I used provider's $59 tune-up special discount. Tune-up allowed the part that needed replacing to be spotted BEFORE a breakdown.

I am very happy with the service I received from Straight Up Garage Doors. They were punctual, pleasant, and cleaned up after afterwards. I would use them again.

We were very pleased with the door opener installation deal with found on Angie's list--cheaper than the big box competitors. Upon contacting Tony D's to schedule service, we were quickly set up with a date and time for installation and they answered the several questions we had regarding what opener we selected. The technician arrived on time, worked quickly, and took time at the end to recap what he did and the pertinent things we needed to know about the new opener system and all of its technological features. We will certainly use Tony D's for any future needs related to servicing or door replacement.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I think it warrants one from me. I left a voicemail on Sunday evening and Scott from Tony D's Garage Doors called me back first thing in the morning and scheduled to come out the same day. Prior to coming out, gave me a courtesy call with an agreed upon time and arrived exactly on schedule. I appreciated Scott's honesty to identify and fix the problems fast. There was absolutely no pressure to buy additional services or products. Scott was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions and remained professional throughout the job. Honestly, we have lived in this house for about 12 years now and he have not had the best experiences in the past with repair persons coming to our home. Our experience has been jaded with companies wanting to either sell us something we did not need, a service that was unnecessary, or find a way to somehow increase the price because of something else was needed to do the existing job. I HIGHLY recommend and endorse Tony D's Garage Doors to anyone in the area looking for honest people in the garage business to use this company. . . you will not be sorry! John Burek

Assembled garage door opener out of box,Hooked up all wiring.Had a small problem with pre wiring by contractor in attic. Quickly repaired .Operated door and made all final adjustments.These guys were professional,courteous,and friendly.I plan to use them again.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They ordered the door I wanted, pulled the permit, and did the installation without a hitch. That is saying something because they had to work around a homemade cabinet installation. Even the inspector was impressed. He especially liked the way they made the spring adjustment. Said you could lift the double door with two fingers.

He came on time, was very professional, was very fair when I had no clue what was wrong, and was done very quickly! Great, great job. They will be doing anything we ever need done with our garage doors from now on!

What a difference a day makes. When our garage door opener stopped lifting the door, we called another company and their estimate was much higher than we expected. Then we called Tony D's, and they repaired the door opener (replaced coupler), replaced hinges, lubed and tested the door, all for a very reasonable price. They are both personable and professional. In the future, when we need to replace the door opener or the garage door, we will definitely call Tony D's again to do the job!

We called for service about 10 minutes after hearing the large crash from our garage door after one of the springs snapped. He was at our house within an hour. He repaired the door by replacing the broken spring, and replaced the other spring per our request. He then checked to make sure all was functioning properly. We found him to be polite and professional, and would not hesitate to use his service again.

I called them in a panic and they were at my home in about 4 hours. They called when they were on their way and even arrived early. Both gentlemen were professional and polite. They repaired the door and made sure everything was working correctly. Their price was great and they did not try to sell any other repair or fix. I would definitely use them again.

I called them in the morning and they were able to respond in just over an hour. The two-man crew arrived on time, analyzed the issue and provided me a quote before starting any work. They were able to fix all of the hinges and test the door in 15-20 minutes. They tested the door and checked to make sure it was working properly. Upon receiving payment they were able to e-mail me a receipt immediately . I also requested an estimate to replace the door and opener and they also were able to e-mail that to me before they left. Great service.

Work was handled very professionally. Team was prompt and on-time. Completed work in less time than promised.

Since they were in the area the service was completed within an hour of my service call. And because the issue was a simple correction no charge was incurred.

Scott and Sean arrived quickly, ahead of schedule, replaced the necessary springs and were finished in 45 minutes. Payment was made by credit card and processed on the spot. I received a receipt, sent to my e-mail address, within a few minutes. This is as professional and pleasant a group as I could hope to do business with. Highly recommended.

The 2 man team arrived at the scheduled time in a nasty rain storm that lasted throughout the service call. Very friendly and polite young men that introduced themselves upon arriving. We talked about the problem. Parts of the trolley had shattered leaving some pieces on the screw drive and in the opener main unit. They took a look and decided that they could repair the garage door opener rather than replace it. They removed the main unit, removed broken parts from the screw, replaced the required parts. and reinstalled and adjusted the entire unit. During testing they mentioned that the noise I was hearing from the door, a problem that had gotten worse over the years, was probably from the bearings in the door rollers. I asked them to check further and they inspected each of the rollers. They pulled a few of the rollers and showed them to me. Some of the rollers had a great deal of play in them. I requested that they replace the rollers. They replaced the rollers with new nylon hurricane rollers. They lubricated everything and checked and adjusted all of the opener and door adjustments and cleaned up the work area. I can't remember the door ever being as quiet as it is today. They accept credit card payment and were able to send an invoice to my computer while they were still on site. Professional, polite and friendly team that also own the company. The appointment was made with an owner, the two owners did the work, the owners processed my credit card in my garage. My kind of service call!

When I went out to get the morning paper, the garage door wouldn't open more than a couple of feet. When I released the garage door from the opening mechanism, the door slammed down. I couldn't budge it. Since both cars were in the garage, we were stuck until the door was repaired. I called Tony D's at 8:10 a.m. They were here by 9:30 and promptly repaired the door. The repair guys were polite and professional. Nice job.

They did a good job. They have excellent service, they were fast and efficient.

Asked for an appointment after I got off from work on the same day.They arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Took 20 minutes and they were done. Definitely will use them again.
