positive note, I received my car the evening of the day after the pickup, which was sooner than I thought I would. The driver was courteous and kept me informed of his status the day of the pickup and the day of arrival.

It went very smoothly. It was picked up and delivered on time and they were accommodating of my schedule. Very professional and efficient.

Very Well. the only reason i didn't give you a complete A rating is that your trucks/trailers are scruffy looking... rust streaked, oily trailer decks, wheels on trailer rust streaked. It doesn't give a car- person confidence that mechanical stuff is important, and you may not care about my car as much as i do...i want to see a driver and rig that reflects my interests. My driver was a great guy.. enthusiastic, hard working, punctual. A-1.

UFA staff communicated well with me throughout the move. There was a slight delay but they reduced the fee further. The driver was very courteous and punctual once a pickup time was set, and delivered my vehicle promptly. I am pleased with the way things went , and would not hesitate to engage UFA in the future.

Entire process went very smoothly without any glitches or problems. Car picked up late Wednesday afternoon in California and offloaded from auto trailer in Easton, Maryland around 12 noon. Highly recommended!

BOOKING WAS QUICK & SIMPLE, BOOKED ON A THURSDAY - PICKUP OCCURRED ON TUESDAY. PAID IN FULL VIA CREDIT CARD PRIOR TO TRANSPORT FROM AUSTIN, TX TO LOS ANGELES, CA. DEREK (DRIVER) ANSWERED ALL OF MY MOTHERS QUESTIONS UPON ARRIVAL & HELPED EASE ALL OF HER CONCERNS, HE WILLINGLY AGREED TO A SNAPSHOT THAT SHE TEXTED TO ME FOR FACIAL RECOGNITION THAT WAS USEFUL UPON ARRIVAL! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT. UNLOADING ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES.

Great service from this company. They took their time in setting up the arrangements and did not rush me or get in a hurry. Very good with follow up and confirmation that things would go as planned

Got our estimate and contracted to transport. Was told it would take 3 - 5 days after pick up. It arrived the day after it was picked up. Luckily I called to see when to expect it and was told that afternoon. We had planned to be somewhere else but changed our plans. Suggest if you use to call and find out arrival date the morning after pick up so you aren't surprised. The gentleman that delivered the car was terrific.

Everything went quite well. The car was picked up on time and delivered promptly. I had to pay approximately $230 extra to have a 2 day pickup window instead of the standard 3 day. There was no guaranteed delivery day, but was picked up on a Tuesday and delivered 3 days later on Friday. Very happy with the service.

GREAT! Pickup accommodated my schedule & was on time. Driver friendly, but professional, treated my car respectfully as he loaded it. I was confident it would arrive safely. Delivery was even better...a surprise day early! Driver called that he was in area & we worked out the early arrival! Again, the unload was careful, he took his time & the vehicle arrived in same condition as picked up. Highly recommend.

Good customer service both in advance and by the gents who actually moved the car. My only complaint was that our move was bumped and also that we had to leave our car in NY waiting to be picked up while we were already moved out of state.

Everything went smooth from the beginning to the end. Ely, who supplied my quote from the department was very responsive along with the driver, Mario, who was quick, professional and did an awesome job transporting my car without issue. Thank you for an awesome service!

Keith picked up the car in an enclosed 40ft trailer on Tuesday and on Saturday car was delivered. I am transporting my other car down in December with United Freight of America Corp. It will be the third time I have used them.

Went very well. On time, no problems, and nice folks.

We are pleased with one reservation. The car arrived with no damage and on time. The only problem was that we were not kept informed about events that affected pick up in Michigan. We were told that pick up would be done on 10/4 or 10/5. The first day passed with no pick and no calls. On the morning of 10/5 I called the carrier and was told that the truck scheduled to pick up our car broke down in Indiana the night before. We were then told that another carrier would pick up our car later in the day. It took several calls and e-mail exchanges until we finally nailed down who would pick up the car, but even then the truck did not arrive until almost 7:00 PM on the second day.

They did a great job. Communication throughout the process was great. Our car and boat both were delivered with great care and undamaged.

Went very well, they are a very professional and responsive outfit, can't imagine better service. Only mark was that I thought the price was a little higher than I expected, based on another shipment they did for me a couple of years ago.

the whole process was smooth and trouble free. compared to other "A" rated transport companies, this one offered to pick up the vehicle within 1 - 2 days as opposed to 5-7 days three other companies had quoted me. not to mention price was pretty reasonable compared to same other three companies. drop off date was spot on as well. the actual "time" of the drop off though is another subject. terrible time management of the actual transport drivers...had me believing that vehicle was going to be dropped off 12 noon and by the time it was all said and done, it was dropped off at 7:30/8pm. all good though...vehicle got to me in one piece and damage free. would DEFINITELY hire again!!!

The driver stayed in contact, constantly, letting us know when he was to pick-up and when he was to arrive at the delivery point. He picked up exactly when he stated. United Freight made an effort, going above and beyond to get the pick-up immediately, when we requested, instead of having to wait 4-5 days. This occurred in Atlanta, GA and we were trying to get home to Missouri. We inspected the vehicle upon delivery and there was no damage.

Overall, very well. The transport truck broke down in Louisiana causing a few days delay on delivery date but we were immediately notified with followup phone calls advising us of new delivery date.

Longer journey then expected. Driver miscommunication twice. Finally the third driver delivered the car but overall experience was two weeks longer then expected.

Overall, United Freight provided excellent service. There were numerous delays that were out of the control of United Freight. These include a shipper's truck breaking down on the way to the pickup and having to find another shipper, and delays for the 4th of July and weekends. The car was eventually delivered in good shape

Excellent service from the first phone call through delivery. No nonsense, straight arrow, professional service.
