Wm Horn Water Conditioning

The first softener was installed in May of 2005. It started leaking salt and was replaced by Mr Horn in 2008. In March 2013 the gears had to be replaced and the softener never went back into its regular cycle. After three phone calls Mr Horn finally came back and corrected the,problem. Over the phone he acted like I did not know what I was talking about. In July 2013 we noted salt on the corner of the unit, which I photographed with my cell phone and sent to Mr Horn. He called saying he needed my address and asked me to text it to him. I did that and waited, he called, but the line was dead. I called him and left a message asking what happened. He never returned the call, nor never showed up. From there I found Fleck water softeners and Glass Water Systems. Love what I have and the fantastic service I got from Matthew Glass.

We later discovered that the first repair did not work. Mr. Horn came out and completed a second repair and it worked out fine. He did not charge us for the additional visit.
