The vehicle was picked up on day 1 of the 3 day window. All went well except the clear disclosure that the final payment needed to be made payable to the sub contracting company who picked up the vehicle.

I was extremely nervous about shipping my vehicle through a transport service, but Guy (my contact at United Freight) was extremely helpful and educated me on all the options available and what questions to ask even of other carriers. He was in daily contact with me, as was the driver who picked up at my door and delivered to my son's driveway in Chicago. The pick up was on-time and delivery was actually ahead of schedule. I recommend United Freight for any moving needs and will use them again!

Everything went good. There was a slight delay at the pick up time due to the driver getting a flat tire but other than that I was well pleased with the service. The drop off in Florida went well and was even earlier than we had expected. Great Job !!!

Paying broker fees, $400, to a 3rd party (United) always sucks to get to the carrier for the actual transport I've had to work with United on several occasions and they do competent work for the $400 and work with reputable carriers who do the actual transport of the vehicle. My recommendation is to identify a carrier and work with them directy to cut out the broker fees altogether. This should be easier to do in a big city with transport between big cities where there is more competition.

Things went well. The driver called us a day before we expected to hear from him. We agreed to meet the following day for him to pick up the vehicle. The delivery was received timely in MA. The driver was thorough and courteous. I have used United Freight previously which is why I chose to contact them again.

At pick-up and delivery I had to give driver directions which he did not follow. I assumed car would be picked up and delivered at the address on the contract. This was not the case. I had to call to find out why the car was not delivered on the date I was told. Apparently the truck was broken down for two days. The car was too dirty and it was too dark to do an inspection. The gentleman at the phone number I was given to contact if there was a problem was very rude and said i shouldn’t expect the car to be delivered to the address on the contract. I had to walk around at night and look for the driver. Overall not a good experience.

awful. They dispatched for a pickup without telling anyone or getting a confirmation. Guy argued with me and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Now they do not want to refund my money. Tried to get some kind of manager over there, but no luck yet. This place rips of the drivers and the customers. Beware

Every step of the way it was wonderful. The driver kept in touch with me as he was taking my car north. Since my car arrived before I did he called me and I called my neighbor so that he would open the garage for my car to be put it. Everything went very smoothly. When I return to Miami some time this next winter I am planning on having this company take my car back to Miami.

They were great. So far, they have transported 3 cars, back and forth to FL and they were simply excellent each time. Entire process lasts less than 10 mins, and it is hassle free - just the way transportation ought to go. They even got me when I called at the last minute during busy season due to an unexpected plan change at my end. I plan to use them for all future car transportation needs and highly recommend them. Their Angie's List rating is clearly well deserved.

We initially hired another service, which never returned calls or showed up. Then we checked Angie’s List and found United Transport. They were amazingly helpful - even dealing with a snowstorm. The price was very fair (watch out for low bidders). Service was excellent. So was communication. Delivery was promo. Car was in perfect condition. We will use again and again. And can’t speak highly enough of this company. Trustworthy.

Overall was very good. logistics were fantastic, only only downside was that the company has a very wide window for car pick up which was not super convenient even with that, i was very satisfied start to finish
