S & O Greenworks Inc

S & O Greenworks provides regular monthly landscape chemical services for our home. That includes fertilization, insect control, disease control, and fungus control for our lawn, shrubs, and palm trees. Their technicians arrive like clockwork, and you always know which technician is working for you any particular month, because they always sign their work. We've had several other chemical service providers during our 10 years in this house, and all have failed us ? including the big-name providers you all know. S & O Greenworks is the first one to bring our lawn, trees, and shrubs back to health. Everything looks so green now! After each treatment, the technician will take time to explain everything they did, if you'd like. Otherwise, they will always leave a handwritten explanation of everything they did to maintain your landscape, and everything that you should do to follow up (such as a suggested watering schedule). They also drop off their newsletter, which features timely tips for that month specifically directed at your type of landscape. S & O Greenworks are by far the most professional at what they do, and the green results speak for themselves!

This company is top of the line! I've used them for about a year for my indoor pest control and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgable, and more professional than anyone I've used in the past. I've even had them treat my daughter's new rental and they were amazing! She moved in with a horrible infestation and they took care of the problem right away, they came out the very next day. I would highly recommend!!

I found them on Angie's List. Everybody on my block uses them. I started with them in June or July. They are always on time, and they do good work. My lawn is in a pretty good shape.

The service was effective and efficient. The service providers were professional, knowledgeble and responsive. They are on my "use again" list.

They're knowledgable and quickly identified what was causing dead and brown spots on my lawn. My lawn looks much better after a year of treatment.

All as plan. They come in when they say they will come in do their business and leave a full report. I have not had any issues with any of the services during the past year. Lawn looks great and never had to call them back.

I wanted to write to let other Angie's List members know what an OUTSTANDING company and service ethic S & O GREENWORKS has. All the lawn specialists we have had have in the past years have been most pleasant an accommodating. Each has taken my calls when necessary to point out areas of concern and each has taken the time necessary out of their busy day and address them for us. Reid, my current specialist has been very attentive and is always available to help explain and address or treat any areas of concern with our lawn. He is a hard worker as I see him most of the day both within and outside of my neighborhood as my job affords me the opportunity to speak with and visit with many customers locally on a daily basis. We have been faithful customers for at least eight or nine years and I continue to recommend S & O GREENWORKS' services to my customers. I have handed S & O GREENWORKS' business cards to any of my customers who desire a referral. Usually after speaking with them about their own efforts to maintain their investment or after seeing them utilizing other companies and seeing their frustration with the outcome. Our lawn has never looked better. I cut it at 4 ½” and it still wants to grow higher. It’s like walking on a sponge in most areas. Something I have always wanted in a lawn. I have seen the results of the other "grass and lawn" companies and they do not come close to S & O GREENWORKS! S & O GREENWORKS offers lawn and tree care, lawn care and pest control with NO CONTRACTS! Steve & Oscar have truly shown a proven method of business acumen, chemical mixology and customer service with a growing staff of trained employees as S & O GREENWORKS continues to grow and expand. Their company has ALWAYS been more than fair in our pricing structure and we wanted to write this review so others who might be considering a professional company to take care of their lawn, sprinkler systems or pest control might consider S & O GREENWORKS. One note of importance: St. Augustine is a beautiful but thirsty grass. If you cannot afford to water it properly with a properly maintained and well planned sprinkler system, then all of S & O GREENWORKS protections and nutrients will be wasted!

Everything went well for the most part. The company responded quickly when I called to schedule, and the technician arrived on time. However, the pipe that they installed had cracked, and they had to return to fix it. They were quick in sending someone back out, however, and there weren't any other issues after that point.

This is a wonderful company to deal with from beginning to end. Every employee I dealt with was 100% professional; this included every individual on the actual job to anyone answering the phone in the office. Such a pleasure. Always punctual and remained in constant communication pertaining to the status of the job. Never had to chase them down! I also am utilizing their monthly fertilizing services. So far, so green is my grass.

