Horrible experence . Hiring this Company was a nightmare. After finding out they did not pull a Building Permit. I found out they also was not a Certified Licensed Hvac Ac Company. There was also issues of installion of AC Unit . I had to hire another AC Company to bring the Unit up to code so it will pass inspection for the Building Permit in which I had to pull the Permit. This Company was also referred by Choice Home Warranty i

Poor attention to detail. Did not follow through with some corrections needed. No follow up inspection. These people are hard to get in contact with.

My neighbor had his metal roof installed by Solution Source and was very satisfied. Their estimate was within a few hundred of the best quote I could get for my replacement roof. I hired SS because I know how roofing company's come and go especially after a hurricane and a lot of people were getting ripped off. They showed when they said they would with plenty of help, The entire job, start to finish was a day and a half and it is beautiful. I have a flat roof patio which I've had repaired before but it would never seal, it rained heavily twice already and not a drop. I probably shouldn't have mentioned the day and a half part, their guys were here 12 1/2 hours the first day...ymmv. Space doesn't permit me telling you some of the wrenches I threw at them during the install but suffice it to say they accommodated me without a complaint. My parents house is 2 years newer than mine, they're coming up, this will be a no brainer. Thanks Justin, Brad, and Dale. Let me start by saying that the roof itself looks beautiful. However, they ripped the screen on the lanai, a big hole, and left it. Tacks and nails everywhere, we are still picking them up over three weeks later. Not backing up their work with a wind mitigation, and more things. I can not recommend this company. The owners had to have the roof replaced for us to close on the house. We were renting until we closed, which means that we were living there through the replacement. They finished, we closed, but now we are left I guess to fix what they damaged. There is even some siding on the house that they displaced and left. We felt very disrespected while they were working. There were gates opened with the lock on them, while someone was in the house. There were gates just left open at the end of the day, and we have a dog. Plus, they have not reached out from there end to contact us at all since it was completed. Again, I just cannot recommend this company.

These guys were great. I have a 1500 sf house with a one car garage and an aluminum covered enclosed patio. I had heard nightmare tales of roofing companies not doing a good job etc, but this company did a fantastic job at a fair price. I checked home advisor, and they gave me one referral. That guy wanted more to install cheap shingles than Solution Source charged for the architectural shingles. Price covered complete new roof and leak repair on my patio. They were extremely nice to work with. I highly recommend them!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and professional this company was. From Dennis, the salesman, Chase the project manager, to the painters. It pays to go with a reputable company! The workers were always here when they said they would be here, which is rare from my experience. Highly recommend

Dale was great really helped to make me feel better about the huge amount of damage this leak caused. He explained all the options I had with repairing just the area or replacing the whole roof. I have seen a couple of other companies today and no one took the time to explain everything to me just three numbers at me. I will recommend your company again!!

Oh My Gosh! I had the greatest experience with the Roofing Superintendent, Brian Morse and his entire team! The only delay that we had was obtaining the City's permit approval (no surprise there). Mind you, this was quite a large job. I wanted to "pitch" a flat roof on an addition to my house to match the main house, plus update the existing roof. Brian came to meet me (on time by the way) and he was ready to go with designs of how it would look and create a "hip" roof to save on my homeowner's insurance. He showed me a selection of shingles and explained the difference between the dark vs. light colors, how they can refract the Florida sun, save on energy bills, etc. He asked me how high I wanted the new, pitched roof to be and I said "As long as I can insulate it, I'm happy. There is no insulation over that section of my house right now and it gets hot." His response? "Do you want us to add insulation too? We can do that." And his team did. He had this great app on his phone that would show if there were any leaks and it was 100%accurate. I knew we had 2 leaks in the addition to our home (we found them after Hurricane Irma) and his app pointed them out. I thought there could be a 3rd leak in another area, but his app showed there wasn't one (it was correct). When they started this past Monday (07/23/18), he told me that they should be done by Friday. I thought "Sure, it's summer in Florida; we'll see." True to his word, they were done on Friday and he called me just after noon (12:14 PM to be exact) to tell me. Even with the rain that we had during the week! His team kept working between the rain spells, move and drain the tarps, etc. His team worked hard over a total of 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, half a day Thursday and Friday). They would have been done by Wednesday if it hadn't been for the dang Florida frequent thunderstorms! PS - I've already noticed the temperature change where the new "hip" roof was added. The funniest thing was when he called me on Thursday and said they had run into an issue since they were replacing more wood under the old, pitched roof than expected and there would be an additional cost. I was expecting that; the old roof was 30+ years old! I laughed because his words were "I don't like giving people bad news". Just..WOW! Such a great experience! Would I hire Solution Source again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend Solution Source again? I already have, about 2 hours ago to a friend whose sister is having problems finding a reputable roofing company in the area. I wish I had taken pictures so I could upload them, but I haven't taken the "after" pictures yet.

I called for an estimate and Brian came out the next day. He made sure we understood everything going on (there was a lot). The quoted price was better than expected considering the company also repaired an interior wall that was affected by leakage from the roof. He was in touch during the job, but Michael was our job superintendent. Michael went over and above as far as we were concerned. They were available for questions, started the job sooner than we hoped, came when they said they would, at the end of the job the yard was clean. We would absolutely hire them again!

Made the appointment for a week after the phone call. Given specific date and time. No one showed up. Called the company and they had someone call me back who said they don't "do" ceramic tile roofs. Wasted a week and still have the leak. Will not use Angie's List recommendation ever again.

Solution Source got me approved for my new roof and had it installed in no time at all! The price was competitive and the service excellent. I highly recommend them!

The job was well done. I was out for my morning exercise and when I returned an hour later half the roof was stripped. The Site Supervisor Chase explained everything that was being done. Once finished the job site was cleaned of al debris. This crew treated my home as if it was their own.

Excellent customer service and communication. They worked very hard and corrected a major problem with our roof successfully. Roof is beautiful.

It was a huge job, he put in a paver, and he did it in a timely manner. He had to make sure that it drained well, because we have some drainage issues with our yard, and so he put the paver in, and made sure it drained well, it does not hold water. His guys did the work very quickly, and they finished within 5 days. It was a huge job, and they did it. There was an issue with the sprinkler head which got caught under the driveway, and they came right out, and redid that whole section. They were very good.
