Straight Up Garage Doors

Never called. Eventually cacelled. Nothing got done.

They showed up on time, replaced the spring and made sure the garage opener worked properly. They also checked the second garage door. Very professional and kind

I was very disappointed with the work that was done(or not done). They lubricated and adj hinges and bearings but the problem still persisted when they left and they said I would have to live with it because it was the best they could do.

They were just quick to respond to give us a quote and were able to schedule it right away. My interaction with them was very good and the work they did turned out great.

The two owners came right on time to do the job. They explained the operation and how to lengthen the life of moving parts and preclude replacement. They were more than professional, they also were friendly. I would describe them as "next door neighbor" attitudes super informative. We enjoyed learning from them and kept their sticker right by the wall unit. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone want maintenance, repair or replacement of their garage door mechanism.

Repaired a stuck chain drive also.

Came out the day I called, looked at the garage door and told me what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He came back exactly when he said he would and the garage door was working an hour later.

They actually showed up early, so a friend of mine had to let them into the house. I was having some difficulty with the door getting stuck half way up. I told the technician, and he looked it over, greased it up, etc. Now I'm having the issue again so hopefully they will come back out quickly and get it fixed this time.

Very friendly guys, however what they did did not stop the grease from leaking all over the garage door still! We explained our issue, they lubed and said it is working fine, then we moved forward with having house painted in December, and now new and fresh paint on garage door is ruined still, with grease!

They were prompt and courteous. I had been having issues with the garage door not closing but since they serviced the system I haven't had any issues. They were professional and I would use them again without hesitation.

They pulled up 10 min early and were very friendly. Everything looks and works great. They we're careful doing installation not to damage any of the plaster (not drywall, it's an older house.) I couldn't be happier with my choice of Tony D's. I would highly recommend them to anyone not sure who to use.. I called the heavily advertised "green logo" garage door company a few months ago and had them come out and they we're VERY pushy and gave me some redicious quotes for the springs. Tony D's is about as old school professional as you're going to get. Honest and knowledgeable!

They showed up promptly to give an estimate, we approved the repair and they started immediately. They were very personable, but professional. They replaced the springs and belt drive, then took the time to explain what repairs were done, and how to program the garage door openers, and keypad.

I have had Tony D's as my garage door service provider for 5 years now, and they always do outstanding work. Scott and his brother came out after one of the springs broke and the garage door wouldn't open. He was very prompt, extremely professional and helpful - went above and beyond. Came on New Year's eve at exactly the time promised.

Needed the door wired so I could open it. They said they did not have that equipmtent and do not offer to come back and fix it. That is what I wanted in the first place..Not greasing the joints that were working properly.

After they left we couldn't get the door to close because the sensors had been re-secured by them as part of the maintenance and it wasn't tight enough then they did this. We had to reset and re-tighten to resolve this - an issue that had 'nt been an issue prior to their coming out. Easy enough to fix - but a problem that wasn't one before they came.

Both doors now work well. Price extremely reasonable. Owners/technicians personable and professional.

It was very good! They were a few minutes late but called about 10 minutes before appointment time and said they could be as much as 20 minutes late but ended up only be 15 minutes late. Quickly got to work and never tried to sell me anything. Gave good advice and a tuneup on my door. In all it took no more than 15 minutes for my single car door.

The service provider was exceptional. He was very informative and thorough with his inspection and service. Would recommend to anyone.

My garage door had some broken hinges, I called in the morning and was able to get them to come later that afternoon. This was a blessing as I would have had to wait until Tuesday of the next week - 6 days later. They were able to squeeze me in!!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! Tony and his wife are true professionals and I highly recommend for any work to be performed. You will not be disappointed or robbed by high prices. They were very reasonable for the service call and work performed. I will call them again in the future if needed. My garage door purrs now!!!!