We moved into our new house which has St. Augustine grass. Being new to this type of turf we knew we needed help. We contacted S & O Greenworks and Jason was quickly out to the house to give us a quote. After looking at a couple companies we decided this company was the best fit for us. Jason has been working with us and responds quickly when we have had inquiries regarding the care of the yard as the summer months approach. They are very friendly, professional and are great about helping us keep our lawn healthy.

The crew showed up right on time (in fact, they were early, which was totally fine with me.) They tore out my existing bahia lawn, which also had some awkward areas of decorative marble chips and weed fabric to be removed, and leveled all the existing dirt. The sod was laid down and watered in, with a full clean up of the dirt off my driveway, porch, and sidewalk by 4 PM. It looks great so far (this is day 1.) I do not have an irrigation system and wasn't looking to add one, so the techs gave me some watering tips too.

They do a great job, very thorough and profesional. I have a large yard and the price is a little more than others but well worth it.

Excellent service from S&O. They fixed a broken tall sprinkler head, fixed a leak on another, replaced 3 rotating nozzels with better ones, and fixed a zone that was not shutting off. They did the services over 2 day period. I had called because one zone wouldn't shut off so they came out within one business day to fix it. The first day they were a couple hours late, but I didn't care since they removed their charge for coming out. They found the other issues while they were out and quoted me a price to fix. I negotiated price down $20 and accepted. They returned the next day as promised and completed the work. They were on time 2nd day. After they were finished they walked the yard with me and showed me everything. I was very happy. I would hire them again in an instant.

We've been S&O customers for about 9 months, and are very pleased with their services. Their teams are always punctual and professional. Huge upgrade over TruGreen.

Noticeable changes on lawn within a month. The grass in the backyard became much greener than before and looks much healthier than neighbors'. Still in need of their cares on our trees-the two little baby palms.

Great service, with detailed summary of work. Summary includes service description along with any specific instructions, to include any warnings or cautions. I know who treated our yard, and It is SOP for the technician to leave a hand written note on what work was accomplished. Bill includes a reminder of when our watering days are, a reminder to have your irrigation system checked, and even includes a checklist documenting that our gates were closed/ secured. The are reliable/prompt, call ahead, and always answer the phone.

They come once a month, and our lawn has never looked better. I would highly recommend them. They are a local company and they know their business. We were very pleased with them.

Doug always make sure he is never late with service each month. He gives me a detailed description of work that was done along with any up-keep I need to preform. I always have a easy way to contact Doug if I need to have any questions or concerns addressed about my grass. He is committed to making sure I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. Great. I had 0 water pressure and was able to turn off the sprinkler system when I checked first to see what was wrong and saw water gushing from the back flow valve. I went on line and looked up services for this on Angie's List and they had an A+ rating.I placed a call in and the response was the same day. John went over the irrigation system to inspect the rest of my irrigation and found other problem areas that he pointed out to me. He then wrote an estimate and explained the work can be done at my convenience. He came out on Mon. with 2 men and in a couple of hours everything was up and running as if new. I felt the price was worth it and had the option of not using their service once the quote was given and inspection completed. They do charge a flat $40.00 fee for the complete inspection whether you have them do the repair or not but I thought they were so thorough it was worth it. My irrigation had not been checked for 2 years.

I was having problems with another company that was treating my lawn. One of my neighbors recommended S&O Greenworks. When I received the quote it was $10.00 higher than I was paying but it included tree and plant care. I thought the extra was worth paying since the two well know companies I used in the past hadn't done the job I believe they were paid to do. I can say using S&O Greenworks was a great decision. I am glad I decided to pay a few dollars more. My lawn looks better than it ever has with just three visits. The lawn is growing so fast that I have to mow it every four days. The lawn is green and getting thicker than ever.

I pay $45.00 per month for them to come out and do lawn and ground cover care. They include fertilization and pest control in their care. Overall I have had a great ongoing experience with them.

Always professional and always dependable. Knoced to inform me he was going to be providing the service and again when complete to let me know what he had done. I feel we get what we pay for with S&O adn can recommend them without reservation.

S&O is prompt, courteous, and does an excellent job. Our lawn has improved significantly, and gets better each month. They are exceptionally reliable and immediately address any concerns. Management (owners) are easily available and demonstrate true concern for their customers.
