Company does not warranty its work or word. Fifteen months after Kevin Johnson and his company at Quality Septic put in a new drain field, the field failed. Communication with company is poor when we called them back out and they are making every excuse to say they aren't responsible. Thousands of dollars and they refuse to warranty the work they did.

Great job by great people. If you need septic work look no further these are the people you want to deal with. Honest, punctual and great pride in their work. Kevin is a great owner and a great guy to do business with.

Through the power of social media I came across Quality Septic all the way from North Carolina. I called their office and spoke to the front office that connected me with Kevin Johnson - the owner ? due to my unique long distance situation. Based on our conversation, BBB rating, web reviews and Angie?s List, I decided to hire them to service my parent?s septic. They came out when they said they would and then came out the next day to complete the job after assessment of the problem. I could not speak more highly of the professionalism of the Quality Septic team. They came out when they said they would and did the work they committed to do. The tech Jose kept me informed on everything that was going on at all times. It was extremely helpful to work with an organization of this caliber these days. They stand out for sure. I would call them out again without a question. Keep in mind that we completed this over the phone and 600 miles away. Great job!

The owner was on vacation and went out of his way (while one vacation) to come out and give us a estimate. The whole staff from start to finish was amazing and we could not have asked for a better company to deal with. Our job was done pretty quick and my yard looked better after they left then it did before they started . If you are having ANY septic or drain field issues I wld not hesitate to contact them.

Phoned this company early one morning when the pump in my septic system stopped working. They were extremely responsive and arranged to have the tank pumped and sent a technician to review the situation all in the same day. A replacement pump was ordered and installed the very next day. I was very impressed with the incredible customer service provided by this company. They took ownership of my problem, worked diligently to get it corrected and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Kevin Johnson, owner, arrived at the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. We did not use his services as he was the most expensive, by $500 to $1500 for same services of the 4 contractors contacted.

Companies should be held to their work and their word.

Never got a call back to set appointment.

Kevin (owner) is absolutely the BEST. He is extremely patience, respectful and just plain friendly. He thoroughly explained all that needed to be done and honest he was. He also quoted a very fair price. This is the second time I have used Quality Septic and would give an A ++ for customer service.

Contact Kevin Johnson the week of January 13th requested an estimate to install septic tank. He advised would be there prior to Saturday 1/18 4:30 and provide me with an estimate. I gave him my email and said that would be fine for communication if he preferred that. He seemed very congenial and willing. I called on January 20th and left message and did not receive a call back. On January 24 i left a text message and to date have received no contact. I just wish if the contractor does not want to do the job just say so. I am really turned off on a business that does not give courteous answer to someone they have promised to do something for.

In July, the Old Carrollwood area of Tampa, FL received an unusually high rain fall totaling more than 22 inches. Suddenly, our showers would not drain nor would the commodes flush. I contacted Kevin Johnson, the owner of Quality Septic, who immediately sent a colleague of his, John with Ace Septic to pump the tank. With 2 days the tank refilled. Kevin sent out a crew to disconnect the drain field from the tank. Two days later the tank refilled. He sent the crew back and, at no expense, re-pumped the tank, and again thoroughly sealed the drain field from the tank. One of the crew members indicated the tank might be compromised. In 72 hours, the tank refilled. A plumber confirmed nothing from inside the house was leaking in to the tank. Kevin and the plumber took soil measurements. The water table was up to 18 inched below surface. Our drain field was down about 4 feet. Both felt the pressure from the saturated soil compromised the tank. They stated ground water was flooding the tank. There was nothing to be done but wait until the water table dropped. To determine the type of drain field he would design for our property, Kevin walked around the neighborhood asking other homeowners about any septic problems they might be experiencing. Although neighbors reported problems, our situation was unique. While waiting for the water table to drop, Kevin contacted the Health Department and submitted his corrective plan so that he would be ready to move as soon as possible. In the meantime, we were forced to lease a Portalette which sat the end of our drive way. We took showers at the gym and washed dishes in the back yard under the hose. Kevin checked in with me at least three times a week to keep my up to date on the water table. He came out to the property frequently to take soil measurements. Finally, after 6 weeks of urban camping, I received a call one morning. The crew was on the way. The job took three to four days: they sank the new tank and collapsed the old one.They installed a pump to move the effluent from the tank, through pipework they installed on the side yard to the a new drain field in the back yard. To build the new drain field the crew excavated a significant amount of soil from the yard and refilled the cavity they created with sandy soil. The new pipes were laid to provide a 375 sqft drain field. Kevin and his crew removed all the debris created by the construction. With the job completed, the crew raked the ground smooth. Kevin called once a week for the next two weeks to ensure that the job was well done, that we were problem free. Kevin could not have been more professional, or more considerate of our plight. He has my highest possible recommendation.

