The came READY for the work. The two didn't ask me for a quote but immediatly started to work reparing the spinkler. They quickly repaird it and was totally satisfied. They did not work to find MORE opportunity but insured that I was satisfied.

All Dade Plumbing & Sprinklers came out the next day. That's the good news. Moved sprinkler main unit per request but hooked up PVC coming from mixing valve out of sequence and moved on/off valve below ground level requiring a hole to be dug (after the dirt was filled back in) below the surface to reach the shutoff-valve. Mike was advised up front about the valve but he assured me it would not be below the surface. He never mentioned the out of sequence issue. Now I have an out of sequence system (he failed to mark the PVC with the sequence of the system by his own admission) and a below ground level shutoff valve. When confronted with these issues, Mike shrugged it off as no big deal. He did offer to correct the valve placement for an additional fee but refused to correct the out of sequence issue with the mixing valve. Buyer beware!
