I gave my grass mover in under warranty to check it & they asked me $99 dollar & I went at store three times but no body gave me Estimate & without my permission they fixed it & asked money.. why I pay money bcoz it’s under warranty & I got case ID & purchased from lows before 1.5yrs .. Steve employee there he told me you want to do what ever u do .. he was rude & Never talk with Jeff who is Owner there ..I will take further action & go with social media … I felt bad & insulting & they cheated me & took my equipment & spoke rude with me …

Description of Work: My old repair shop damaged my mower while it was in their shop and then tried to upsell me to pay for the repairs they caused. They even denied they caused the damage. So then I took it to Wallers, who were straight forward, honest, and fair. They told me what needed to be repaired and what didn't and even got me some warranty credit on their own initiative. I would strongly recommend the honest reputable folks at Wallers. I will loyally use their services going forward.

We do apologize for not being able to service your mower but due to a high volume of repairs in the summer time we limit the amount of repair work we take in to the manufactures that we sell, so as not to give poor service and extended wait times. We give priority service to the units that were purchased from us as most shops do and I would imagine that Sears does also. Through the winter times when repair work is slow we will take in most brands. Again, I apologize for not being able to repair your mower and the way that the message was delivered. v/r Jeff Waller

Having moved into a home with a smaller yard than I previously had, I sold my lawn tractor and researched quality walk-behind mowers. While finding that Honda mowers were highly rated, I was concerned over their availability at "big box" home improvement stores and the typical lack of after purchase support that often accompanies such items. I checked Honda's web site and was directed to Waller's. While Plant City is a good half hour drive for me, I knew it well due to having worked in the area in the past. I called Waller's on a Wednesday and spoke with "Bobby" about my possible purchase. Bobby was very helpful over the phone and assured me that they had the model I wanted in stock and that he would hold it for me until I could find time to come out and purchase it. On Saturday morning I went to Waller's, and upon arrival, was greeted by Bobby, who recalled my name and immediately pointed out the lawn mower I wanted. He made sure that any question I had were answered and never once pressured me to close the sale. I was also pleased to discover that Waller's price was the same as that at the "big box" stores, despite my willingness to pay more for the ability to work with a local business. While the owner of Waller's took my lawn mower in back and prepped it, Bobby went through the process of writing up the order, accepting my payment and registering the ownership of the lawn mower with Honda. He then presented me with the necessary owner's manuals, briefly reviewed things with me in the event I had any questions, and encouraged me to call them should I have any at a later date. They then took my new mower out and very carefully loaded it into my car, and again thanked me for doing business with them. While Waller's is not terribly convenient for me location-wise, the ability to get and receive one on one service and a level of support far outweighs any inconvenience. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, especially those who make a point of providing customer service far beyond that of national chains.