JoJo and his partner were absolutely fabulous. They found the problem and gave suggestions on other things we could do to lessen our cost on further repairs.They were courteous and very honest and that is very hard to find now of days. I will refer this company to all.

If I could give Kevin and his crew an A+, I would!! Efficient and courteous. They did an amazing job of replacing a drain field in my tree filled yard. I highly recommend.

Everyone at Quality Septic is very professional, hard working, honest and polite. They performed the work quickly and didn't try to talk me into spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need like most other companies I have dealt with. If you are looking for an honest company that does excellent work at a very fair price then look no further. Quality Septic will always get my business from now on, and I highly recommend them.

We had to arrange for this work to be done on our new property although we currently live an hour away and could not be present when the work was being done. Kevin and his crew proved trustworthy from start to finish. Kevin, the owner, was professional when he came out to bid the job. Kevin procured all of the permits and followed up with county inspector before and after the job was completed. The employees who did the work, were very hard working gentlemen, very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable as to the work which was to be done. The work passed the county inspector the first time. The work was done quickly and correctly the first time. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Kevin and his technician were both very professional and courteous. When he arrived the first question he asked me was how I was treated on the phone call to his office. The cost of the tank pumping and repair was exactly as quoted and all work was done in a professional manner. If I need any other work performed on my septic system, Quality Septic is the company I intend to call.

In October we noticed that our toilets were starting to bubble so we got our tank pumped by a random pumper and they explained it looked like we were having drainfield problems. I called Quality Septic and Kevin came out promptly (the same evening) and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate on having a new drainfield installed. It wasn't until mid-December that our toilets started bubbling again and everything was draining slow. I called Quality Septic and Kevin came out again, took a second look, confirmed everything with us and show up the next day and got to work. We weren't out of commission for even a second (SUCH a HUGE blessing when you're at home all day with 4 small children!). Everything went smooth. The kids enjoyed seeing everything being put in, the work was done very quickly. The guys even worked well past dark into the night to get everything done for us. We had a fence removed to put in the drainfield and they came sometime between 3am and 6am very quietly and put our fence back perfectly. Everything was cleaned up nicely too. Kevin and his crew were wonderful to work with and we have recommended Quality Septic to all our neighbors. He's a good honest guy who does exceptional work and follows through. We truly could not be happier!

It went very well. They are a great company. I've used them at my house and at a rental. They do a great job. I'd highly recommend them.

Initial response was immediate. Follow up excellent. Showed up exactly when they said they would show up. Quality of work was great. Well priced. The job was performed in such a fashion that our daily routine was not interrupted. The men performing the work were extremely polite and respectful of our property. Kevin, the owner comes off with a good ole boy, nice guy, dependable act. I just moved in to my house and needed my drain field installed immediately. Kevin was very responsive up until we had a done deal. Then, they didn't show up when they said they would. I didn't get any calls from Kevin explaining why they weren't here, and did not get ANY responses to my calls to him and voice mails. He was upset with me because I called his cell phone so many times asking where he was. I just had to hold my tongue at that point and fight thru it so I could get my septic system working properly. He took several partial days to get the job done and I am still waiting on my concrete lid he promised me for my existing tank. The quality of the work was mediocre at best, and the professionalism and dependability was very poor. Kevin is a BS'er and you can't believe what he tells you. I would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone.

They located the tank and spent about 2 hours cleaning it out. They did an outstanding job and I was very pleased.

He has been really good and his follow-ups have been good too. He comes across to me as a good old country boy, but he is too sharp for that. He is professional, responsive and punctual.

I have been using this company for 5+ years, and they are always very fast to come out, usually within 24-48 hours and do a thorough job.
