They did a good job. It took a couple of days from the time we ordered the garage door until it came in. It took them 1/2 hr to 45 minutes to take the old door and track down; they installed the new door in about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It was very well done.

Tony De was sub-contracted by my custom builder to install our garage doors about 9 years ago. The rubber weather seal located at the bottom of the doors needed to be replaced due to heat shrinkage. My phone call for service was promptly answered and a service appointment was scheduled. I asked for a ball park price and was quoted approximately $150, including trip charge. The two person team arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. In addition to replacing the weather seals, they preformed a thorough inspection of both garage door units to make sure everything was in good working order. They cleaned and lubricated the rollers and tracks at no additional charge. They were very polite, went above and beyond the original service request , left the work area clean and the invoice came in under the estimate at $123. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED -

Our home's garage door opener was not responding to signals from the remotes. I called Tony D's and they were on site within five hours. Quickly diagnosed an intermittent connection in the main circuit board, presented option to repair or replace, we opted for replacement. The two men from Tony D's worked a total of 1.5hrs and replaced the old chain drive with a 1/2 hp Chamberlin 3500 belt drive opener, installed new switch panel, optical receivers on the side of the rails, and programmed the auto's home link switch for $299, tax included. You'd have to pay $170 for the opener alone if you bought it from a home store and installed it yourself. So, I think $299 for the parts, house call, and labor to do the work is very reasonable. Tony's was professional and courteous, great service.

Same day service. Showed up, replaced the pins, rollers, and springs on my garage door. Now it works good as new and is much quieter.

They are the BEST !! They live up to everything they promise - they were on time, very courteous, VERY professional and trustworthy. They did not push any additional repairs or costs, in fact, what we thought may need replacing and were willing to spend the money on, they said was just fine - so they even saved us money. When I came home on Tuesday my garage door only opened a few inches. He came by later that afternoon (my car was outside so there was no hurry to get out) and looked at the door, quoted the price and we agreed on the date and time. He arrived 5 min early and was done very quickly. He also reprogrammed my non working remote so I connection from both.

He even called the other company to get me an estimate for the spring replacement that I would need and gave me their phone number so I could schedule the work right away. Though he could not repair this unusual kind of spring that I had, I certainly appreciate his dedication to customer service and would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Arrived early on time, very friendly and fast. Fixed my existing issue and gave me a fair estimate for future replacement , but did not push me into immediate purchase. Did not charge me for the service. They have my business from now on.

Called Tony De Garage service and they came out same day. Had to order a few things so could not repair same day, but came back on the day they said they would. Replaced garage door weather seal and did a tune up on everything. They were very helpful and friendly. We were thinking about replacing the door and instead of just trying to sell us on that, they said our door was a very nice door and they would not recommend that at all, just do to the service and it will last us a good while yet. They said our motor was maybe a little small for the door but they would not recommend replacing until we had to.

Garage door was bent. They removed the bottom piece, straightened it and reapplied it. It fit perfectly and my garage door would then close. 20 minutes total and I was relieved I could use my automatic garage door opener again.

They did a good job and were $600 less anybody else I have called.
