Quick response. Driver was punctual and very professional. Was able to contact driver during trip for updates. Vehicle was delivered with in time frame driver quoted. I was very pleased.

After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous.

The transportation of my car went well. The driver showed up on time, was pleasant and worked quickly. The car was to be delivered to my son around 9:30 p. m. 2 days later. To my son's surprise, the car was delivered to his house 90 minutes earlier than the expected time. Everyone was pleased with the exceptional service. A friend called and ask which company I used because she needed to transport a car also. I was delighted to recommend United Freight of America. I shipped a car to my son a year earlier and the entire process was a total nightmare so I was skittish this time. So glad that this time was easy and without incident.

Went very, very well. Solid communication from start to finish, including during the transport itself. Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. I wouldn't hesitate to put another high-value automobile into their care.

It was even better than expected! We requested the pickup to be advanced a week and it was completed. The Customer Service — Ely and Guy were so knowledgeable and professional was a pleasure dealing with them! And the Driver was very kind and professional. He stayed in contact which was great. Went with United freight of America for our Auto shipping because of all of the positive ratings/reviews. We were not disappointed. They kept us informed every step of the way and Ely Sharp could not have been more helpful. We had a minor hiccup regarding the timing and they took care of it right away. Customer service appears to be a source of pride at United Freight. Would not hesitate using again.

Both Guy and Ely were extremely professional and honest about pick up and drop off days/times. I didn’t know where to start in the process and ended up with several “brokers” prior to United that were basically a scam. Once I found these gentleman, everything went smoothly. Thank you!

The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable.

I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better.

Guy was friendly and professional and process went well. Took longer than expected to have it delivered since the carrier ended up transporting 8-9 cars (picked up Thurs and delivered following Tues), but arrived secure and undamaged. Carrier tried to charge me an extra $50 but I called Guy and was told to disregard. Cost was $945 minus $100 for Angie's list referral = $845.

It went very well. The cars arrived intact. We met the driver at a mall and the transaction part was done quickly and professionally. The driver was great and would recommend your service again.

On time. Great communication throughout. Driver even drove my husband back and forth to the house with the cars. Our road could not handle that large of a truck. They picked up on the first day they said they would and delivered on the day we wanted it. Perfect!

A M A Z I N G service! I had anxiety about all the choices, the prices, the trust etc... United called me and assured me, but I wasn’t sure. I looked them up and saw BBB A+ rating and great reviews BUT I was still nervous. WELL, my car (2016 Ford Fiesta SE) was delivered in LESS than 3 days in perfect condition. The driver, Carlos, was courteous and prompt. I was able to call him while he was on the road when I had questions about the time of his arrival with my car. He picked up and delivered my car almost door to door. This service was definitely work the money

The car was delivered fine but a little later than expected. Everyone was nice and professional. Sometimes it took time for them to get back to me when the delay occurred.

Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. Roberto did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I felt my "baby" was in good hands and he was very professional and responsible about the whole thing. I also liked that he gave me updates along the way.

I had a great experience. This was my first time transporting my car and I was skeptical because of some negative reviews. However, I did research several other companies and made sure I understood the process of how transporting vehicles worked. This was the best fit for my transport needs. I asked several questions and they were able to answer them all. They were also thorough in explaining to me the process. The process was smooth and I received my car around the time it was guaranteed. I would definitely recommend. First timers I suggest you do thorough research of how transporting of vehicles works etc. and ask tons of questions! I see a number of reviews that seem to complain about things that could have been avoided or understood had they done the proper research.
