A few bumps along the road but the dispatch manager made things right.

The company gave me a guaranteed three day window for pick up (better than other companies that give a 7 day window) and the driver picked the vehicle up on the first day of that window. He communicated well with me via phone. The car was delivered quickly (within 2 days) and the delivery went seamlessly. I've shipped cars several times now. This company has done the best job of scheduling and communicating out of all I've used.

I need it to have my Mom’s vehicle shipped from Los Angeles to Miami. I reached out to auto transport/United freight of America and they gave me a quote immediately. We scheduled the service and was given a date. On the day of pick up, I hadn’t heard from the driver and became concerned. I reached out to the driver and was told after the pick up time that The vehicle transporter had broken. I understand things happen, but I feel I that the company should have reached out to those affected. The driver told me that he would be available to pickup the vehicle the next day. Into the early evening and without prior notice, I receive a call saying the driver is at a pickup location. Being that I was NOT given a few hours notice, I had to use my mom to meet the driver. The shipper spoke to my mom and gave her a cross street to meet. However because my mom doesn’t speak Spanish, the street she hear was no where to found. My mom called me so that could assist with situation, and I spoke with the dispatcher who was rude and insulting. I told her there is no need to be belligerent I kept asking her to spell out the street address. After a few confrontational minutes, she gave me the address. My mom meets the driver and the vehicle is loaded and then delivered to Miami. But there is no follow up from the company regarding my experience. I don’t blame them for the bad dispatcher and lack of communication from the driver, I am dissatisfied with their lack of following up which makes the overall experience poor.

Very responsive and attentive during sales and during pick-up, transport, and delivery. One day late on pick up due to scheduling other car pick-ups, but was no problem; clear communication and they were able to pick up the vehicle without me there. Price was a slightly more than some other quotes, but the service was exceptional. A big plus is that I was able to charge everything on my credit card in a single payment; other transporters required deposits and payments in cash or money order to the driver upon delivery -- which is less inconvenient.

The process was pretty easy. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They were all very thorough during the entire experience. Just wish I received the car a little sooner. But you can't control the weather and or the traffic. Thank you guys!

went very well. drivers and staff stayed in communication throughout so i never had to guess what was happening. I didn't really get a referral so relied on Angie's List and the professionalism of staff during initial phone call. I was very satisfied.

The vehicles were picked up in a timely manner and safely delivered to California. There was some confusion and delay about the actual delivery day and time but they were delivered during the promised window.

Excellent!!! Highly recommend. When moving, there's a lot of details to keep track of so I was appreciative of the follow up after my first inquiry about costs. Once booked, communication was top-notch and accommodating as I had already flown to my destination - they allowed for the driver to contact my son to arrange the pickup. After booking for a date in mid-February, I had to make a change to an earlier date. I was impressed that the change order with minimal charge was enabled without a hitch. They estimated time to destination well and I watched the driver unload my car - the guy had hustle which I just never see anymore! Great service. Every aspect was spot on! I'd definitely utilize again.

This was the 1st time we have shipped our car so had lots of questions. Agent Guy was courteous, knowledgable, friendly & very helpful. Transporter Ivory was great - kept us up to date on location of car, answered all texts promptly. Car arrived as promised with no issues.

Car Was to filthy to do an inspection upon arrival. After purchasing a postal money order I wasn’t allowed to use it, I had to go to the bank and withdraw cash. Option of payment were cashiers check, money order or cash. Driver was very pleasant.

We had a car transported from Colorado to Florida. Communication with the company was clear, and the work was as promised. Pickup was within the specified time frame, and the pickup location was even closer than I expected. Delivery was also on time and also closer than I expected. The driver was professional and pleasant to work with. All in all, the service exceeded my expectations.

My Porsche Panamera was delivered in great condition without the road grim and was wiped down on delivery.

United Freight of America worked with me to schedule pick up and drop off that met my schedule. The driver kept in contact with me prior to picking up the car. The car was picked up as agreed and dropped off when requested. The car was in good condition with no road damage. The driver was professional and friendly. I’d definitely hire United Freight of America again.

When as smoothly as I’ve could’ve hoped for. The representative from United, Guy, was very helpful. Answer all questions promptly, and honestly. And I can say honestly because everything he said, I was able to confirm.
