We used them previously to install a new opener, so they were the first company I called when the springs broke. They arrived on schedule and replaced both springs in under 30 minutes. Great work, reasonably priced and very professional. Would definitely recommend,

Can't begin to explain what a great process this was. I called a different company also but decided to go with Straight up garage doors, a family owned business, because Scott was personable and truly wanted to fix my problem when I first reached out. Scott turned a potentially stressful cost into such a great experience. He really knows his stuff and did not pressure me into any service and delivered options in either repairing or replacing. I decided to go ahead and replace with a better brand and we went with Liftmaster which I absolutely love with all the new features, making the replacement the better option for me. Their warranty is for one year allowing a piece of mind. Straight up Garage doors is thorough, professional, and quickly responds to any questions. Highly recommend to anyone!

Garage door opener was shot. These friendly gentleman came out the same day for a good price and got the job done. When I was worried there might be something else wrong with my door the next day (not related to their work), they came out right away and took a look at it. It was something minor (door was sticking to the paint on the house), so they touched it up and got it working nice and smooth. No extra charge! Good company. Takes me back to the good ol days when a company did what it takes to get the job done and money wasn't the most important thing.

They kept there appointment and fix what was needed and did not try to sale me anything I did not need. Great service.

The spring broke on Sunday, I went on Angie's List purchased their service. I called the company on Monday and made an appointment. I told them the garage door would not open, even with the emergency release and if it was possible they could come Monday. They made room for me on their schedule so that I would not miss another day of work. I really appreciated it, thank you and God Bless!

Awesome. Scott came out when he said he would, looked it all over and most importantly of all, was an honest "straight up" kind of guy. The previous day another garage door company came out and spoke with my wife when I was not home, they told her everything needed to be replaced, everything......thank god she called me before handing over her credit card!!! Long story short, by me getting a second opinion from Scott, we saved over $1300 and got exactly what we wanted, a functioning garage door with 2 new remotes and working key pad.

They were extremely courteous and efficient. They did the work when they said they would. The person on the phone was very nice and sympathetic to the inconvenience of not being able to open our garage door, and he knew we were about to go on vacation in a couple of days from our calling him. We were willing to wait until after vacation, but it was important to him that he get it fixed for us right away. I highly recommend this company.

Worthless with an attitude! I purchased the garage door opener with keypad and installation included. All contact made via email and my phone number provided. The initial contact was made via email, We exchanged information and scheduled a date for service. On the agreed date, the company went to the wrong address, (the old house) and sat in their truck. They claim to have knocked and rang the doorbell, but never bothered to call nor send an email or text, which is what they are used to doing. During their wait, my son went to get something from the home. The driver saw him go in, and made eye contact as he exited the house, but didn't bother to stop him or advise him what they were they for. Approxmately 15 minutes had past on their 2 hour appointment time, I called the company and they claimed that no one answered, they sat there, then left. I asked why didn't you call and/or text me as this is what we've been doing and claimed that Angie's list would not provide him my information. I explained he already had it. I provided him with the correct address, and he claimed that they were now 90 minutes away, and couldn't come back. He said he would call back to reschedule and never did. Now they have my money, and I have to do the chasing. When I finally got a hold of the owner, he indicated, "I cannot afford to send someone back out to your house, as it is 90 to get there and back, and they weren't going to waste they're time coming out and I should request a refund. Owner had a serious attitude, lied about being 90 minutes away when it was only 15 minutes past the appointment time, didn't stop my son when he entered/exited the house and made eye contact, extermly poor customer service.

They were at my door within 2 hours of getting my message on a Saturday. Very polite and professional.
