I’ve contacted vendor repeatedly with no response.
Description of Work: Claimed to put a new battery in my computer, but now the battery won’t charge Pass 6%. Vendor also removed Microsoft Office from my computer after I specifically asked for it to be reinstalled after replacement with a used hard drive. I’ve contacted vendor repeatedly with no response.
